I wish this store was up in atlanta.I legitimately say this is a 5 star store. I am a contractor and painter. Ive been dealing with sherwin williams for a good bit of years now and I am so inclined to write this review.The staff here is amazing. Everyone that works here can color match on point. This is a rarity that you dont find to often. I can honestly say I trust everyone in the store to mix my paint and I know it will match.If your looking for paint this is the place to be. They know their products and whats going on In the business. They have helped me 1000% every time I go in and are always friendly. In our line of work time is money and these guys also move fast too.This is definitely my home store when I come to Savannah.Thank you to the staff.

Their paints are incredibly easy to use, cover well, and are easy to clean up. The product is great, and so is the store service. You get what you pay for!

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN! The woman with glasses was so rude it was unbelievable, I know we are going through a pandemic so you should be inclined to help people instead of be rude and tell them online orders only and shut the door in my face, I understand online orders or phone orders but you couldnt even tell me information about the paint sprayers? I was going to spend 1,500$+ on a sprayer but the way I was treated I left immediately and went to home depot and bought a sprayers thats less quality but Im glad I did because the customer service at home depot was 10x better. Please dont waste your time or money.

I have been a loyal customer for the past ten years and bought all the interior and exterior paint and primer for a 6,000 sq. foot 118 year old house. Recently I asked them what paint and primer should I use on a galvanized fence and they sold me what they said was the right product. After my painter applied the primer and paint was not adhering very well. I called Sherwin Williams Corp. office and was told both he primer and paint were incorrect for the application, all of it had to be stripped off, then re-primed and painted with a different product. I dont mind when someone doesnt know the answer to a question but when they give you the wrong answer and then dont offer any help to correct the problem I go through the roof!

Really professional service and products...try the solid color Woodscapes exterior stains in place of conventional paint on new wood and you will never have to scape again or have paint peeling ever...lasts about 8 years in an oceanfront environment without damage...this is really tough stuff...alot better than ordinary paint
