Some employees super knowledgeable. Some not so much. I just encourage the not so much ones to call for advice and things work out.

The variety of product at this store is amazing. The only thing I would change is the personalities of their employees. Yes, they greeted us when we walked in the door and asked if we needed help finding anything, but walked away from us. Then didnt help much and not very outgoing. I will go back but it wont be my first choice.

He always takes care of us. He has never let us down. He comes highly recommended and I recommend him to anyone that has issues with their car.

Walked around the shop for about 10 minutes. Manager just stared at me like a hawk and did not greet nor assist me. Assisted white customers that came after me. Female store associate was very friendly and helpful though.

Can buy basic items cheaper at conveinence stores and other head shops have better inventory and prices.

Really nice selection of hookah, I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was really friendly and patient, too. Most importantly to me, they enforced their mask policy when some customers tried to come in without them.

I love spending my money here (and thats hard to say coming from me ) the staff here is super loving and friendly. They educate you on any products you have questions for and always find the closest substitute for anything you may be looking for...and they actually listen to you and focus on your needs. Overall an amazing service and always great vibes.

Glass is a little overpriced, but the kratom is great and fairly priced. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Came in tonight on sept 20th and had a really pleasant experience. before coming to this place, i went to another smoke shop in the area that had absurdly loud music and unfriendly service. obviously left there empty handed. walked in here and immediately felt invited. didn’t catch the dudes name but he was wearing a grey thrasher hoodie with a buzzcut. educational and super awesome. will definitely only come here from now on!!

Great spot, they have everything your average head shop would have, they open on time and have a huge staff. Ive had a few poor customer service interactions, nothing major tho. Just no medium here, it seems either he or she will be Super nice and knowledgeable, or they dont know squat and brush you right off. Nothing major tho. If youre on a budget Id suggest a different spot. Its pretty pricey, just remember you get what you pay for.

The only place we buy ANYTHING. If they dont have it they will get it. I completely trust them to pick out anything that I need

I’ve shopped here a few times before, they’ve got an awesome selection of Kratom which is what I usually go for. Before I would shop strictly at smoke city for my product but I started to expand from there and I’m honestly shocked at how big of a markup they charge for their products. The same product I get for ~$35 they charge $60 before tax. Smoke city is awesome for their product variety, their staff who always have the answer to my questions, but I’d only shop there on a last resort.

Smoke City is a pretty awesome smoke shop with great variety and even better pricing! They are easily accessible from the main road and located in a good area as well. The staff was also pretty helpful and, most importantly, theyre knowledgeable of their products! This shop should be more than able to satisfy all your wacky tobacky needs.. ;) So shop some, smoke on and have fun!

Have been a customer for about 4 years now. Started visiting for kratom powder and was very pleased with their selection. Great little shop to pick up any smoking accessories and some other supplements. A touch pricey, but do have quality products. Might have to wait a while for assistance in the evenings when it gets busy, but staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable about most things.

Great selection of pipes and waterpipes of all materials. Decent selection of Cigars, E-Juice, and other tobacco products. They also have novelty items, pretty much a one stop shop for smoking any everything related to it.

I gave a call to this shop to check out some prices before I made the trip there, particularly with more expensive products so I could get an idea of what I would be spending. I was told very rudely that they could not give me prices over the phone because they prefer to see customer’s faces, not listen to voices, they then proceeded to hang up on me. By far the rudest vape shop I have encountered.

Sales was helpful, but I feel ripped off. I bought some parts for a build it yourself vaporizer which held only a small charge and were broken when I inspected themI should have tested everything before taking it out of the store. I should have stuck with name-brand & sealed stuff.Everything I bought was potentially used and came from unsealed boxes. I get now, why there were holographic tamper evident seals on the kit. It should have been a red-flag that they were open.I bought loose parts and it wasnt until I got home, charged and put it all together that I found problems. In a kit of heating elements, only 1/2 of them worked. The battery stick thing I bought holds a minuscule charge, even though it was the largest of their loose batteries - especially when compared to the ones my friends have. Im talking 4 or 5 drags and its toast - needing another hour or so to charge. I have a mind to open the battery pack before I chuck it and test the batteries with a multi-meter to see what their problem is.They had some good combo deals, but Im replacing $85 of equipment which barely worked from the get-go, a week after I bought it.It may have been the manufacturer of the parts, which is why I think I should have gone with something which had name-branding. Its not reasonable to expect people to test a battery before leaving - because they have to charge - but I could have tested the heating elements.They have lots of other things besides vaporizer parts - just be aware if thats what youre buying.

This place is amazing it is one of the largest full service shops of its kind that Ive ever seen it is absolutely loaded with anything you could ever desire with anything you would ever need for what it does. I commend this place because I am from Nevada and I have seen many like it but none with quite the amount of merchandise and quality merchandise at the service was excellent I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I tried to ask the guy if he wanted to come open a business in Carson City and I dont know if he thought I was serious but factually I was absolutely serious and he would make a killing over there or anywhere in 1 of our cities of Nevada.

The employees are friendly, location, and hours are convenient for me but other than that its just average. Prices are way too high. Juicy J hemp wraps are 1.95 here while everywhere else sells it for 1.39 or less. Many items can be bought for cheaper online. Their bogo vape juice is expired. Or at least the ones I bought were.

Loved this shop! Nice variety of products. They carry all sorts of smoking devices, vape e-juice, even discs for disc gulf. I went in for kratom, they had many strains and lots of options from powder to already encapsulated. The employee was super helpful and knowledgeable. Nice store, I will be going back.

I went to smoke city because the place I usually go to stopped carrying my usual vape juice. Smoke city had it, as well as a wide variety of other juices. But, every time I go in the store, I stand there for a minimum of 10 minutes before the staff helps me. They will see someone walk in the door, and then they spend the rest of the time taking to each other about nonsense... hours, relationships, vacations... and never say a word to the customer. This has happened the past 3 times Ive gone, and the last time I was there for 20 minutes and no one helped me at all. I wont be going back.

So utterly disappointed in the complete lack of customer care.I had been coming to this shop for about 4-5 months purchasing items that you couldnt really get anywhere else, like Juul pods, spending roughly $65 per week. I was never told they had a punch card that can offer a 20% discount when filled. Finally after they offered one to a customer in front of me did I ask about it, and then was begrudgingly given one. That may not seem like a big deal, but 20% off of a $100 purchase is a decent amount of money.I wanted to get a mod and stop using a closed system so I thought the best place to go would be here. Nope. I went in to ask some pretty basic questions; which vape mod is best for mouth to lung? The employee didnt even know what that meant. I returned later anyways to give it one more shot and another employee helped me choose a Mag Baby Kit. They sold it to me for 89.00. (you can get the kit online for less than 50)First day of use the tank leaked, like ALL of the juice, not just a tiny drop. It kept leaking so I went back to ask for help, they made it seem as though it was my fault and re-installed my coil and told me that would fix it. It didnt. So, I went back again and said its unacceptable that a few days after purchasing an item its leaking to the point that Im ending up with juice all over.The employee told me there is nothing they can do and contact the manufacturer or buy another tank Now, I completely understand the whole no returns policy, HOWEVER if I spend $100 on something and 2 days later it doesnt work, I expect some level of customer service. I expect them to make it right in whatever way they can, not just pass the buck to someone else, or tell me to spend more money to fix the problem.Also, every single item in there is extremely over priced. They sell Naked 100 juices for 29.99, and just a minute down the road at tobacco palace they are 19.99. I know they need to mark things up to stay open, but why SO much higher than the other similar vape shops?Bottom line: go somewhere else. Black Beards Vapor in Pooler is great, reasonable prices and a very inclusive environment. (At one point my boyfriend went in to Smoke City, waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge him and left because no one even said hello to him) Tobacco Palace right down the road is great as well. I bought some batteries that didnt work and guess what? They exchanged them! Who would have thought?

Friend bought me a vape tube here. It didnt fit, they do not do returns.I also bought the vape here.Normaly a great place.The issue is. They had to unlock the case, they didnt try to fit it to the proper vape. And even after the owner (said his name is kyle) said it was on them, wouldnt even trade in.Told me to go to the website.TLDR; go to the website. Save some money, its what they want you to do anyway.
