The black employee with the blue hair and broken arm threatened to ban me from the store and asked if i had an attitude when i replied no I dont have a problem, im just uncomfortable. I dont live here you dont need to ban me. she followed us around the whole time we were there and asked us what we we doing there rather than can i help you? or are you looking for something? she made me feel so uncomfortable due to looking for something private for my life but she had to be up by business the whole time, rude and then threatening. I have enjoyed coming here when I visit but will not be returning if she is there. I felt like she did not want me as a customer due to not wanting her hovering while I was making a decision with my husband. I will be calling to hopefully speak with a manager. her attitude was uncalled for and unprofessional.

Best place in town. The customer service is great and the staff are very knowledgeable. Devin definitely helped me feel less nervous and answered all of my questions and ultimately helped me pick out everything I needed.

I love this place! It has everything you can think of. Every Associate is friendly and knowledgable of the items in the store. Never had a bad experience! Definitely will be coming back again with my partner.

The customer service is awesome and Refreshing that they allow you to browse and also give great recommendations if needed. The staff was very quick to help me and very knowledgeable. They are legit the cheapest store in the area and still have high quality products. The first store me and my GF went too a product we was interested in was $60-$70 .we went not even 5 minutes down the road to starships and got the same exact model make and size with the color we wanted for only $35 .Highly recommend this place

Ive been going here for a few years and the staff used tp be super helpful. You cant say certain words and theyre so strict now so idk how to even ask for help anymore. Shelley used to always I know off hand. But now the staff there are do uptight and none if them know how to help

The worse sex store Ive been to by far. Half of their products actually work, and the other half are straight ass. I bought a vibrator that was not tested out. 30 minutes later, I took it back, I told them it doesnt work. They told me they cant do anything about it. Then they called the manager and she said that I can spend my money on another toy, and get 10% off. Waste of my $45. Never going back.
