Great customer service and very competitive prices! I work in EMS in North Carolina, I was down for the weekend visiting my husband that works in the area, I was in need of new work pants, being as I am a female alot of the clothing line is geared towards men and it can be a challenge to find the right ones for women, however I was able to find correct sizes and colors that I was looking for. The customer service was great! Im not sure if it was the owners and their daughter that was there, but Linda (young girl) is very knowledgeable and very helpful, prices were about $20 cheaper than what I was use to paying in North Carolina, we spent over 2 hours in the store! My husband was not looking for anything in particular, but walked out with 4 pair of pants for himself 🤣 All around great experience, and highly recommended!

Had same experience with owner. Was planning to buy 2 uniform skirts for size 6/small high school student. He loosely measured her waist over her baggy tshirt & shorts pulled a 34 waist from his back room. I knew it would be way too big & of course it was. Then he grudgingly handed us a 32. I said it would be too big but she tried it on anyway & of course it was. He had a 27 in the tiny rack that had a handful of school skirts & when I went back to the dressing room with it he stopped me & took it out of my hands. He said she could not try that skirt on, that it is kindergarten size and “she would break the zipper.” This skirt is only carried for one local, public high school 9-12. I didn’t think fast enough to ask him why he had a “kindergarten skirt” for high school students. I’ll sew a skirt for her before I EVER go back. Guess that’s why we have to buy things on the internet now.

If I could do no stars would be perfect, I had the worst experience with this store. The older man which could be the owner has the worst customer service, he is rude and he may have the product back there and he will sit there and tell you he doesn’t have it and catches an attitude if you keeping asking for sizes. He doesn’t care about selling to the school just law enforcement. Whatever you do stay away from this store because his wife will sit there and not say nothing of how he’s treating the customers. Made my little daughters feel uncomfortable because of his rudeness. Schools need to stop referring us to this store because they don’t care! 😡

Horrible service. Place an order over 3 months ago, called when it had been a month already and was told to wait they will call me when its ready. So after 2 1/2 months I call back again and Im told my order was lost and cant be found. So I come back to be fitted again for the correct sizes so we can get this process done again. Keep in mind its been 3 months already. So another person from a different agency comes in and they tell him they will put his emblems on now since he had driven an hour. So I then ask could my order be rushed as well where I can pick it up later today or tomorrow. I am told no we wont get to it today. I again stated that if not today then tomorrow due to the extremely long wait of 3 months I should be placed to the front with priority. The only response I kept getting was it wont get done today and we will call u when its ready. So basically I have to wait like everyone else when they failed me by losing my order but someone else can just walk in and get theirs right away. We both needed the same thing, logos put on our tops. This was poor service at its finest. Sadly the other employees were trying to be helpful but the man, who I believe is the manager, wasnt allowing them to be by talking over them. All the ladies could do was give me the sad look when he wasnt looking. I wish my company didnt use them because I have never been so poorly serviced ever. I forgot to mention that in the middle of helping me I was left standing at the counter while they started helping other people when I was there first.

Went in to get fitted into my new uniforms. The young lady was helpful, fun and very professional. The boots i was given were uncomfortable for me but she offered a different style. I was so happy that she did. She knew the product and answered my questions. Highly recommend this place to law enforcement.

If you want A-1 quality, DO NOT go here!! I had a simple embroider job on two hats that I presented two them. I was told no problem they can do it for $50.00. 20 for digitizing and 30 for the work. When i picked up the hats, one was perfect and the other was completely off. It took a 30 min phone call for the owner to tell me that I was S.O.L. and he would not fix his mistake. I even offered to buy another hat so he could redo the stitching, he said the fabric wont work 60% cotton and 40% polyester, this is the majority of what they have in his store. A-1 quick sew job is what theyre good for, you need embroidery done, buyer beware!

Rude. Said they would return an item purchased for someone else BECAUSE I BOUGHT 2 sizes and then wouldn’t honor what they said when I purchased it last week. The owner wagged the receipt in my face and said “you American you read”. It was racist. When an owner says they will return a purchased item prior to purchasing it and then hands you a receipt after they have your money and says it’s only a store credit or exchange that is fraud. No policy is stated on returns prior to them taking your money. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. SHE DIDNT EVEN LIKE THE WAY THE HANDMADE SKIRT FIT. I only tried to return the one that didn’t fit as the owner and his daughter said they would. I kept the $46 skirt she didn’t even like because they helped me find the sizes and I felt bad about returning them both.
