I usually never leave reviews but this place needs love. Gave deals on a sub box and sub. Also put the sub in the box for free. One of the best experiences that I have ever had at any establishment! Good people.

Besides it taking them 3 days to do it the price I paid doubled the price of the estimate if they told me UPFRONT PRICING I wouldn’t have agreed to let them do the work also my trunk started smoking shortly after I had to take it to someone else to finish their work please don’t make the same mistake I made by doing business with them

Larry is one of the nicest guys I have ever met in my life! He has taken such good care of me. The installer knows what hes doing and is super nice too.

Had to take my car twice and still had to take it to another place. Couldnt put in the speakers i brought says due to size so without contacting me put in their speakers( smaller size than i wanted). The other place was able to fit the size i wanted. Also left floors dirty and didnt put the double din back in place and broke the speaker cover for the door.

Very professional was my first impression. Straight to the point, what you see is what you get. You ask a question, they answer a question. They refrain from trying to make a sale and spitting out a whole bunch of facts I didnt wanna know nor did I ask for. This only makes me want to do business with them rather than go to someone else.

I’m Not a happy customer at all I had to come back to the shop several times because of their poor service and I was Charged twice the amount I was quoted and if there was a way to give them no stars I gladly would I told them this was way more than I was quoted and they had no problem taking My last dollar This was an unprofessional and ghetto experience I had I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to do business with Larry or the owner in the end I felt like I got robbed I hope this saves someone from Having the same horrible experience I had With them v.i.p. Does a much better, more professional job at a reasonable rates

I went to get some things hooked up in my car and the staff n service was excellent. I didnt have to wait long either!!

Me and my fiance had an appointment with them to install a car alarm we bought off the internet. We left the car with them for four hours, and upon returning to them, it hadnt been done. Apparently one of the employees was suppose to call us and they never did. So we rescheduled for 8/13/2012. When my fiance showed up this morning for the second appointment, they told him that they installed a new policy on 8/12/2012 that said no outside equipment was to be used. They didnt call to let us know, and they also cancelled on us in person on two different appointments. If you buy a product from online and want them to install it dont waste your time. Dont make appointments with them. They wont be getting our business again.
