Buying a mattress was quite possibly the GREATEST customer service experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. Made an appointment Friday night, purchased Saturday at noon and had my mattress on a box spring in my house not 3 hours later. Not to mention I was cut an awesome deal. This place is awesome, no questions asked.

Jason was very quick to reply when I tried to reach out to him, set up an appointment the very next day. Jason gave me every Information I needed to know and was very patient on what I was asking him about the payment plan. Jason got me the king size and full size i was looking for and delivered to me the very same day ! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to him. Thanks again Jason .

We had the most delightful experience shopping the other day at Mattresses By Appointment with Jason. We were in need of a full sized mattress for my daughters new apartment. Upon arrival he had an assortment of mattresses set out for her to try. Our appointment was scheduled at 1:00PM and within two hours her mattress was delivered right to her new room! Although the salesman was very friendly, we were definitely taken advantage of. We purchased $1500 worth of merchandise and was convinced to use their financing program, West Lake under the pretense that we would only have to pay $40 on the day of purchase with no interest rate. We were scammed since our $1500 charge is now $3400 because of a $1900 charge for this leasing program. I called today to pay off what I thought would only be $400 to find out I owe over $2000 more. After reviewing my paperwork I found that this charge is in the fine print.
