Nice store but only pays 20 % of the value if you want money and 50% if you want store credit. I would believe and pay 65% thats only fair but nothing under between 50 to 60 percent to the customer

On a little road trip, stopped here to check out the selection. Staff was super nice and helpful. Found a couple books i was after and a few i didnt know i wanted yet. They also made some local shopping and eating recommendations

Store has a great Pop selection! Priced very fairly and I personally enjoyed how the employees weren’t breathing down my neck while I was looking around, but were very kind when it was time for me to check out. 10/10 will be a frequent buyer from now on.

Staff was not super friendly, store was a mess and was told to move things around on my own if I wanted to find something, but then was told that if I break anything I have moved that I will have to pay for it. Really disappointing and their online website inventory does not match anything they have in store as well. Will not visit again or recommend.

While they had a sizeable Funko inventory, which is why I was there, the overall experience was negative. The clerk was completely disengaged, disinterested, and at one point gave me the store step ladder to sort through the inventory myself, which was stacked ridiculously high to begin with. The condition of the products were also disappointing. Major damage to a large number of boxes, to the point where I walked away from a piece I desperately wanted for my collection but couldnt justify bc the adhesive had completely separated between the cardboard and the plastic on the box, and the clerk acted like I was just trying to beat him up on the price. Will not return.

This rating is for this stores initial poor customer service. The wrong item was sent and I constantly reached out to them to request the correct item. I have received each comic book in perfect condition with plastic & cardboard to keep safe during transit. On-line inventory was wrong. After purchasing a comic and waiting a week with no shipping notification, checked my order status and it was non-existent. After contacting them they let me know they it was out of stock and they forgot to let me know. I wouldnt recommend shopping virtually here.

I love this store. I enjoy finding comics in all the nooks and crannies. the employees and owner are friendly and know A LOT about comics in general. This is my favorite place in Savannah! They do pull folders, so if you are interested in a current line (Ive got Black Widow and Captain Marvel going to name a few), they will pull them aside so you can make sure youre getting first editions every time.

This is a great store, friendly staff, and tons of comic books. The dog is also awesome. If there was something I wanted not in stock they were quick to order it for me. Having a folder for all the latest comics and the easy parking access make this place a no brainer.

Super helpful and thoughtful people. They were committed to finding me what I needed despite my ignorance. Not only that but they actually had it (Chinese Superman for a gift). I found the owner to be a great guy and Harley became an instant friend. I cant wait to bring my son here. He will be in comic book nerd heaven.

I was at this store last night and it was pretty awesome!! It had all the Harry Potter funko pops that I needed and as a added bonus, the owner and his cute dog were great! I will definitely be back.

The guy running the store was extremely unfriendly. He also had his dog in the store which would be okay if he wasnt jumping all over people. He grabbed my leg and I am uncomfortable around dogs. The owner should take these things into consideration. Also while I was in line, a man walked in the store with a box and the guy at the register said let me deal with these people. Came off as really rude.

Ever since one of my husbands and my friends took us to Savannah Comics & More, I love going here. The guys are always nice, and they even catalogues and a signup so you can be alerted if they get something new for your favorite character(s). They have a huge selection of new items and vintage items that will blow your mind. If you really want to geek out, head over, and make sure you look through their collection.

Started a pull folder there in 2012. Been a loyal customer ever since. The staff there are friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of comics and graphic novels, also if youre into pops its the place to go.

This is my favorite comic book store in the area. I have gone here at least 5 times and started bringing other comic book fans here. How can I say it...you want they most likely got it or can get it for you. They have the best selection in the area BY FAR. Staff is knowledgable and friendly and always make sure you got everything you need to get your geek on. I normally spend an 1or 2 hours (much to my wifes chagrin) in here and walk out with at least something I truly wanted. The have more than comics. Card games, they have em. Collect those POP figurines, thats the place to go. There is more to say then I can write and if you truly enjoy comics, do yourself a favor and just go

An extremely charming comic store. While it may seem a bit small, it has a massive selection of comics, graphic novels, and manga. It also carries a great selection of action figures and other collectibles. Furthermore, the staff is helpful, friendly, and they know their stuff. To put it short, if you love graphic stories of any kind, or you are looking to get into them, I would highly recommend Savannah Comics and more.

This place is AMAZING. Everything geek and nerdy for your comic book needs. They sell other things besides comics such as graphic novels, posters, and Funko Pop collectibles. The staff is incredibly helpful. Its a cozy little place that is definitely worth a visit if you enjoy comics, superheroes, etc. They also have pull sheets that you can sign up for, so you never miss an issue of your specific comics.

Great store. Super friendly staff and owner. More POP figures in one place than I have ever seen. Large collection of comic books. Not a ton of filler, but that was OK. Only negative remark is that the shop is way too small, I felt a bit claustrophobic in there.

Well packed store. Hard to get around, but sometimes you have to make due with the space you have. Could it have been organized better? Sure, but pricing seemed fine and they had product which many places cannot afford to keep on the shelves.

Savannah Comics and More has moved mountains for me to finally get the issue I wanted. I was convinced I wouldnt be able to read Motor Crush #2 for the longest time until they finally found a copy and stashed it safely in my pull folder. Im also glad they have pull folders because now I can have all the new comics I want standing by if Im not able to get there on Wednesday. Its the only way I can be sure theyll have a copy for me if it sells out. Theyve been so cool about it. Best source for comic books. Theyre great!

Small shop, but entirely and literally stocked floor to ceiling with comics (and more haha) so theres still no way to check everything out in one trip. if you dont mind slightly close quarters, you will not be disappointed. personally, i did wish there was a manga selection to speak of. regardless, this is obviously an underappreciated place that i think people in savannah should pay more attention to.

Nothing much more that you could ask for in a comic store. Clean, well lit, comfortable atmosphere with an attentive and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful collection.

This would be a GREAT store due to the sheer mass of products they carry... but I am giving this store low marks mainly because of the owners horrible attitude problem. Another reviewer gives this guy high marks, but all I can say is they clearly do not know him very well. I have had multiple unpleasant encounters with this guy over a period of about 15 years which caused me to not do business with them for a while. The very FIRST time I ever walked in the store many years ago, the guy screamed at me because of how he thought I was bending the comic books backward when I pulled them up out of the boxes to look at the covers... regardless of the fact that I was NOT doing what he accused me of, and would never do so because, at that time, I had been collecting comics since before this goofball ever went into this business, and was more than adept at handling comics appropriately. Years later, I had yet another issues arise with the store after I decided to give it another try. .. and it has always been with the owner, who is is VERY suspicious of everyone who goes into his store... so much so that he follows you around watching you as if he expects you to try to steal something. He actually accused a friend of mine who went with me to the store of slipping extra comics into his bag while he waited on me to check out, and he never apologized for being wrong after he searched my friends bag and found out he was WRONG! He is irrational, and very hard to talk to about any issues you may have... which is what led to my last (and FINAL) confrontation with him where I called him to let him know that I wanted to return two comic storage boxes I had bought from him earlier that day and simply TRIED to explain to him why I wanted to return them... which enraged him to the point of screaming at me over the phone telling me not to call his store complaining about his products. That was the LAST STRAW for me... and I will NEVER, EVER do business with this paranoid jerk again! Its just not worth the stress.

The staff are personal and friendly; the owner can be standoff-ish but is knowledgable and eager to please for regulars. Due to its organization, it is a difficult place to get used to, but is incredibly rewarding for frequent buyers. They offer a simple pull system to subscribe to comics and pick up on day of release.This is a place that is far more satisfying for repeat customers than it is for new entries, but if youre willing to ask questions, it becomes a pretty great place to come to every week.

When I was looking online for a new comic shop,I saw this one.When I walked in there, I was a little nervous, because I thought it would be a bad place. It turns out to be an AWESOME place! The guy there is very serious in his work, thats good and hes also nice and very helpful.When I got in there, I asked if they had some Punisher comics and they did.They are in very good order, with their comics, collectables and suits.They even have comics in front of the boxes so that you can see what comics they are. Through it all, Its a very, very, good place. TWO THUMBS UP!

I visited Comics & More looking for the Elf Quest comics. I did find the newly released comics and came across Volume 2 that was on a completely separate rack. I sought out a clerk after no one greeted me or even looked my way as I browsed around the confusing set-up, and asked him if they carried the first volume since everything appeared to be too cramped and disorganized. I was told that I could order the first volume, but theyre not sure when itll arrive since they need the box thatll be shipped to the store to be worth one order. Uh, odd, but okay. Thankfully, I didnt place any money down since that sounded fishy and fairly rude already.The clerk proceeded to follow me to where I first located Elf Quest, took the time to inform me about a promotion and chattered on about another series I clearly had NO interest in and expressed the disinterest. I work in retail, normally if a customer is trying to shut you up so they can browse in peace-- you leave but keep a distant eye. Not literally make them uncomfortable to the point of wanting to leave. Granted, I never got a chance to look at the interior of the comic in my hand to see if I wished to purchase it (the decision was solely based on the title and if the artwork was coloured). I purchased it and one other comic and left with what I found.Shortly after returning home, I realized then that the comic ISNT coloured like I thought and I wasnt given any kind of receipt. The clerk I spoke to was in fact the owner. Fortunately, Im able to return it and get my money back after calling and speaking to the normal customer rep who then spoke to the owner. Normally the policy is exchange only and they can make an exception this one time.When I returned it, I got a lesson on how why the comic was priced as it was because of the lack of colour in the artwork. If I had a moment to myself to think about the purchase, I wouldnt have had this situation to begin with. Im not tolerable of being thinly insulted.My recommendation? Dont go here unless you wish to be ignored and when you have a purchase-- youre suddenly something that matters. Thats not how a business works or should work. Being treated like a walking sack of cash and pushing merchandise on a customer who simply isnt interested isnt how things work, at all. Theres a nice, but small comic store on Broughton St. thats Downtown-- Id rather go there than this place again.

Ive been going to this place off and on for years now. The selection is exceptional but the organization is disastrous. I usually avoid going there because of the terrible personnel who generally hide behind the counter ignoring you unless you happen to bother them with a question or comment under which circumstances they will take the opportunity to make you feel unwelcome. However, last time I was down there, the dude behind the desk was actually pleasant. I am rating this store for the first time just because of the shock I received. He was helpful and spoke to me without the air of disdain I am accustomed to when shopping there. Thanks, Pete, Ill be back one day when I have money again!
