As long as you are okay attending events in your line jacket with white cloth on the collar, sure theyre great. In my opinion, the craftsmanship is poor (especially if they ask you to pay over two hundred dollars for the job). How could you be proud of a product that looks like this? They are perfectly delighted with it, apparently.Must be the new undergrads that find this acceptable. It is easier to take advantage of them.

Ms. Jackson is very unprofessional. This company wants the black college money but provide poor service poor quality of work and can not complete orders on time. I would never use or recommend this business to anyone! Stop supporting businesses that doesn’t not provide quality services to our colleges and students.

Not impressed. Ordered a custom embroidered hat with an additional $5 dollar rush order bringing the total to $45. The embroidered patch on the front was not centered at all. The request for embroidered writing on the back was not fulfilled as per the quote for the hat and when after trying to get a hold of the company my attempts to reach out to rectify the situation was and still is ignored. If I could give negative stars it would be $40 worth with an additional $5 charge of negativity. The same price I paid for a half ass hat. Total unprofessional. I would take my business anywhere but here. I say again go somewhere else that respects their customers.

Terrible coustomer service. Your items WILL NOT be ready on time. And if its wrong which 9/10 it will be, its not going to get fixed. Also doesnt support Tau Beta Sigma and Kappa Kappa Psi. I would love to support another black business but definitely not this one. As long as Ive been in the area people have been complaining about how sorry their work is and how bad the customer service is Unfortunately its true. And its sad because they are the only greek store in the area.

Came up from Florida to visit family and shop. The store wasnt open as indicated on the website or door. Called the number from the website and what is listed on the door and no answer. 😞 Disappointed. Wanted to get some gifts for my line sisters.
