Told them before I paid I needed my grills done before Saturday they promised me the will be done by Thursday and Saturday the latest it was the following Tuesday before I got a call about not to mention I call them Saturday and Sunday just to get disrespected on the phone I call the store manager he said he would talk to me about my price I would have to pay than he forwarded my call 3 times I left a message on his phone call the store for them to tell me my balance is $350 so I call the manager back again for him to say he took $50 off that’s the best he can do I told him I can’t pay no more than $200 because of how disrespectful his sales clerk was and I bought them having base off his clerks promising me something they couldn’t deliver nor did they call and provide a update on the delay as a heads up in stead he tells me it’s nothing he can do so I told him I want my money back he text me after 2 pm I call him and told him I have things to do I can not wait till 2pm I have to be in another state for something else so he said okay and hung up I call him back 10 times after texting to get confirmation that I will get my money back each time he forward my call this by far the worst experience I ever had with anybody to be a VETERAN this what soldiers risk there life for

My husband bought my engagement/wedding band set at Crescent Jewelers. Its absolutely beautiful! We also were able to personally design my husbands wedding band with the wonderful help and guidance of Ali. It turned out exactly the way my husband envisioned. These guys are amazing! They have a great selection of high end unique pieces and also very affordable pieces as well. Something for everyone! I fell in love with a wedding band here but being a procrastinator I waited till the last minute to place the order... They told me they could have it by Monday or Wednesday of the following week! I was happily surprised! Then hurricane Matthew hit and I just assumed it wouldnt get done and I told them it was okay if they couldnt get it done.... But I got a text on Tuesday (A Day Early!) that it was ready for pick up! They went above and beyond knowing that I had a flight Wednesday night and it was important for me to get the wedding band for my upcoming wedding. I am truly thankful to them for taking the time to do this for me during such a stressful weekend!

I dropped off a watch to be repaired around 11 am and was told the person would be in at noon to take a look at it. They cleaned my husbands watch and gave it back to me with it running as it didnt need a battery since its a kinetic watch. They were prompt and courteous!
