I was waiting to visit this shop with my son when he came to visit Savannah and I was not disappointed! I thought I was coming here for him but this trip was for me too! The gentleman behind the counter was great and I loved that I didn’t feel like I didn’t belong as a new reader! Plus we shared a love for Sweet Tooth. I’ll definitely be a frequent visitor!

Store is amazing. I have a five year old and there’s material that caters to both him and I. They frequently have local artists here creating/displaying their work… one of a kind experience. I highly recommend paying a visit here not only if you’re local but visiting from a far as well. Offers subscription boxes for middle school aged kids. Can’t go wrong. Is a savannah must visit! Talk about people with a passion… Lee’s great and so helpful!

Eh, nice employee, but considering most shopping are Travellers, its important to hsve bags and boards so books dont get damaged. Left without buying books I needed

This is a quality shop worth visiting. Well organized, varied selection of mainstream and indie titles, with some self-published also available, along with original art and classic titles on the wall.

My oldest (10 year old) son loves graphic novels and had been asking me to get him some real comic books. I found Neighborhood Comics through an online search and we visited their store. I could not have asked for a better first time ‘comic book store’ experience. Lee was so friendly and knowledgeable. He interacted so well with my sons and they thoroughly enjoyed “talking superheros” with him. He was very helpful to me as a parent in knowing which books would be appropriate for my children. He even helped them find issues on the exact characters they requested. This was the case even for a character my son asked about that I did not consider a “known by everyone” character, but Lee found him several books to choose from. He was so helpful and my son was beyond thrilled. Thank you Lee and Neighborhood Comics! We’ll be back!

Neighborhood Comics is the best!!! The store is fantastic! The staff is the absolute best. Customer service is key and Neighborhood Comics does it right. They take the time to help you find something that is right for you and not just toss you into a general area. The first time I took my daughter in, they helped her find a book that was in her wheelhouse asking her questions about what she was into. We both now have our subscriptions that we look forward to and would dream of getting them elsewhere!Thanks for supporting my new addiction!

This store has the best inventory Ive ever seen in a comic shop. Theres a comic for literally everyone, and theres tons of fun merch. They also work with a ton of independent artists or other small businesses, and I love knowing where everything is coming from! And the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable without ever being pushy or pretentious. My absolute favorite comic shop in town.

Without question my favorite place to visit in Savannah, GA. There’s no better feeling when you walk into a comic shop and they’re truly happy to see you, and that’s the feeling I get every time I walk into the doors of Neighborhood Comics. I can order all my wants and needs online but I come in for the above and beyond customer service, and the true sense of friendship that comes with all the Neighborhood Comics staff! I love the friendly staff at NBRH Comics. They’re always attentive to your needs and go above and beyond to make sure you can find any comics, magazines, graphics, or collectibles that you may have interest in. And willing to answer any questions you may have without making you feel like a child asking them. I love this store and how they also have events to connect to the community.

I ordered a comic book blind box from Neighborhood comics, and after 3 weeks I reached out to them and told them I had not received my blind box. They had no problem sending another box. After a week my box had arrived, I had sent a picture to them to say thank you. They noticed it was my original package that I thought was lost! I offered to pay for the new package they had sent but they insisted not to worry about it! I really appreciate all of you at neighborhood comics! 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

This is a fantastic mom-and-pop comic shop with a great vibe. I wish I lived in Savannah so I could go back with a coffee and browse some more. They have a TON of comic stuff for all ages and interest. I know practically nothing about comics, but I was drawn in by all the drawing stuff they have. Seriously, go check it out.

Neighborhood Comics really lives up to its name of being your friendly, local neighborhood comic book store.Their collection is well organized and the staff are so so nice. Ive been to a lot of comic stores and often times ones with a huge collection that covers a store from floor to ceiling can overwhelm me. Neighborhood Comics is definitely not a small collection, but I appreciate the curated selection and layout. It makes it easy for me to find something Im interested in, which I always do, without spending hours browsing. I love collecting zines and stuff from local artists/smaller publishers and Neighborhood Comics is my go to! The store is always getting better and better and I love seeing whats new every time I visit.

Well, I was happy to discover an excellent comic book store in dear ol Savannah just below wonderful Forsyth Park. It was my first time in and I was quite impressed. Well lit with plenty of space to maneuver. No mile-high piles of dingy old 90s comics sitting on the floor, just a large well organized, nicely presented comics (aka floppies) from a broad selection of comic publishers. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not as many trade paperbacks as Id like but a fun place to shop. High five to Lee, Chris and everyone else there. Be sure to stop by.

I always stop in when I am in Savannah! Such a great shop with incredibly helpful staff! Incredibly inclusive and lots of spotlights for local artists with fun events (pre-covid) I wish I was in town for! Brought my friend in trying to get her into comics and the person working gave her some great reccs she ended up loving, ask whoever is working what they are reading they always have great suggestions.

Had the pleasure of visiting this awesome comic shop about a year ago and loved the clean and cool layout, helpful shop staff, and cool merch. We can’t wait to go back in person. In the meantime, we have been ordering from their online shop! They make it easy to get your hands on some great books and are always available if we have a question about an order. They also have awesome blind bags! Thankful for Neighborhood Comics making it easy for us to get our hands on comics from over 400 miles away!

Small store. Has all most of the new comics you need but not very many variants for the collector. Go when the owner is there if you have comic questions. The younger worker is not very knowledgeable. Good prices on back issues but over priced comic sets

This comic shop hits all the right notes. I spent a lot of my youth in comic shops - even worked at one - and this is a fantastic spot for comic fans in Savannah Georgia. I stop by every Wednesday to pick up a few comics and the owner (hi Lee!) and staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Having come to the comic book game a little late, I was pleased to find not only knowledgeable staff, but compassionate ones. In its many forms, art is a vehicle for connection. That is the aim here and its presence is so welcome. My day is always brightened by a new adventure and the friendly wave of a neighbor.Come take part in the neighborhood!

Ive been to a lot of comic shops but neighborhood is my absolute favorite. It should be the new standard of what comic shops should be. Its welcoming to everyone, the staff is friendly, the shop is clean and well organized AND theyre active within the community hosting a variety of events. When I moved away from Savannah this shop was in my top 5 places I was going to miss visiting weekly.Neighborhood is simply the best.

Comics and collectibles via mail is all about communication, reliability, and integrity. I have been more than happy with my experiences with the folks at Neighborhood Comics, who are not only responsive to questions but also responsible with packing and shipping to make sure the goods arrive in the same great shape they left the store. Five stars, two thumbs up from me.

Great comic selection- the owners Lee and Ray really knows their books and they have amazing older issues in stock. Whether you are a collector, just looking for a cool comic, or need a gift, this place is great. One cool thing- you can meet some of the artists that draw for GI Joe and other independent books - because they shop there too!

This is the one solid comic shop in town. I recommend this place because the owner loves comics and listens to what his clients want. They have reads for all ages. They have a place to sit if you are getting dragged in by a friend. Its small but wonderful.

Until today, I had never stepped inside a comic book store. Neighborhood Comics gave me the best first experience I couldve asked for. When I mentioned it was my first time inside a comic shop, the employees eyes lit up, and she dedicated her time to helping me find the best comic book for me. She didnt pressure me to buy anything, and she gave me many options that fit my interests. Despite being on the smaller side, the shop has a diverse selection that spans many different genres. I found myself interested in many of the comic books they had to offer. I had a great experience, and I look forward to going back again soon.

I love their blind bags, I got a few number 1s and some good solo issues. Alex behind the counter was super kind and helpful and even made sure to ask what variant covers I wanted in my pull list. only thing I could recommend is more light, and space out the seating a little(its a bit cramped).

Neighborhood Comics is the only dedicated comic book in the downtown Savannah area.I am glad to have in neighborhoods.The staff is helpful, their display is good, and they have an App!
