I tried calling the store. It sent me straight to voice mail. I ordered a hot chocolate with cinnamon dolce & hazel nut and got a regular hot chocolate and noticed when I got home. I was trying to call them to explain what happened and would it be okay if I brought my hot chocolate back only to have those flavors added. Call 3 times proceeded to get no answer
I came to get my birthday coffee today (April 9) and no one answered the drive thru so I drove around to the window and y’all just ignored me. Finally I left and stopped to talk to someone else that had gone through. As we were talking he was calling your store someone answered and told him that you weren’t opening til 7 am. Well thanks for the sign or walking up to the drive thru window to let us know. The worst thing you can do is ignore a valued customer. I understand things happen, but you could have been kind to someone who comes to your store twice a day. That’s $11 I spend on coffee everyday, and I have been a regular to your store since the middle of January when I moved to Thunderbolt. Before that I was coming to your store during my visits here for the last five years. Also, I was a valued customer in my home town from the first day Starbucks opened a kiosk at the local grocery store. Do the math. Also since I’m here, coffee is part of the majority’s routine it isn’t cool to mess with that. While at this time you decided to change hours (COVID-19 Pandemic) remember you are messing with drs and nurses who are on the frontlines with the COVID-19 epidemic who look forward to your coffee. It’s your stores do what y’all like but just realize we also have other choices than Starbucks coffee....McDonalds has pretty good coffee and it’s cheaper.
Very friendly baristas here!
