Great little specialty store. They have a wide variety of meats and seafood which includes standards as well as hard to find oddities like ostrich, gator, and rabbit. They make fresh jerky and summer sausages in a slew of flavors. They also have pre-made chicken and low country boil to order.

Great selection of products. Specials are good buy. Never had a bad experience there. Even television personalities shop there!

Bought some steaks, they look gorgeous. I bought a Boston butt that was already cooked and smoked couldnt wait to taste it when I got home it is delicious season perfectly falling off the bone so glad I dont have to cook dinner👍

Very nice store, just wish it was it was closer to Bluffton, SC. Well, maybe not - my Husband would always be there. We love their different flavored sausages. We were pleasantly surprised the 1st time we were there that they sell Seltzers Lebanon Bologna ( made in PA which is where we are from ). Staff is very friendly & knowledgable a out their products!

5 star meat, seafood, sausage, and seasonings... they are hitting on all cylinders. Fresh meat you can tell the difference with, cooks up nice and flavorful, and youll want to leave the grocery store for good. They off great packages, outstanding monthly or weekly deals, and I havent seen customer service like theirs in a long time. Im a proud repeat customer and will continue to return and refer anyone who asks.

Very clean, well appointed with exceptional customer service. 😊 Visited on saturday afternoon and the establishment was fairly busy. They are closed on sundays and mondays. Their meat, poultry and seafood was fresh and looked delicious. They offer several types of bacons, sausages, of which I purchased several. They are willing to make sausage specialties such as lingica but must be ordered ahead and must purchase 3 pound minimum. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer knife sharpening at a very reasonable price. They offer large orders whole, half and quartered packages such 1/2 a beef, 1/2 pork, etc. There were several jarred marinades, sauces, preserves and stuffed olive specialties. I will be returning soon

Nice bundle deals that make them affordable. Although prices are naturally a bit higher than discount grocery store meat, i also feel you get what you pay for. Love the sausage varieties, friendly and helpful staff.

We particularly enjoy their Pork Belly, Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breasts and Cordon Bleu Chicken Breasts, Stuffed Pork Chops and Pork Tenderloin, Ogeechee Beef Patties, Filets and NY Strips, Stuffed Mushrooms and Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers, Twice Baked Potatoes, Chorizo and Garlic Chicken Sausages.

We are new to the area and I just have to say I absolutely LOVE Ogeechee Meat Market!!! Meat markets werent really a thing back home, there was one but a good 30 minute drive from us and was super expensive. I have been to Ogeechee twice in the last week because we loved them so much! We got a managers special a few days ago which filled our freezer pretty well and yesterday I got country low boil ingredients. My first attempt at CLB was amazing!! The employees are all so nice and just went with my dumb questions with a smile behind their masks! I didnt really know what I needed and had no idea on weekends they even cook the CLB and have it available, which is awesome!! I think Im going to stop by tonight and grab some precooked ribs, they looked absolutely delicious yesterday!! Everything has been so fresh and absolutely delicious, Im addicted!!

My sister and her husband shopped at Ogeechee meat market. Bought quite a bit. They sell vidalia sausage. My sister got some, and gave me a couple. They were awesome. I had to make a trip to Savannah today, 5/13/2021. On my way back home in Hinesville. For a single guy, I purchased seafood, ribeye steak, pork cube steak,sausage, and bacon. The gentleman that helped me, was very professional. He carried the bag to my car. Cant leave out the cashier, and others. They were all friendly. I spent less than 100 dollars. Got myself a months worth of meat and seafood. I will be back.

Love going to Ogeechee Meat Market. Their selection is great and fresh. A bit expensive but understandable considering the quality of the meat. They are usually busy but they have enough staff to make things go quickly.

Everyone was very timely which was on point.Meats were very beautiful. I purchased bacon and flank ribs or are they call flank steak but the bacon was good l will cook the other meat Monday but I know it will be good also

This place is amazing. Incredibly helpful staff, amazing selection, and a clean store. Just got home and made some of the applewood bacon and it is no joke the best bacon ive ever had in my entire life. Im so excited for the ribs im doing for dinner tonight and the ribeye im doing tomorrow. Cant reccomend this place enough. 6/5

All I can say is WOW!

This place was amazing! The service here was fast and friendly. Everyone so eager to help you get something. They have many option from free range chickens, grass fed beef cuts, fresh not frozen seafood, smoked meats, cured meats, and an array of sides in the fridges. So many interesting things in this store. I personally only eat chicken and fish, so i grabbed some chicken breast and grilled them up today! They were juicy and tasted like some good hens! I can tell the difference in lower quality chicken. I will be trying the salmon tonight and they have garlic chicken sausages which look amazing! I’ll be grilling those tomorrow! Overall Im impressed with this place. Well be back to get out meat here for now on.

Staff is friendly and helpful, really good selection beyond just the meat. Package deals are amazing, too. After grilling up what I got from them, the food was even better than I expected. 30 minutes out of my way but absolutely worth it!

Love, Love, Love!!! First of all this store is fresh looking and cleaning smelling unlike many other meat markets. Even with a full house, their staff is always helpful and get you in and out. I drive from the east side of Savannah to use this market and I refuse to go anywhere else!

Great store and very nice personnel. The crab cakes are outstanding, as well as everything else weve gotten there. Cant wait to try a bone-in prime rib steak.

One of the greatest butcher shops I have ever been to. So many people to help you, very friendly. They have great deals and freezer packs. The options are endless. The sausage section is great. I like that its not only a typical butcher shop, but they have a great selection of seafood. The quality of their products is amazing. The steaks I got in my freezer pack were unbelievable. Someone told me about this place so I decide to go by the same day they referred me since I was planning to grill anyway. Best move ever, nice fresh meat, awesome variety, and even better prices. Im a customer for life. I walk out with a pound of stuffed mushrooms, some stuffed chicken thighs, and six different type of sausages for $20 bucks. I was smoking a Boston butt and wanted some random items to eat while waiting for the butt to cook . They hard everything you could imagine.

ABSOLUTELY the best cuts of meat around. Knowledgeable staff and some of the best customer service ever. The smoked ribs were hands down out of this world. SO much flavor! If you can find a better Rib Eye in the area I will buy it for you. Thank you all at OMM!!

Today was my first time coming in. Definately going to be a regular customer. I ended up spending more money than planned but that was my choice. I couldnt say no to the steaks, or anything else for that matter. Definately want to try the crab stuffed bacon wrapped shrimp next time!! Everyone was so Polite and willing to help. I know everyone is trying their best but Ive been to the market, curbside twice...just for bacon. The first time I was told they had none and the second time I was told I couldnt order curbside I had to do an online order. I got home and went online to order my f#*$# bacon and it says online ordering is closed. #30 milesforbacon# I needbacon#goingelsrwhere. I was told order online only yet the online store says I can order curbside . 😵

Their market is clean and doesnt have that overpowering meat smell that a lot of meat markets have. They have a variety of items and some nice meat packages that great for any price range/family size. Everyone is friendly and even when theres a crowd of people, the wait time isnt long. They also have plenty of parking.

I love this place. Shortly after I moved to Savannah, I noticed that the meat prices in local grocery stores were pretty high and the quality wasnt very good. I found this place while looking for alternatives. The prices are about the same as most grocery stores, but the quality is much better. There have monthly deals on bundles of products and coupons are on their website.Im not sure how they manage to stay in business with the lower prices and great quality, but Im glad they do.

I love Ogeechee Meat Market. The meats are always fresh and have no antibiotics or steroids. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have the best homemade pickles in this area.

Went there yesterday for the first time. Drove about 50 minutes from HHI. We finally found our Butcher Shop and we will continue to go back! So friendly and knowledgeable about everything! We purchased Freezer Deal #1. We were even able to exchange an item for their homemade sausages! I believe the gentleman that helped us was John? We will remember him and ask for him when we return! We also purchased their smoked pulled pork and fresh shrimp, which we had for Dinner.. EXCELLENT! I cant wait to go back and try other items. They have Frozen vegetables and fresh fish and a lot of takeout items which are available. I saw their smoked meatloaf! Next time I will have to purchase that as a pre-made to-go item. I cant say enough about this shop and for a first time, I was VERY IMPRESSED! Thank you to all of the staff who helped us.
