Brought my vehicle there for a new head unit and back up camera. I also requested them to run a set of RCAs to the back of the car since they would have to run camera wiring back there as well. Was greeted by a young man who was very helpful. I discussed my needs with him and I used his suggestions as to what products to purchase. Thats where the good part of this review ends.The older man has zero customer service skills at all. Any interactions with him resulted in an attitude of contempt and the feeling that he was being bothered. Regardless the price was right for the services I understood were to be rendered so I left my vehicle with them and waited on the call to pick it up.When I picked the vehicle up the young man spent the time to show me the head unit features and whatnot. They installed a back up camera, and I was under the impression that they would run a set of RCAs from the newly installed head unit to the back of the car, because they had to pull interior panels off to run the camera wiring. Instead, they coiled the RCAS and left them under the dash. I took the vehicle regardless with no real explanation of why they didnt do what I had discussed with themIn the next couple days I found the rear speaker audio was very low. I was going back to get a sub box from them and some I stall parts so I would bring it up then. When I brought it up at the store with the young man who sold me the setup, he made the attempt to take a look at it. That was until the older man made the judgment that the factory Bose amp was going bad, and it a as at fault. Without looking at the car. Purely dismissive.So instead paying them to troubleshoot it and fix it, I did it myself. I pulled the radio out of the dash and this is what I found. This is the sloppiest install I have ever seen. Terrible workmanship. Upon further inspection, the crimp caps feeding the rear speakers were not tight and the wiring was not properly stripped prior to crimping. I replaced the crimp caps with the correct amount of stripped wire, cleaned up the wiring with zip ties and put it back together. Now my rear speakers work just fine.I will never bring any of my vehicles back here, or recommend them to anyone. Go to Crutchfield and buy the components, and get the tools from Harbor Freight and do it yourself.

(BEWARE)Im giving Extreme Audio 1star based on my experience with this place on yesterday.... long story short, so my husband purchased a system from them and had them install it, on the same day he was having problems with his system so he called Extreme Audio to let them know something was wrong with his system, so they told him to bring his car back which he did, he was told the problem was fixed.... but it wasnt this went on for about 8months and his system still wasnt right... they put cheaper radios in and the wires was all over the place you could tell it was poorly done.... they stopped answering my husband phone calls and had nothing but excuses, mind you now my husband spent over $4000 at this place time we mention our lawyers they was texting and calling my husband, so they finally decided to give my husband the difference of the cheap radio they install so I get there for the refund I was greeted but time I said my husband name attitude was all wrong, was told to tell my husband to change the 1star and I said excuse me... I asked for a copy of the paper I signed or a receipt was told I dont get one the refund was my receipt and Im in shock, then the guy gos on about us taking him to court and us saying he didnt refund us I was livit I couldnt believe how he was talking to me not to mention how he was talking to his employees, as a business owner myself I would never talk to my customers or my employees like that, and I do understand a business gotta get some profit but give people what they pay for and not a knock-off I will never do business with this place again nor my friends or family, do your research on what you want install read the reviews and dont settle for something you didnt pay forBad businessBad customer serviceVery rudeYes we did get 3 replacements that was cheaper versions, wasnt what we paid for but yall install them, so obviously it wasnt done correctly, and lets be clear you refund the difference of the cheap radio, and it has not been 2years so stop with the lying and admit yall screwed up and if I need to post receipts/texts I will.... unbelievable

I had my caprice sound system installed, it never work right since day one,it it back several times, everything they tell me its fix,then 2 days later the same thing, cd players 🔥up, then they gave me a cheaper o n e,until the original one comes in,it been at least 8, months, tell me wait till next month, all I want is my cd player that I purchased or I going to c my lawyer,NOW,THEYRE SAYING THAT I BURNT UP THE RADIOS, HOW I DIDNT INSTALLED THEM, THEY DID ????

Fantastic service, I waited at best buy for over an hour just for help to find out about a new radio for my 2011 f150Best buy had one guy, I asked twice if they had any other help, he said he would call someone, another 20 minutes no one.While waiting I googled stereo installation and Extreme audio came up, called them and asked if they could help me, very attentive and great customer service over the phone, left Best Buy, drove 15 minutes to extreme, they helped me pick out the perfect unit, and they installed it within an hour on a Saturday no less.Gave instructions on how to use new unit.I cant give enough praise, I highly recommend

If I could rate them with a ZERO, I would. I wanted to get a new radio and was told that they did not have the kit for a 06 Sentra. This was a Saturday. The owner states he would order the kit on Monday and call me on Tuesday. No call, so I called them. Was told by the worker that the kit wasnt in, they were running behind, and would call me on Thursday morning. I went to the business on Thurs. afternoon and one of the owners walked out while I was inquiring about the kit. The worker attempted to shuffle product around; lift boxes up and down, then admitted that the kit was not there! If they werent going to order the merchandise, they should have told me - the customer - this! What a waste! Taking my business elsewhere!!

Jason and his guys hooked my truck up first with an awesome JL Audio sound system. And then hooked up my 255 Scout LXF boat up with the best sound system I have ever heard. Professionally installed and a flawless sound that I cant explain until you hear it yourself. Now taking it to him to install new LED lights. No doubt in my mind that I made the right decision by having these guys do the work on my truck and especially my boat which was very important that it was done correctly and by someone who pays attention to the details. Highly recommend Extreme Audio for all Audio work needed in the near future. Thanks guys

Excellent installers but my stuff stopped working after 16 months. Wanted me to pay for uninstall, repair, and reinstall. I will never purchase anything from them again. Going to Kimble from now on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They have tons of stuff but when it comes to prices and the rms watts of an amp to equal the same rms wattage of the subs its always off! Good people

They were able to fix my friends radio super fast.

Made an appointment to upgrade the stereo in my car - I come in and they have to check to see if they even have the right parts for my car and proceed to tell me that Ill have to replace all the speakers as well.. Wasted my time and left me disappointed..

Manager is nice and helpful but doesnt check his employees work.-Installed head unit and just threw some beauty plate on it to make it appear as if it fit but didnt even secure it down. (I wouldve been fine paying for the actual dash kit but the option wasnt offered to me)- brackets to hold in rear deck speakers were not the appropriate brackets for the ForThe speakers/vehicle. Looks like they broke the stock ones to get the new speakers to fit.- wires to rear speakers were pinched between the bracket and the rear deck.- because of brackets the speakers werent secure and caused horrible noise. Went to check, touched my speaker and it shifted with no effort.Im no technician by any means and never done a radio or speaker install before but I took the speakers out and un pinched the wire, re set the speaker in the mounting bracket (as correctly ad I could with the brackets not being the right ones) and re insalled. Sounds way way way better immideately. Took me a screw driver, youtube and 40 mins of my time.The installers cut every corner they could. Its sad because the owner/manager seams to be alright
