Staff told me to get out of there way while shopping for a hat

We had a great experience at this Lids store this weekend. Staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help. Ryan went above and beyond for my wife and I, helped us with a return and a purchase. He’s very personable and made our experience enjoyable. Awesome customer service!

What a disappointment. You think that they would carry their stylish and affordable Lids Private Label hats in store like they have been for long time? Nope! Not anymore! All you see there are a bunch of overpriced and overrated New Era junk that people wear with the tags and stickers still on them. I’d rather just go to a real shop that sell hats for grownups. Thank you very much.

Like the environment. Staff is like family. But I would like to point out I couldnt get what I wanted wmbroidered on a hat. So we need to work on that. 😉

Anytime Im in the mall I have to check out the inventory. Always leave with a few hats, but Im a hat person! Got that from my grandpa... along with his hairline!

Big selection wish they had NHL hats
