When the order is made and picked up same day, it is absolutely lovely. If, however, you order a delivery and it appears to get made the night before. Then sadly, if they cannot make the order the next day -- you may get your platter or bouquet delivered from a private car.When this happens, it is obvious. The chocolate is sweaty, and when you bite into a chocolate covered pineapple or strawberry, it tastes like a very sweet alcoholic beverage.I have resigned myself to no longer order deliveries (not just this location, but in VA, TN and SC). Which is sad, because it isnt as much of a surprise for the recipients since they have to pickup their own treats.Still! Nothing beats their fruits and chocolate. They are the best.I also like their little personal sized fruit cups and their Birthday treat of a box of Dipped Fruit (twelve).PS there was a period (I believe it was 2019), that they went through a change of management/ownership). I believe that many of the complaints and one star ratings occurred during and before that time.My delivery experience did occur after the new ownership, but I think they were in process of making corrections and improvements. I still will not risk delivery...only pickups because the arrangements that get delivered are not the same quality and taste of store pickup.

I’m placing an order from out of town and had to call... quite a few times 🤣with some questions. Each time I called, Lindsey answered with SUCH an amazing, welcoming and bubbly personality! Thank you for your kindness and patience Lindsey, I surely hope your managers not only acknowledge you, but also understand that good customer service is EXTREMELY hard to find these days so they have a jewel in you. ❣️

I walked into your store today (July 1) for the first time and was highly impressed with the young lady who greeted me. There are so many retail stores where employees make us feel that were bothering them. Your representative expressed an interest in telling me about your products, giving me a brochure, quoting prices, and telling me about your website where I can order. As a business person, I was in awe of her customer service skills, positive attitude, pleasing personality and even a warm smile. If shes not related to you, you hired well. Thanks.

They also tend to tell a one sided perspective of the experience without painting a full picture of the events that took place. With that said, I try to call out good experiences when I have them. The management has always gone above and beyond for me. The owners are engaged in the community and enlist a staff that mirrors that philosophy. I ordered through this location for my grandmother’s birthday and they were so personable! The staff is caring and truly excels in customer service. Even when she wasn’t home, edible arrangements made it a priority to have it delivered that same day. They were sure to communicate with me on the status of my order as well! I believe it is also under new ownership as of last year so maybe that has something to do with it? Anyways-check them out!

A little upset with this business in this location(Savannah). For one, no confirmation email was sent to me saying that the order went through. Then you mess up the order by putting the billing name as the recipient which I clearly filled out to be delivered as a gift to another person. Hopefully the arrangement was at least satisfying. Would highly recommend reviewing orders more carefully before printing labels.

This place is disgusting. I had a fruit box delivered, upon the recipient opening the box multiple fruit flies flew out! Therefore, it was thrown out. This place needs to be health inspected, there’s no possible reason why flies are trapped within an arrangement that was made to order! No other words than disgusting. I’m embarrassed for sending something that had flies trapped inside and enraged for giving them my business.

I obviously wasn’t alone in my search for last minute gifts because it was slammed with a line out the door, but the staff handled it without missing a beat. I have not been the one to place an order from them, however, I have been the recipient twice. My arrangements were absolutely beautiful, and the fruit was so fresh! The chocolates the fruit were dipped in were very yummy as well! I missed my second arrangement, and they left a door hanger on my front door. I called as soon as I found it, and they brought it to me that afternoon. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother waited the entire day for her Valentine delivery from her grandkids. Neither of us received a phone call. They have some ridiculous automated message, and you cant even leave a voicemail. Finally Valentines night someone answered the phone. They said they would get the order out to her first thing the next morning and they guaranteed she would have it by lunch. Nothing. Never again.. They are the worst!!

Waited outside in line in the cold for an hour before I made it inside. They took my name and confirmed paid order number, so I could wait for another 15 minutes, only for them to come out and tell me that I would not be getting my order today because of a website error. Maaaaaany other people in line were also waiting for confirmed, paid, promised orders that were not ready. I *love* Edible Arrangements, but this location is plagued with customer service problems. If my Boyfriend didnt absolutely love the gift it would be 0 stars, it didnt get delivered on time, it says nothing on the website that it will be delivered by DOOR DASH ! This was my first and last experience with the Savannah location. Delivery is unreliable at best. Order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled to and I received one lame excuse after another Sadly, after speaking to the owner/manager I realize the store is lacking due to poor leadership. She took no accountability whatsoever and attempted to talk over me as I was speaking. What an awful experience and rude staff! I called the store to get an arrangement for a friends birthday on Saturday June 8th around 5pm. Their website says they close at 7pm. I said hello to the woman and gave my name, I asked her how she was. She responded with Im fine, what do you want?? I told her Id like to order an arrangement for a friends birthday and she said, kitchens closed and slammed the phone down. I went to a nice local flower shop in Savannah called Lesters. Im so glad I did because I was treated with kindness and the service was the best. No wonder they have been in business over 40 years. Never again will I call or step into an edible arrangements.

On Valentines Day this placed was slammed ! But Im writing this review because their supervisor Romaine was so helpful. Even though my arrangement didnt get delivered on my desired day I must say the fruit was good ! Romaine returned my delivery fee and also threw on some chocolate strawberries . Im satisfied and will using Edible Arrangements again !

I ordered a medium bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries for delivery between 4 and 5 pm this past Friday. I paid way more than anyone should for fruit, but a coworker was leaving and we needed something reliable. I decided with your company. And boy, did you let me down. The arrangement didnt arrive until 535. The business I work in closes at 5 pm. So everyone left. Disappointed that the celebration didnt happen. I could not be more upset with the business I chose. When I called to check in around 445, I was informed the driver had just left. The company is 15 minutes from the store. Not 50 minutes.

Went in to edibles for a gift and walk out with the best experience ever. The workers were so nice and helpful. My fruit was so fresh and sweet. The person that received the gift was so happy that she went in the store and bought herself an arrangement and she was very satisfied.

Do not order from this location. Seriously the worst costumer service I ever encountered. Sent me a delivery confirmation but never delivered my items. I’ve been calling for four months to get reimbursed with no resolution. I finally after numerous phone calls talked to a manager named Ashley who told me she could not help me and hung up the phone. On Valentines Day I ordered an arrangement and my mother never got it. I was was upset but Mrs. Natalia addressed my problem so kindly. She got my mother her arrangement and also threw in something extra. My mother loved her fruit so I will definitely be using this company again !

I placed an order for the next day delivery. The driver stated that they attempted an 8:00 PM delivery. I was told that they left a notice on the and attempted called to complete the delivery. My family was home, there was no notice left or phone call placed. I made contact with them after numerous calls I was told that they attempted to make the delivery. Bold face lie...I was then told that they would attempt to make the delivery the next day.....I will not use them again I should have look at there reviews before placing an order......Buyer Beware......Good Luck

This place was great, I ordered something special for a friends birthday and with just a few questions they new exactly what I wanted and was looking for.The service was great and they helped me out a lot as a first time customer.

I placed an order on April 24th for an arrangement ($100+) for my Grandma for her birthday. The arrangement was delivered just as promised on the day I asked (April 27th) however I was out of town and unable to be reached. Upon arriving back home (2 days later) my grandmother asked me to look at the arrangement and see what I think. I looked at the fruit and tasted it and it was sour and did not look fresh at all. I asked her if it tasted that way when they delivered it she said yes. I then emailed the company and was told that theyre proper process is for the customer to bring the arrangement back the same day, due to me being out of town and not hearing of her dissatisfaction til 2 days after I wasnt able to and I expressed this to the manager she apologized and said all she could do was offer me a dozen free chocolate covered strawberries. My grandmother picked the strawberries up on may 2. May 3 I went to get one and they had mold on them after not even 24 hrs. Im generally not a picky person but when you advertise the best fresh quality of fruit for ALL occasions and I get fruit thats mushy and sour and not eatable thats a disappointment. I couldnt get my $100 back for the arrangement I purchased and the incentive you gave me was worse than what I originally ordered. Fruit should not be molding not 24 hrs after it was picked up!!!!!!! I will not ever use this company again.Let me also add that I purchased a smaller arrangement back in Feb and had no problems at all.

The chocolate-dipped fruit was extravagant! Flawless line-work and beautiful arrangement. I ordered the Delicious Fruit Design with over $80 worth of Add-ons and it was MORE than worth it! I added Caramelized-Hazelnut Bananas, Apple Fruit Truffles, Chocolate-covered pineapples, Chocolate covered grapes, and last but not least I added Chocolate covered strawberries with a White-chocolate swizzle. The strawberries were so fresh and the swizzle, or I call it the swizzle-drizzle was aesthetically pleasing to the eye...and my mouth! All in all, I have loved every second of my ordering process from the ordering phone call to the the sweet delivery driver. I was a habitual Edible Arrangements customer when I lived in Atlanta and now living in Savannah I have made over 15 orders in the last month! How disappointed I was with this order. I was informed that my order will arrive in a timely manner. Then I was lied to by the management that it would be on the second delivery. This should have been a happy surprise but it turned out to be a nightmare. I will inform all my associates and friends to NEVER use the Savannah Georgia store.

I will never use them again. We went Thursday afternoon to make the order for it to be delivered on Tuesday by 6pm. We were told to call on Monday just to make sure they would be able to make the delivery on Tuesday. When I called it took 5 times to actually go through and they lady was extremely short on the phone with me. She only said everything will be delivered the day it is scheduled to be delivered and not to worry.Well it never arrived at all and my boyfriend even called Tuesday morning and was told it would be delivered that day before 6pm. I missed a call from them at 8:26pm saying that they couldnt make the delivery and to call them back. Well I have tried to call them 10 times since then and its either a busy tone or goes to a voicemail box that is full. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. I will never ever use them every again!

Very disappointed. Placed an order early in the am, called store to confirm it would be delivered by the afternoon. 3:00 comes around so I called the store to verify and they never answered. No machine, nothing. Emailed them. Nothing. Evening comes around and still nothing! Finally by 8:00 at night my delivery arrives. I ordered this as a SURPRISE for a friend which is normally what arrangements are, a SURPRISE, and I find out the delivery guy called the recipient not me to let them know that their delivery was going to be very late. How unprofessional! They had my number to call me, the person who ordered the item but no ruined the surprise and delivered it way too late. Mind you this was NOT a holiday or any busy ordering day. I still have yet to get a call from them about this situation. I even left a complaint with the corporate office and nothing. I can not believe how unprofessional this was. Ive ordered in other cities before and never had this issue.

If i could leave zero stars i would! My husband was away with the military and wanted to send me chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. He called me before he ordered to make sure a window that I would be home for it to be delivered. They were delivered. However, she called my husband after she LEFT THEM ON MY FRONT PORCH IN THE HOT SUN and told him she knocked and rang the doorbell and no one answered. WHICH WAS A TOTAL LIE! No one ever knocked OR rang the doorbell! My 6 year old son and I were both here and he never heard it either! So I open the door and sure enough they are sitting there, melted chocolate, wilted strawberries and all...... very disappointing considering he paid over $60 for these! I havent had a chance to call the store yet, but i will be soon and they better be willing to rectify the situation!

Do not use this store. Please do not. Edible Arrangements is usually a good place to order from but this Savannah store is unreliable. I ordered on Saturday for an order to be made on Sunday for Mothers day. All day my mother was home and no one called her or me to let us know that the order could not be made. Monday morning comes and I call the store to let them know I would like to cancel and be refunded for the order. The girl who answers tries to tell me that there was a ticket of attempt to deliver the order left on the door and for this reason I cannot be refunded. At this point Im upset because my mother checked and had been home all day, no one left anything, no door bell was rang, no phone was called. NO NOTHING. If they would have just let me know they couldnt make it we couldve worked something out especially seeing as I spent $106.99 on chocolate dipped fruit. So after being lied to I was told to call customer service. Customer service then directed me to call the store back! I did. After the same girl answered she put me on hold for hours, literally. I had been calling since 9a.m. I finally talked to the manager at 1:20 pm. The manager was actually nice. She gave me my refund within a 5minute conversation. of course this was after 4 hours of waiting, being lied to, being stuck on hold, being told I wasnt going to be refunded, and my mother still has no mothers day present. the are unprofessional, unreliable, and the staff at this store is disrespectful. If I had to do it all again Id order from Sherrys Berries or just make them myself. Please dont waste your time at this location.

This place is EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with. I wanted to order from Edible Arrangements, I have never ordered from this location and I will NEVER again. These employees let the telephone ring, ring... I called for 30 minutes before I could get someone to answer the telephone and she just placed my call on the hold, when I asked if she could make a delivery that day, 2.12.2017. I called early in the morning, I am out of state, the young girl (seemed dumb as a hammer to be quite honest here) she did not know, so she placed my call on hold again for over 10 min., I hung up and called back. I got her again and asked for the Manager, she placed the call on the telephone again, and it took 10 min. longer for that person to pick up the call, she said her name was Romaine and identified herself as the manager. She over talks you to begin with, but said no problem on the delivery. She said deliveries stop by 5pm. I asked if she could email me my order and once it had been delivered. Romaine said no problem. The person waited all day and no contact, Romaine told me on the telephone that it might take a FEW HOURS, that was at 11am, I finally had to call back, got Romaine on the telephone again quickly it was after 5pm, and said, the driver just called me and the order was just delivered. LOL... how convenient, I have no email confirmations of anything from this place at all... When I complained she told me to take it up with Customer Care and HUNG UP ON ME!! This place is a JOKE!! Dont order from them.. they are idiots!!

This is my first time ordering with them - and most likely my last with this location. My arrangement looked pitiful compared to the picture they posted on their site, and the pineapple still had skin on it. Also, when it came to using their app (maybe it was my phone or maybe it was their app) I specifically asked for the container to be blue, but instead got red.If you are going to charge me $70 for an arrangement the least you can do is make sure that there isnt any skin on my fruit. And this isnt even the main issue I have.I scheduled to pick up my order at 2:00 pm (08/12/17) and arrived at the shopping center at approx. 1:55 pm. When I tried to enter, the door was locked even though the lights and the monitors behind the counter were on. I called twice - with no answer. Even tried knocking on the door and window. No one was there even though I came during business hours. No sign on the door to indicate if they had stepped out for a quick minute.I left to go to the Walmart down the street to pick up a few things and came back at approx. 2:10 pm to try again. By then there was a female associate behind the counter and the door was open. I got my order and mentioned that I came earlier, but found the door was locked with no one in the building. When I asked about it, she ignored me and turned her attention to a man behind me.Poor customer service skills with no form of an apology for the inconvenience from the associate. Chances of me ever ordering from this location again is highly unlikely.

I called for 3 straight days at least 10 times a day and I was unable to get someone on the phone. I had to call the 800 number in order to get someone. I placed an order at 9 in the morning to be delivered anytime before 5pm. No one ever showed up. No one ever called me to let me know that the order could not be done. No phone call, email, no apology for anything from anyone. I had to go online and cancel with a live online specialist. I understand that you may have alot on your plate but the least you can do is call me days later and apologize for not being able to deliver my order. I will never shop here again. So unprofessional!!

Beautiful, creative, and fresh arrangements!

Placed a delivery order for my mom to recieve on mothers day and even though she wasnt home to recieve it, the lady called her and said she would deliver it the next day. The next day at 6:30pm my mom had still not gotten her package and when I tried calling the store it took me 10 times to get ahold of someone and she said that they were still out doing deliveries and they dont stop even when they close at 7 and PROMISED my mom would get it that night. It is now the next day and STILL NO PACKAGE and also once again I am not able to get ahold of anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous, me and my brothers spent a lot of money on this and it is now 2 days past due and ruined my moms surprise gift.
