My wife and I visited this store today while on our vacation, and my advice for anyone looking for an adult novelties shop in Savannah is quite simple… STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION if at all possible! We have visited numerous adult stores all across the country, including other Sunset Novelties in the area, and today was by far the WORST experience we have ever had. The greeting we received was a very lazy and uninterested one. We advised them that we were just looking. After that, we were constantly followed around by one of the associates constantly being asked the same lazy and uninterested question of “is there anything specific you guys were looking for?” And we heard this question at least another 7-8 times during our 15 minute visit. Each time we were asked, she was right up under us. The answer was the same each time…NO, we are JUST LOOKING! When we did have the occasional question, she made no effort to actually connect with us as a customer, just rattled off the most sarcastic and lazy response like she was reading from a teleprompter. And to no surprise, not so much as a thank your for our business, a have a nice day, or even a get lost after we made a purchase. One more thing that I thought was incredibly tacky and demeaning, was when she asked other customers who came in what they wanted, and they answered by discreetly describing what it was they wanted…. This bright bundle of personality would force them the call out exactly what the product was by its exact name or it’s intended purpose. To this gem of an associate who was in the store, it’s called discretion. Look it up! It is not your job to embarrass, demean, or put your customers on the spot and make them feel uncomfortable. It was a disgusting display of ego that makes me wish I had not even given that store my measly $24.

Stay away from the sunset brand. They always have sales for a reason. Bought a beach bunny and it broke before it was even used. Snapped at the base exposing wires. Only to find its one measley screw with a plastic housing that holds the whole thing in place.

Found an item on sale via the website when I came into the store the would not honor the sale price (which was over a hundred dollars cheaper than in store!!). STAY AWAY OR GET RIPPED OFF

Scam artists. Same product for 1/3 of the price on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop at this location. Had every toy break on me/ malfunction. Never coming back.

Kylee was amazing! I came in on 05/21/20 to look for something fun and crazy. Kylee had the perfect personality to point out a few things. I literally felt like I was talking to my best friend. I’ll definitely return to this place and bring a few people as well!

The store offers a variety of products and sales associates are helpful and kind, however the quality of toys the store offers are lacking. Buying a $130 dollar toy Id expect it to at least be made of the same quality silicone as my $50 Vedo. If you shop here I would only buy from trusted brands and nothing by Sunset Novelties themselves.

If youre off ethnic background. Please be prepared to be FOLLOWED like a common criminal by the female staff. I wouldnt give any place that harasses a PAYING customer my money.

I have been to several novelties stores, but this one would have to be the best one ever. Sunset novelties on Abercorn Street has to have the best customer service ever. My partner and I came in lost at what we wanted, but the conversation was so great with who we spoke to, she has bought us. We made a good decision on choosing here.

Love love love this store. I was in awe from the minute I walked in. We visit many of these establishments all over the country while we travel. However, I have to say this was by far my best experience. The selection is outstanding. They have clothes, shoes, toys accessories.. You name it, they have it. The store was clean and well organized. I even made an excuse to check the bathroom and they were spit on. They guy and girl that were working (his name was Jordan) Unfortunately I failed to get her name. But she was fantastic. THEY were fantastic. It has to be a rough job and youve got to give them props. Such a personal subject and in order to truly help you they have to dig in. All I can say is talk to these two because they know their product. Will definitely return.

Service was great and the associate was super helpful! I didn’t have to guess about what was in the box because he was right there to help me out. All of the products are in good condition and any questions you have can be easily answered. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I love going to Sunset novelties, the intimate apparel are the same quality as Victorias Secret and for half the price. There was an issue with my online order and the owner fixed it right away. Their customer service is wonderful, this is not just any store but this is a fun environment and they treat you like family. They take good care of everyone who walks through the door and they are very knowledgeable.

Initially, I was excited to shop here, as it is a very big and inviting store. However, once my girlfriend and I were inside and shopping around, my feelings quickly changed. The customer service here crosses the line from aggressive to harassment. Between being followed throughout the store, and the very high prices, this is not a store that I would recommend. To conclude, I wound up buying the product I was interested in on Amazon for $30 less.

This place was GREAT!!! Literally the whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Couldnt of asked for better experience, we drove all the way from 2 hours away to go here, and our trip there was WELL WORTH the drive. This is the only place me and my fiancee will be shopping at!!!!!!!!

I was sooooo nervous in at first, Id never gone into a place like this before. There were so many things on the wall and on tables and shelves, I couldnt help but stare at it all in amazement. I finally found what I was looking for and talked to the most helpful and pleasant people Id ever thought to meet. One of them even calmed me down and made me very comfortable for being there. It was probably the best place for me to go for what I wanted and I would definitely go back. And I probably will.

Went in to the sunset novelties in Hinesville by Fort Stewart and it was only my second time in a store like this and the only other time was at a store that I found out is on the banned list called star ship in savannah but sunset is not banned for soldiers. I was so nervous and so t his guy comes up to help me and before I know it me and my friends are having a great time. If you are in the area go see Curtis!! this guy is one of the funniest people I have ever met and really made us feel comfortable and I love the stuff that he showed me. Five stars all the way!!

Their service was above and beyond. Not only was everyone friendly and helpful but they did everything to make sure I got just the right outfit. One of the employees, Gina, even took a damaged gworld costume I fell in love with into her own hands and fixed it for me since she is a seamstress. Ive never been treated with such kindness like this before, and I will be sure to come back just because of her!
