Amazing and quaint Hat shop. Always something interesting and cute for everyone. The women who runs the shop is super friendly and engaging with an outstanding knowledge of hats. From. Their history to their fashion trends. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cool little spot on River Street.

Walked in to purchase a hat which I have purchased from this store before as I was trying to purchase another hat I made a statement that I had bought from the company before the last time I had been to visit the city and that i couldnt believe how cheep the hat was I was trying to purchase being I had purchased the very same hat for much more the owner straight up calls me a drunk and a lier and to get out of her store are you kidding this is how you conduct business wow I am still in shock never ever again will I recommend this place !!wow just wow I dont have to bend I could have easily purchased the correct hat had u kindly awalked over and showed that hat never accused anyone of fraud but I can assure you want ever be back in your store

Horrible experience... the lady behind the counter (who said she was the owner) told me Savannah has a mask mandate even for people who have a medical condition.

I didnt find the exact hat I wanted but I really like the store. Something different on the river walk and interesting. If we visit Savannah again we will definitely go back in. Staff were friendly.

I have too many hats in my collection because of the Mad Hatter. Whenever I go in there, I tell myself that Im just going to look. 7 times out of 10, I end up buying a new hat. The staff is amazing and the selection is great
