We just left this mattress firm and Lamar was everything you’d hope for in a helpful store employee. He took his time explaining the benefits of different styles and ensuring our needs would be met with our choice of mattress. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He made sure delivery would be catered around our work schedule and was very patient with us. I would suggest going to Lamar for anyone with mattress needs. We are very happy and satisfied with the entire experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a mattress. Becky and Lamar were courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. We were able to walk out of the store with a product well suited to our needs at a very affordable price.

Just purchased a Serta California King mattress for the Black Friday sale. Manager here was knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and was not afraid to ask for the sale. Great experience and I’ll be back to purchase another mattress in the near future. Delivery is set for next week....so far so good!

We did not end up purchasing a mattress here, however our experience was still pretty good. A few weeks ago we walked in and admitted up front we were looking for a specific super cheap deal we heard about. They didnt have it there, but we stuck around to set what they had. The sales guy was really informative and helped us understand their bedding and types of mattresses, how we probably messedd up our purple mattress by storing it up right oops (thankful he educated us though) and much more. I wish we could have afforded a full set up from him he deserved the commission (if thats how they work).

I bought a mattress for my new condo here. The new Manager Becky was so helpful and helped us pick a model we could pick up today. The store is not what the store used to be under the old manger. Becky was really kind and helpful! They have a good selection of matresses for good prices and even offer scad student discounts.

I love this store. Lamar was a great salesman. He made sure all my needs were met. He advised me on the best mattress for my back issues.

Great experience with Lamar!Edit: it’s been 2 weeks since we ordered our bed. Yesterday was delivery day but “the truck was lost”. Today my bed is “on back order for at least another week.” It doesn’t matter how great the sales people are if I can’t get what I paid for. Tremendously disappointed.

I was helped as soon as I came in the door. Lamar asked me a couple of questions and then very expertly showed me what I was looking for. I had been to another mattress store earlier and was treated like I was a nuisance. I highly recommend Mattress Firm for anybody looking for a place that knows their products and are very helpful.

My husband and I went into Mattress Firm because they had a 100% money back guarantee so we couldnt go wrong. Nothing at risk, right? WRONG!! We bought a mattress from Michael and confirmed a delivery date, however the mattress we bought had been discontinued and we had been upgraded to a new and improved mattress. It was so new, Michael didnt have one in the store to try and he could tell us nothing about it. He did know the mattress had a retail price $1000 more than the original. I thought it was peculiar that he knew the retail price was $1,000 more but couldnt tell me why. That morning we donated our mattress to Goodwill and awaited our new mattress. and waited…and waited…Finally, after waiting all day for the mattress we called the store. Lo and behold, Michael would not be in for two days but the salesperson said he would call us back. Again we waited… He didnt call. We called and he said we were mistaking about the delivery date and to call the warehouse. We called. The warehouse called us liars. They said they wont be able to deliver it for another five days. (Remember, I donated our bed and we had nothing to sleep on) We then spoke with the General Manager who explained the new mattress wasnt in stock and wouldnt be until the next week, but he would give us $300 off.Thinking this all over, while laying on my couch trying to sleep, I decided to bite the bullet and wait for the mattress but I wanted a receipt showing the accurate mattress and new discounted price. I called Michael and asked for a new receipt; he said he would send it by 1pm the following day. He sent me a copy of the original receipt.I canceled the order and received an obnoxious, sarcastic message in return.No one should have to go through this much frustration just to purchase an item; its beyond outrageous! I regret letting it go this far before pulling the plug but I had misplaced hope that things would work out. By the way, Im still sleeping on the couch!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So we came here 2/17 to buy a mattress and we were trying to set up a delivery time and the guy gave us 2 options and we were trying to figure it out before we paid for the mattress and the guy was apparently too incompetent and impatient to check us out and all of a sudden said, well I have other customers and I think you should go somewhere else. I don’t remember the guys name but he was a white guy with short brown hair & wore glasses. Should be fired in my opinion.So we were like ok then... and went to Green Frog Sleep Center which was 100 times a better experience and the guy gave us a 10% discount. Same bed for $600 less... and delivery on the day and time we wanted.Forget mattress firm... support your local business instead. Youll get better customer service and pricing.

My first time coming in The Mattress Firm I was barely giving a greetings as I was looking around for a queen size mattress. The associate guy stayed in the chair the whole time and just pointed at stuff instead of walking me through and asking me what I was looking for like any other company that will be interested in making money from you and doing business from you. That caught my attention but what was the most damning was another customer came in the door and because of how she looked or whatever he must have thought that she had more money to spend the night and he gave her the red carpet treatment and after trying to get his attention he acted like I was either invisible or I just wasnt there anymore! I actually found the bed that I was interested in buying and I do feel like it was a little overpriced but for the comfort it had it was more than likely worth the money. But after such a shotty experience I dont think I would ever really buy anything from Mattress Firm and plus Ive heard other mattress businesses state that a lot of their customers come to them because Mattress Firm does not honor their mattress warranties.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience. My salesman was Trevon Horne. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he made the financing quick and easy. Mr. Horne was very professional and friendly. You dont find that too much anymore.

The store was nice and went good until we purchased and it was all down hill fast. They only give you a day not a window time for delivery so after waiting an entire day they never showed up and we called to find out they were not going to make it. Even worse it would be another week before they could fit us back on the schedule. We were charged for the amount the salesman put in the computer for approval witch was a little higher than our bill. The store claimed in was the credit company and the credit company claimed they go off what the store gives them. I wouldnt go there again.

Here on a Sunday. Supposed to open at 12. It is not open. Store front says it should be open. Several customers had waited. We all left.

I am a Nurse Practitioner for pulmonary/sleep disorders. I help thousands of people in the Savannah are with insomnia. The first thing I tell my patients is to upgrade/replace your mattress. The second thing I will now tell them.....is to NOT get it from mattress firm!!! I was extremely disappointed in their products and service. I wanted to try a Tempur-Pedic mattress and was told I could return it if it didn’t work out. Well, it didn’t work out and the owner would not get back with us. After multiple phone calls and emails he finally did. He was very rude and unsympathetic. All my future business as well as my patients will be with Green Frog or Sit and Sleep.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, not at all pushy or overbearing. He understood what we were looking for, what our budget was, and he respected that. I hope that we dont have to go back for many years to come, but when were ready, well definitely come back to Mattress Firm.

Sold us the wrong mattress, then made us sleep on it for 30 days before we could get the right one. The lady told us it was a firm and delivered the softest one they sell. Now they tell us they are delivering the new one on a WEDNESDAY and then tell us Friday, and then call again and said Monday.

Avoid this chain, especially this store. Buy mattress from a local company that can provide you with customer service. Daniel talked us into buying a tempurpedic. Sold us on the idea that we could bring it back. Now after all said and done they have fired Daniel and the store managers are saying we cannot return the mattress. Adam Fazio and Gary Fazio are Franchise owners and will not return our phone call. Terrible business etiquette. If I can change one persons mind not to be swindled by Adam or Gary, I will feel as I have gotten my restitution.

We came 2/9 (Sunday) to buy a mattress. We waited 15mins for the store to open 12pm but still closed. We tried calling and nobody is answering. This store should not put their business hours if it is not posted right because we wasted time.

Service in the store was good, but delivery was slow

Been here twice now when it is supposedly open and instead all the doors are locked and lights are off.

Stopped by today around 3:30-3:45pm and the doors are locked, plus no one answering the phone.
