We are thrilled to share our experience with Larry and The Rest Stop! Went there this morning and found exactly what I wanted---absolutely no pressure at all. The quality of the pillow-top mattress is excellent and the price is highly affordable! Besides the perfect purchase, Larry was very friendly, personable and very easy to talk to. A great experience all around! We would highly recommend The Rest Stop to our friends!

Larry the owner was wonderful! Because his least expensive mattresses were not in stock he gave an incredible deal on a much better one. Very friendly as well as the delivery person he used ( Ramonville)Both are such nice people. And to top it off, I was in store about 10 is, mattress was in house and set up by 3:30!Highly recommend both!!!

I cannot say how much I appreciate Larry and The Rest Stop Mattress Store enough. My Aunt stopped in and purchased a bed from them and while doing so priced a mattress for me. She eventually informed Larry of my situation. I live in New Orleans and lost my wife to cancer in September. She was in home hospice care for four months and I had been out of work taking care of her and my two young daughters since January. My wife preferred to keep the mattress we already had since it was more comfortable for her. As a result, I had to discard the mattress that she was using. My Aunt had mentioned to Larry that I was sleeping on a love seat and had been doing so for a few weeks and had been out of work and couldnt afford to replace it. Along with his condolences, Larry ordered and express shipped 3 brand-new very comfortable memory foam mattresses free of charge. A queen for me, a full size for my oldest daughter and a twin for my youngest. All out of the kindness of his heart. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Larry and The Rest Stop. Its the self less acts of kindness from people like him that make tragedies like mine easier to get thru. Thank you again for everything Larry. I hope I get the chance to thank you in person one day.

I have shopped here before which is why I came back. The salesman Larry seemed nice, but he acted a very odd and towards the end of it really just pissed me off. He told me I could have a discount since I was a returning customer but tried to run the card without the discount until I said something. He told me two different discounts either free delivery and set up or x taken off of each mattress. I still dont know which one I got and it wasnt reflected on the receipt. He didnt ask for my address and would have delivered it to my old address had I not gone in and corrected it.His personality before and after the sale was drastically different. He was friendly and wouldnt stop showing us pictures of his kids. After the sale, he dismissed us and just turned and walked away from me while I was talking to him 3 times. He was bizarre, rude, dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place, if he wasnt the salesman. My last experience with a different salesman was exponentially better.

After dragging my husband all over Savannah looking for the perfect mattress within our budget, we finally ended up at The Rest Stop. We found the perfect, most comfortable king mattress. We were so surprised at the amount of money we saved, that we were also able to upgrade our 14 year old’s bed to a queen size without spending more than our original mattress budget!!I absolutely recommend The Rest Stop. The store seemed unassuming, but they have a really great selection of quality, top name-brand mattresses. Larry, who helped us was super fun and knowledgeable. Also, he gave us SPACE to try mattresses unlike some other sleep stores that make you feel pressured. In fact, before we left, my husband noticed he had an acoustic guitar. Larry actually played us a Tom Petty song, and it we were stunned! He’s a great musician AND salesperson. Never did I expect to find such a great deal AND get serenaded! Haha- I HIGHLY recommend The Rest Stop.

This store has really nice mattresses for a reasonably price. But soon as you pay you better take it with you. We paid for our mattress on a Friday. And told Larry we would be back Tuesday to pick it up. He said that was fine. When Tuesday came,he had already sold our mattress to someone else and tried to give me another mattress of less quality. I was so heart broken. 😪😪😭😭😭

My experience was not good at all!!!! If I could give no stars, I would. I bought a king size mattress and arranged for delivery and set up. Needless to say, when the delivery men got to my home, they informed me that they only deliver and not set up. Who the heck does that? You are charged a fee solely for delivery and you have to set it up yourself. I am barely 54 and was expected to lift and carry a king mattress all alone. If that wasnt bad enough, the mattress began to cave after only 2 months. After calling the store to inform them of their defective product, they did absolutely nothing. Customer service is not a priority. Do not spend your money here. Spend the extra money for better customer service, delivery and setup, and a warranty. The Rest Stop-Shame on you!!!

Boy let me tell you the rest stop is the place to go! As a local fedex vendor i walked in mr. Larry store and was treated like family an with his exceptional skill in what he does set me up with a glorious deal I could not pass up people! When you need a mattress or any of the mix I assure you that you will walk with a great deal of the mix that fits your needs and budget. Also his awesome delivery team were the best and professional. I went into the rest stop looking to buy a new mattress and Larry was very helpful on helping me find a mattress that best suited my wife and I. I was very satisfied with the customer service not to mention how nice he was! I am one satisfied customer!! You cant beat there prices,seriously!!

We are saddened by your untruthful review about our Mattress Shop.Mr. Bargeron posted this review 2 weeks ago,and bought the Mattress in 2016. We havent heard from this Gentleman since. I am hoping he has our store confused with someone else. I would be glad to help resolve any issues he may have with us,even after almost 4 years since his purchase. I have posted the Sale from 2016,and it looks like he was given a full refund. The photos from our Point of sale proves it.

Lying Larry sold me a defective mattress. When questioned about it he told me it was as is and no warranty was given. He then sent a dude to my house to tell me that there was mothing wrong with this 1200 dollar used and defective mattress. No money back and no exchange. Overall poor customer service, poor product, poor morales, and I have found sales people with better ethics at a used car lot. Dont buy anything here.

Cant recommend the Rest Stop enough. If youre shopping for a mattress, make this your first and (hopefully) last stop. Got a great queen sized mattress, at well below MSRP and was assisted by a very attentive and knowledgable staff. Larry, the owner, really knows his stuff and is all about customer service.

I was woke up by my hisband because tired....eyes couldnt focus could barely speak . Never in my life have I had to drive through a city to get to a dumb rest stop, and the stupid place was CLOSED till 10 am!!11! No vending machines or bathroom Access at all..! Gave it an extra star for a total of 2 because nice tree to park under and the song of birds and traffic.11:10Would park again after 10 hours of driving ;halfway point)

The owner is nice and the sales know their products well.

Never buy a Mattress from here. They changed owners never let them tell you that you have a Warranty because you dont. The last owner told me I had warranty. The New Owners said No As Is. There was no sign That Say As Is when I purchased mine.
