I have been EXTREMELY frustrated by Sprints customer service over the past two year, this place changed my mind! Lisa was so very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in the mall with 3 cranky toddlers and she helped me with my transactions quickly and smoothly. Go here!

This company is not for tourist. Company regulations are not fit for tourist. Policy of 14 days eeturn product are not good for tourist. In case of problem like i had. I lost my money. T mobile must change policy for tourist. My recommendation for tourist is not to shop in this company in USA

Seriously disappointed in T-Mobile. I never leave bad reviews but since I keep getting screwed over I just cant take it anymore. We went the day after Christmas, which was admittedly a bad idea, but everyone got new phones and were anxious to use them. It was swamped, or about as swamped as a cell phone store could get. The store manager knew this, but refused to come out and help with the crowd. We waited an hour and a half.
