Took the kids to get their ears pierced. It was fast, easy, and painless (they said it didnt really hurt). The consultant explained everything clearly and seemed knowledgeable. Overall a nice experience for the kids and seemed a better price and quality than Claires. (We compared)

Purchased a gold 18 inch chain on August 18 with warranty. Came back November 30 to replace the chain because it popped. Noticed the chain I received was 2 in shorter than what I turned in. Was told that the chain stretched due to wear and tear including “sleeping in it” (reps words). Bad quality necklace to be thinning out and stretching 2 inches over 3 months.
