I was in town for a few weeks and my friend and I decided to get helix piercings. This shop was absolutely wonderful - clean, great selection of jewelry and the owners are two of the nicest, coolest people. They took the time to help us find the right placements and their aftercare kits were so thoughtful.We enjoyed the experience so much we came back for another piercing 2 weeks later! I was very happy with my experience here. The establishment was very clean and professional. Not at all what Im used to when it comes to piercing establishments. I was very pleased. My piercer, Victor, was amazing. It was my first non-ear piercing experience and he was cool, calm, and collected. I called him the Bob Ross of Piercing. Very thorough with instructions and took great care of me. The experience was painless and even a day later, I havent experienced any residual pain. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to show their personality and creativity through a piercing.

I got my septum pierced here recently by Victor, who did an amazing job. Victor is friendly, professional, and fantastic at what he does. He walks you through every single thing he does (prepping your skin, marking angles, etc) and guides you through breathing exercises whilst poking you. I got woozy after my second piercing, and he made sure I was feeling 100% before I left (or even stood up). They have a gorgeous selection of high quality jewelry to choose from. Coven is the only piercing shop I will go to or recommend to family/friends.

Suuuuuper late review but well deserved. I went in for a septum piercing and navel piercing late March of 2021. I was instantly greeted with warm smiles and a very clean and comfortable environment. After doing all the paper work and such, I was taken back to check if I had the right anatomy for my piercings and after it was decided I did, we picked out jewelry. They have a large collection of jewelry to suit anyone’s style. Couple minute wait for cleaning (no complaints, we want it clean! I trusted that I would have top quality jewelry) then we headed back for the piercing. Again super clean, I doubt it could get any cleaner. I had Viktor and he kept me informed the entire way through and helped me with the piercing. At the end we checked it out and paid! I love this place and they made a shy person feel extremely comfortable! I highly recommend for all your piercing/jewelry needs! I’m even trying to decide if I have enough time to come back for another piercing before I head off to college!

I cant say enough about this business. I have been pierced by several places in Savannah and this one by far sets the gold standard. I really like that the business is nothing but piercing so you know it will be quality. The jewelry selection is really nice, you have so many choices from the stones in the piercing to the different gold tones offered. What can I say this is hands-down the best piercing experience I have ever experienced. Victor not only is extremely knowledgeable but takes every safety precaution and measure to make sure you are comfortable. I like this place because it feels like a doctors office in the rooms it’s very sterile and my piercing is so awesome with no issues. Victor thoroughly went over my aftercare and really made sure I was completely good before I left.

I was a nervous wreck coming in because I had gotten a helix piercing from a different place, and it was not responding well at all. I expressed my concerns, and they immediately told me that they can help change out the jewelry with minimal trauma to my ear and with good quality earrings. The prices are a bit high for some folks, but I spent about 75$ with tip for new jewelry (titanium backing + a little gem) and time. They were extremely professional and walked me through every step. Rheannon was my piercer and she kept me up date and made me extremely comfortable. Everything was sterilized and clean. I really wish I went to them first, but Im just glad I hurried before I got an infection.If you are looking to get a piercing of any sort, go here! I never rate places, but this will be my new go to if I get anymore Piercings!

Had a wonderful experience here! The shop is very clean and not at all intimidating. After filling out paperwork, everything I touched was sanitized - they were very on top of cleanliness. The man who greeted me (I assume Victor?) was welcoming and hopped right up to get Rheannon for me. She herself was personable and kind. Amazing experience! Rheannon pierced my nips ... I never felt uncomfortable or anxious at any time and cant stop smiling about the results. She has skills!I love the calm, peaceful vibe of this dedicated piercing studio ... very different from those combined with tattoo artists.The space was sparkling clean, and everyone was masked up appropriately. Its great that they are taking only appointments and have clear safety guidelines posted on the door. I appreciate that they are so conscientious in running their business safely, which obviously carries thorough to the piercing process. They clearly are professionals and care about their work.The only downside is that now I cant wait to get back there for more decorations!

Literally amazing. I came here today for a septum piercing by Victor and WOW. First of all, his professionalism is sure to be unbeaten by any other piercer in Savannah. At no point during my time here was I uncomfortable in any way, so thank you!! Next, he walked us through the ENTIRE procedure from start to finish, including each small dot he was making, making sure we were informed for each and every part. If you want to get a piercing, this is the place to go! Victor pierced my nose, he walked me through each step so I knew what he was doing and everything was so clean. I loved how professional everyone was and how much information they provided me with when it came to choosing a ring, the material it’s made out and how to treat my new piercing. It’s been a week since my piercing and there has been so soreness at all!

Was in town for my anniversary and decided to get a double helix piercing. Very professional, very nice, very clean. Its a 2.5 hour drive for me but i would gladly do that again for the quality service! Haven’t had any luck with shops close to me (augusta ga)...rude and lack the professionalism that Coven shows. Really impressive place. Super clean, minimalist atmosphere. They have a large, well lit, selection of jewelry and are extremely knowledgeable about piercings. Free follow up visits to insure your piercing is healing correctly. Wifey had her nose done and was having a reaction to the cleaning solution (shes allergic to everything) and they took care of cleaning it for her and getting her switched to a better nose stud. Highly recommend.

Victor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and chill. You can tell the staff is well trained and pays the utmost attention to creating a sterile piercing environment. I got my nose pierced here about a month ago and my experience with Coven has been nothing short of professional, sterile, and warm. I had to come back a few times, because I snagged my piercing a few times on clothes and was cleaning it incorrectly causing an irritation and each time I came in, Victor and team were helpful and kind. Once I get this irritation under control, I 100% plan on coming back for another piercing and listening better to the upkeep instructions 😂

I scheduled an appointment for a septum piercing and was still iffy about it but once i got inside and was helped i was 100% sure about it, the woman who showed me the jewelry (never caught her name) was very knowledgable and helpful, she helped walk me through every possible option, and when i finally decided on the jewelry, Rheannon took me to one of the rooms and walked me through every little step, i had zero doubts about her skill the entire time, and after having it done, she took plenty of time to run me through the aftercare, and i was also blown away with how much is included in the little aftercare bag, overall i would recommend absolutely anyone thats interested in a piercing to go to Coven, without a doubt.

Coven is as good as it gets. Victor and Rheannon do an amazing job as piercers and do extremely well at running a business too. Everything is always 100% sterile and immaculately clean. Victor has pierced both of my nostrils, my philtrum, and stretched the hole from my 10 year old septum piercing back open to a normal size. It’s been great every time and everything has healed extremely well! I enjoy this place so much that I constantly try to think of new piercings to get, new jewelry to buy, or just about any other excuse to keep coming back! If you have any issue with this place (you won’t) then it’s safe to say you’re the problem haha. Do yourself a favor and go see them for any of your piercing needs, you won’t be disappointed! They also probably have the nicest jewelry selection in town and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll gladly order it or place an order for something custom if you’d like. Got my nose and tragus done by Victor, he walked me through prices and how different pieces would look once they were put in. Very clean and professional I felt like I was in a doctors office, but in a great way. When the actual piercing happened he walked me through the process and took away a lot of the fear factor, and afterwards gave me all the info about how to keep it clean. Super in love with this place. Up until yesterday Id gone to another shop in Savannah for my piercings, but their guy was out yesterday, so I decided to try Coven out on a whim. I called a few hours before close and they luckily had one slot open. From that first phone call, the customer service was the best Ive experienced from a shop. So kind and accommodating. Only got better once I got there!Victor did my piercings and gained a customer for life. He began by helping me decide on the best way to walk out of the shop with two new piercings and minimal suffering on my part. He is so, so, so knowledgable- I cannot stress this enough. So thorough in informing me on care and just facts surrounding piercings in general. While I was on the table as he prepped everything, I was more at ease than I ever have been right before a piercing. I especially liked how much he communicated with me every step about what he was about to do to my ear. It calmed my nerves so much. Despite the shop closing at 8:00 (I came in around 7:00), he never rushed. The piercings themselves were a breeze (I got my forward helix and conch), and I am in looooove with them! Not only is Victor impressively skilled at his job, hes a cool guy to talk to in general. So kind!The shop also has a pretty great rewards program- I think it is $10 in rewards for every $50 spent.
