These are the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever tried to work with. I haven’t had just one bad experience with the employees at this store, it’s been every time I’ve ever been there. Thank goodness for the Victory Drive store. It’s out of my way, but well worth it! I’ve been a Comcast customer long before most of these nasty “service” people were born, yet they think I’m of no value to them.
Everyone in the store yesterday when I was there visiting and helping my uncle could no longer handle taking care of bills the followed their protocols. I would recommend Abercorn Xfinity to anyone who wants to feel that their information always be safe and that they will always be treated like they are the most important person no matter what.Thank you for doing everything to help me in a critical and timely situation and didnt know it but they were FANTASTIC FROM THE GREETING TO THE SALUTATION.
Slowest internet ever... And I moved here from Alaska... First got the blast, plan with included XFI box. Supposedly guaranteed 200 mbps. I was averaging 30. Replaced wifi box with an expensive NETGEAR box. Improved about 5 mbps. Comcast upgraded my speed for free to 300 mbps... Now Im averaging 69 mbps.. its ridiculous that I get dial up speeds in 2021, in Savannah. My internet was sooooooo much faster in Alaska. My daughter cant even do her schoolwork. Believe what they say, Comcast is terrible!
It was a wonderful experience. Very fast and friendly service from Jakayla, who met us at the door and took care of everything with ease. She was friendly and courteous and we were out the door in no time! Thanks so much!
The lady in the front with glasses who deal with accounts is so freaking rude. I went to get equipment and she informed me I had a balance before I get equipment which was NOT told to me by the agent on the sign up. But that wasn’t the problem I went to the bank to get the money to pay and while in line with the bank I get a EMAIL to block my address for service. With me telling her let me go get funds she was very rude with a response “Hmmm ok whatever” She don’t represent Comcast and took my business elsewhere due to one bad apple at this particular store. She is RUDE! I always dealt with Comcast for years and she was the 1st RUDE EMPLOYEE I came across with Comcast. Nobody liked her who came in that day
While everyone was nice. Because I closed my account the day before the store staff couldnt help me to pay my balance. I have to call 800 Xfinity. Later today, just after my last experience over the phone. I would rather not.
While I have my issues with Comcast, David W. was an amazing technician. All 4 stars are for him. I couldn’t give 5 because of the issues I’ve had with Comcast and the horrible automated system that makes you want scream your head off. David was the saving grace here. Super professional and helped me identify a huge problem with my security system. It was basically in test mode for a whole year. The work he did was great and his customer service was top notch.

Been there twice. They’re fast and efficient, and the store is large and spacious and very clean. I was worried about taking my little boys there to swap out our modem, but it was so fast and easy that I shouldn’t have worried at all!

I would do zero stars if I could the people have taken money from me on 3 different occasions when going to the store your always told they cant help you gave to call the 1800 number then only to get pushed away after fighting the automatic system and then they try to steal from you again I really wished there was another option in my area but there isnt
Ever been to a place where the employees didn’t seem happy to have a job? This is one of those places. I had to walk out before exploding. I sent my wife whom has the patience of an angel and she called me when she left and complained to no end. They were rude and got an attitude because I didn’t know my wife’s social off the top of my head. I had better service in Hinesville and would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to have that.

I was kind of nervous when I saw the 2.6 reviews. I came to the store to pick up a modem. The host was very attentive and respectful. Great customer service.! I wish I could remember his name. Great job!
This is the most pathetic internet service I have ever had! There customer service is horrible and their supposedly constant broad band speeds are horrendous. I have the 1200 mbps package for $100 a month and was forced to rent one of their modems (after telling me top dollar modem and router equipment wasn’t good enough) to gain “better” connectivity which never seems to occur to this day. On a direct line hook up I never see speeds more than 350-400 mbps and through WiFi I barely ever get 50 mbps and this is all tested within a central location of their Xfi modem/router. I have consistently brought this to their attention and all they want to do is sell you their WiFi extenders for $100 or more a piece. Ya right! The worst internet company hands down. Along with the horrible customer service.

I shouldve read the reviews first. Wasted an hour and a half at this store. Waiting for an hour. The lady was rude when she finally helped me and allowed the customer before me to cut in front of me and ask questions about the deal I was trying to get as if I hadnt just waited an hour for her to be done with him (how does that work?). Then told me Id have to wait 15 more minutes for something and talked about me to the previous customer as I walked away. These people are unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unworthy. Do not WASTE YOUR TIME. Because they surely will.

Love my new iPhone SE bought through xfinity with a great deal they offered. Had to go to the store for a case and glass cover. Everyone in the store was extremely professional and friendly. During COVID times, I felt very safe at this storeWe also switched over to there service, which has been great so far.
I called on Feb 18 to add my landline service, staff told me for this service there will be monthly charge of 4$ I agreed, today I got my bill and there is 27$ extra, I called to comcast main office and ( as always ) they said ( there is system error ) and they cantsolve the issue till payment is been done, I wish to have another provider here in Savannah, Comcast is looser, liar, cheater and never ever tell the truth to customer.
The two clerks in the store were excellent and the technician who came out today was a lovely man. Very thankful for his kindness.
The workers are rude. The lady that was assisting me was not really trying to help me she was basically pushing me out the door. I was asking her questions and she was just giving me a one word response and had a nasty attitude I just had to leave. Would not recommend.
My husband and I went to this store to upgrade my phone and our customer service rep, Michael Largis was all the way around the definition of good customer service. He was very nice, informative, and professional. I would definitely come back to this store for any of my phone needs.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid them and drive to Hinesville. Completely rude and not willing to help the customer, not to the least bit. Came in and was looking for some cases and possibly a watch but after speaking with them I skipped both. Avoid at all costs.
Went today to return my equipment as we have canceled our xfinity services. After reading the negative reviews I was concerned about going into this location. Well Sammie was fabulous!!! He was so courteous and professional and made my return flawless! Heck Id probably still have xfinity had I gone here first!

Heard so many good things about this service provider. Sad to say I’m highly disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend Xfinity to anyone. Better off going with tds. Internet will shut off at random (several) times with no warning. They tell you that they’re going to notify you when it comes back up, but they don’t. (No matter how many times you enter your info or request it.) I usually work all day or am at school. By the time I get off from work I do my school assignments and exams. It’s very frustrating to be the middle of a test and your internet shuts off on you. Can’t tell you how many times it’s happened. Or even when I’m up late watching tv, I have to resume on my phone. If they at least let you know ahead of time that around a certain time they’d be doing maintenance it would’ve been better. Then I would be able to try to work around it. However, that’s not the case. When you talk to customer service, they don’t really do anything. I’ll be switching service providers after my contract ends.

Went to this Comcast store to pick up a cable box for a self install. The lady rep. gave me the cable box & remote, but I had to tell her that a self install needs a HDMI cable, two coaxial cables and a two way splitter to get signal to the box and TV. She obviously does this regularly, but doesnt care to do her job right. I would have had to drive 1/2 hour each way twice if I didnt asked for the cable wiring/items.

Came in to swap out my box. I was helped by Zane, he made it quick and super easy! Definitely coming in the store now than just calling customer service!

The manager on duty did not sympathize with the fact that I had been lied to by 1-800-Comcast and did nothing to help. It’s too bad these people have a monopoly on cable and internet. For what’s its worth- I’m not a negative person and rarely give bad reviews.
...not surprised to see 2.2 Stars when I got to their page. No Cable & No Internet since 10:45AM w/multiple call from the Neighbors. So Xfinity continues to collect payments during COVID-19, they just do want to have to provide services! During a National Emergency, the Internet is not a Luxury, its a necessity to do my job from home! How does any of this make sence?

The guy that was working the Xfinity store at twelve oaks in Savannah was very rude. To snatch the door out of my hand is totally unacceptable. Will not return back here
