Excellent service. Bought an automated bed for my 83 year old mom and they were so helpful in assisting us with the selection. We were so pleased with the product and the service we just bought another automated bed for my aunt. Delivery team was courteous and delivery was arranged the week before it was actually promised. Great business to purchase your mattress from. Zach is very knowledgeable, helpful in his recommendations, and doesnt try to force you to make a purchase on the spot. We checked a couple other stores but quickly left because of their sales people. I purchased our mattress a few days later after working with Zach, and he remembered what we liked and disliked as well as made the purchase quick and easy without trying to force a bunch of extras on us. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a mattress and frame for our guest room- they delivered a couple days after we purchased and set up- delivery guys were great. We ended up just buying the same mattress for our primary bedroom because we liked it so much. They even pulled off a same day delivery for us because we were in a pinch.

I have been shopping here since 2008. Love this place. Every time I have had an issue Tracy has been there to rescue me from my issue. From simple issues of losing bolts on a move to having a headboard crack. Just purchased some items from there and excited to get them. Tracy is great and Zack is awesome. We wanted a more comfortable and cooler mattress with an adjustable base. Green Frog Sleep Center is my go to place for mattresses and bedroom furniture! They are always willing to answer all of my questions and their knowledge of their products is quite impressive! We had a good experience in our initial mattress purchase but it quickly was no longer comfortable developing huge depressions where I slept only after a year. We had purchased this mattress as it had an extended warranty however the company went out of business! The Green Frog team did an amazing job and honored the warranty, restoring my faith in good business! Cannot recommend highly enough. Weve bought several mattresses from Green Frog Sleep Center over the years. They carry superior products. We have always had professional sales representatives help us select the right mattress and fast delivery and set up following our orders. We even had a warranty issue and they promptly replaced the mattress. We wouldnt buy our mattresses anywhere else.

Am very disappointed with green frog sleep center l bought my mattress in 2012 with a 10 years warranty I have to swap it out in within 6 months after purchasing because of a huge dent the new mattress. The one I received didnt last long I placed the mattress in storage for 2 years while deployed overseas after I came back and start sleeping on it I discovered a huge dent in the mattress I called green frog and spoke to the manager (Tracy) send pictures of the dent and was informed Standard mattress warranties cover sagging greater than 1.5 inches......this is borderline. I see that we have already swapped your mattress before. I dont think a mattress swap out in this price range will perform any better. We have some with .75 inch limits that you may need to upgrade to. I was also informed the mattress warranty is with Dexie Bedding in Miami Florida and I would have to ship the mattress to Maimi Florida for Dexie Bedding to inspect the dent in it mattress under my expenses

We are very unhappy with our Mattress purchased from Green Frog. Sandra and I both seem to sleep better in strange beds(hotels, cruise ships) than we do at home on our mattress purchase from you. 06=06-2014. We were disappointed that you chose to ignore our complaints by phone and e-mail. I even sent pictiures of slump in mattress on 04-39-2015 and have had no response. Mattress looks like new except for two sinkholes which are killing our backs.Could you please send me maufactuers informatin on same purchased 6-6-2014 there is no number on the invoice. Maybe they will at least listen to our complaints.
