They made me an absolutely beautiful ring. They were very flexible with my needs and what I wanted. It turned out absolutely perfect. They custom made it and even engraved it. I wanted a lab grown diamond so I did get a different vendor because their labgrown prices were high but everything else was perfect. The staff is so friendly too. Love them and would recommend!!

Erin was fantastic! We had to have two rings cleaned, a huge shank repair on one, one family heirloom ring and then get my family heirloom band and engagement ring soldered together. My mom was very nervous about leaving her ring with someone but she felt confident after speaking with Erin who was so friendly with all our stuff we brought in at once! My experience was awesome all the way through. I bought a ring at the Savannah location which was super easy and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I got the wrong size so I was anxious about the process but Alex went out of his way to make sure I got my ring resized. He was extremely nice and on time for everything. Walked in to find two clerks and no customers. They look at my attire (shorts and flip-flops) and neither one bothers to stand up. Make my way to the display and ask to confirm the Rolex watches were part of their advertised sale. One clerk guides the other through her question that they’re not, right? I’m not rich but I could afford a few if I really wanted to but I left feeling treated like a homeless person. Heard their radio commercial in the car while leaving highlighting the sale on Rolex watches. HORRIBLE customer service and judgement. Would never recommend this place to ANYONE. PERIOD!

IDC was the third jewelry store I went to for an engagement ring and it was the last. Great customer service by the team, especially Gary who helped me through the entire process. Today 8/21/2021 ar 2:30pmI walk into the Diamond Center and a gentleman unlocks the door for me and says hello and someone will be with you shortly and I say ok thank you and proceed to walk around the center.  There are a few customers there and have the attention of most of the staff. I then continue to walk around and 3 mins have passed and no one helps me. It is then a staff member ( Caucasian Gentleman) walks to another customer (Caucasian Gentleman) who is only 6 ft away from me and ask him does he need help the customers says no and that someone is helping him. The staff member then looks at me as we make Eye contact and he does not ask me anything nor does he walk towards me instead he walks away. By this time it is about 2:38pm. I continue to wait and walk around, i even walk back and forth to different ring sections and again no on is helping me. During this time, 2:42pm there is a couple that walks in and the two staff members (Caucasian Gentlemen) walk straight to them as if i did not matter at this time i have been walking in the center without help for 12 mins. I then proceed to walk out and that is when i finally get asked a question. I am asked by the only (African American Staff member in the store) is there anything I may help you with?I say No thank you and I keep walking she asked me if i am coming back i say im not sure.I am not sure why i was not helped  but i feel it was because i looked like i did not belong in the center. I am wearing basketball shorts and a t-shirt, I guess this is not a good attire to have one in the Diamond Center. I am not happy and i will not be coming back or purchasing anything from this company.  I am an African American Male and this was my first and last time entering the InternationalDiamond Center.

Had an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They took pride in teaching customers what determines the price for a given piece of jewelry. Damon was our salesperson and my girlfriend, myself, and her family(mother and grandmother) all agreed he provided excellent customer service. My girlfriend(soon to be fiancé) found a great diamond just outside of my price range by approximately $300 but Damon was willing to negotiate so the deal was great for both parties. He showed me the price of what the diamond would cost wholesale and I was able to calculate profit margin. I was shocked at how reasonable their asking price was. Their 10% interest plan and lifetime resizing are great but what I appreciated most was their honesty, transparency, willingness to teach, and fair pricing. I highly recommend IDC Savannah.

Very nice jewelry store with high quality items and a huge selection. The prices are reasonable too, especially for a brick and mortar retail store. They also offer a good military discount. Called them on Monday to ask about engagement rings. Vanessa asked me a few questions on what I was looking for. Told her I had an idea since my GF had sent me a picture a while back. When I arrived Vanessa took me around to the different displays showing me rings similar. She explained the settings to me and after a few minutes I picked one out. This is my first time (and hopefully last haha) buying engagement and wedding rings. Having outstanding credit is great UNTIL... you go to buy a car or jewelry... My adventure started by going to 4 other jewelry stores to buy an engagement ring. This was supposed to be my Beyoncé moment and to finally put a ring on it, but this experience was beyond annoying. Ive been in sales my whole life and I know the Used Car salesmen tricks to get a person to buy on emotion. I provided each with my budget and as soon as they found out my credit score they tried to sell me WAY out of my budget. One even tried to make me feel bad as I walked out the door for not buying a $23k ring and it felt great to tell him NO. As I sat in my car after being insulted, I was so thankful for how I was raised to treat my customers with the upmost respect. I dont look at customers as only number and thats what I felt like going to these jewelers... I was just another notch to get their bonus over the holiday rush. At this point I was so frustrated and my next stop was International Diamond Center. As soon as I walked in the first person that introduced themselves to me I said I am here to buy, I know what I want and I will walk out that door if you try to go a penny over my budget. This representative was Gary and he calmly said that I would not be leaving unless it was with one of his rings. Needless to say, I dont feel bad for being so blunt as this experience up until this point almost had me at my breaking point and I was about to go with 25¢ ring-pop to just be done with this whole thing. Sandy came over and showed me exactly what I wanted and after talking with my insiders to make sure we got the perfect setup. The ring we decided to go with was over my budget, then with no haggling she did not go a penny over what I wanted to spend! Later I found out that they do not work on commission and that they are supposed to make this experience as least stressful as possible. Everyone was wonderful and did not pressure me to overspend - I am thankful that they listened and well be back for our his/her bands. They have a customer for life because she said YES!!!

They came highly recommended and Sarah (the person I worked with) spent hours with me finding the exact set up that I wanted. Two years ago my friend and I walked into IDC because my then boyfriend, now husband, told me I could start looking at engagement rings. The first salesperson was feeling a little under the weather but introduced us to Sandy Lynn. Sandy was amazing at finding rings I liked and even showed me some a couple with similar tastes liked before I came in. She helped me narrow it down to three and finally the one I liked best. Little did I know that my man was in the day before and has already talked to Sandy (hence the first salesperson not feeling well, lol) and those rings were his choices. He went back after I tried on rings and as he put it; couldnt find a better style or stone so I ended up with the prettiest ring ever. They are excellent to deal with for resizing or any issues you may have with your ring as well. They fixed any issues I had quickly and professionally at no additional cost. We were so happy with the staff and ring that my husband got me a necklace for Christmas and we got our wedding bands there too. Sandy helped my husband find an amazing sleek but simple band and helped design a matching custom band to match my engagement ring. Sarah was another person who helped us out and did a great job with assisting us. They treat us like family every time we come in and I cant imagine going anywhere else!

This was such an enjoyable, easy- no pressure AT ALL- experience! Damon was great!! He explained everything, showed us options and gave me his professional opinion about what looked best (not based on the price tag but what genuinely looked best). I’ll never go to another jewelry store again after this experience!!!

Sandy was amazing first of them the whole staff is also awesome we were so happy to have chosen IDC because of the story behind the owner and the people who work there they treat you like family it was just a really pleasant experience and the product was out of this world the Diamond we ended up buying was just nicer then we ever could have expected the did an amazing job on my wife’s wring putting on the new head to support the bolder I got for an amazing price plus military discount I mean they pulled out all the stops I will never go anywhere else and I promise you that what ever they are doing for you will be above and beyond your expectations they are that good and you can’t touch there prices for the quality of diamonds they poses I love Sandy she is a amazing person I mean I can’t say enough about her I’ll tell you that I would even write a review but she was just so on point with her knowledge and kindness she was more like family so hats off great place and I will never go anywhere else for any try of jewelry

I had a lovely experience going in the International Diamond Center where I was met by Mrs.Sandra that help me all the way. Walk in Mrs.Sandra greeting me and help me find what I was looking for with no problem. With in 30 minutes I was walking the door an was happy with the ring I got.
