There is only a handful of Indian Motorcycle dealers in GA. This on is the best. The staff are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. They have the best deals on Motorcycles and accessories.

First off Salesman Bill is great! Never pressured me I to something I didnt want and kept me in the loop on anything that came through the dealership. Finally found the one I liked. Got a great trade in value for my old bike and got another great price on my 2018 Cheiftan. The mechanic s are great too. By far way better than the competition across the street by a long shot. I will be doing business with this amazing group of professional. Thank you again!

Staff is simply brilliant and friendly. As I was only overseas tourist I could walk out with only t-shirt and head scarf instead of Scout :)

Their staff is always extremely friendly and remembe me, even tho I may only go into the store maybe 4 times a year.The service department is amazing! I like to visit different Indian dealerships and visited this one while on vacation. I own a 2019 Indian Chieftain Limited and paid cash. Not gloating but this dealership made me feel like I didnt deserve to be there. I found and asked two different salesmen how the lower wind defectors mounted on the Chieftain and got two I dont knows and both salesmen walked away. My wife and I were the only customers there. I really love my Indian and I know the brand stands a better chance with better dealerships. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. This makes me more thankful for the great dealership I use at the Mall of Georgia Indian dealership.

Shug and JR take great care of me. I am so pleased with my service every time I go there. They remember me by name and go out of their way to make your needs fit their schedule. They also service my Harley better than Harley service do. I only trust them with my bikes.

We were so impressed with the sales staff and the selection too. A good friend and I (we both have ridden all of our lives) stopped in after lunch and were met by one guy who knew his stuff. He handed us off to Shug, who handled an hour of endless questions with ease. I am a life-long sportsbike guy and my buddy likes his cruisers. Shug knew the answers to EVERY technical question on every bike without ever cracking a brochure. It has been a pet peeve of mine for decades when sales folk dont know their product. Certainly NOT the case a the Savannah Indian dealership. I get the feeling the entire staff is of the same high caliber. Great experience.

Ive owned several harleys throughout the years. I recently purchased a new Indian Cheiftain, and after getting used to the controls I would be hard pressed to ever go back to a Harley. The service department here is great. You are treated like they actually want your business. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Was out for a ride on Saturday and ended up with a flat front tire on my Chieftain. I contacted Savannah Indian and within 30 minutes JR had arranged for a truck and trailer to come out and pick up my bike. He also had the tire replaced and ready by the end of the day. The service was spectacular and the staff great to deal with. Great bunch of folks!!

JR rocksi bought a 2020 Indian roadmaster at this dealership the service department did an awesome job for me .I had a problem with my bike which i created, they fixed the problem and no charge . i will be back and i will buy another Indian from this dealer

Keep your eyes on this one. Stopped in to look at a 2019 Indian Chief at $23,999.00.Had paperwork with price, trade ins, tax, license, fraight. One week later that same bike was listed at $27,999.00. Two different tags on the handlebars in that time period. What youll lose for a 2019 is about $5,000 rolling this one out the door. So do they raise the price to make you feel good when they lower price. Or are they confused with real world pricing. This bike is two years old now. The 2021s will be out soon making that loss even greater if you buy this one. Be honest or close your doors. The word is out now

I am a transport Company and a customer bought a bike from Indian Motorcycle I waited 15 minutes when staff came to my trailer with the bike he wouldnt load it.

I cannot say enough good things about Indian Motorcycle Savannah. The Indian brand is a solid, enduring product in and of itself, but the staff at this particular dealership truly go above and beyond.In ten years of riding both sport and cruiser bikes of all brands, my experience with this particular store has by far been the best. I traded in my Harley for a brand new Indian, and the experience was actually an enjoyable one. Not only did they make the process of buying a new bike painless, but they consistently treat me like family when I come in for routine maintenance. All of the staff has always humored me when I bring in my fellow riders to try to convert them over to the Indian experience; unlike many dealerships, they are just as friendly towards visitors who have no intention of making a purchase as they are towards paying customers. Unlike certain other establishments, never have I been talked down to, disregarded, or treated as less than equal because I am a female rider. They really are enthusiastic about bikes and riding in general, and arent afraid to take a moment to share that enthusiasm with you.They have also supported multiple local charity organizations and events, and are active members in the local communities. They really have just gone above and beyond what you would normally expect of a dealership.I always highly encourage any rider, no matter what discipline or what brand you ride, to stop in. I purchased a 2003 Honda Gold wing from them The price was very competitive with all of the private sellers I was seeing online then elsewhere so I paid them a visit. They were very good about telling me what they knew about the motorcycle and I never even test drove it before I purchased it. Zach did agree that if I found anything major that day while I was out riding they would take care of it. I had a knock sensor light come on shortly after I got home. They said bring it back in they took a look at it and ordered a new knock sensor for me and they’re having it shipped to my home. I will definitely be back to see them if they have another bike that I am interested in. They are the best.

Went in there a year ago to buy a 2015 heritage. Have almost a 800 credit score and they wouldnt sell me it. Went to harley that day. Got me the same bike cheaper. Thanks Indian for saving me money... lol

Hands down theyre professional and courteous staff and mechanics are great. Never got any attitude or felt like my needs werent important. I got a big bore kit done and some other minor work for my 06 Electra Glide and was very happy with the work. I had an issue with my fuel gasket and there was no fuss or issues for the rework. They took care of my bike and I couldnt be any happier. This is why they will always get my business.

Unbelievable dealership. I have never enjoyed buying a vehicle until now. The GM, Finance Manager and service manager are the nicest people you will meet. Fair and honest are what you expect and that’s what you’ll get.I bought a new Roadmaster and couldn’t be happier. I had the service department upgrade the bike to Stage 1 (pipes and air filter) and the bike is unbelievable. Comfortable ride, growling pipes and nice pick-up for a huge machine. If your thinking about buying an Ultra Glide, test drive the Roadmaster and compare. For me, it was no comparison.I went to the other American motorcycle company across the street. They seem like good people too but the new HD product does not compare to the Indian IMO.

Im from NY and stopped by here out of curiosity while on a short vacation. Beautiful new building with a roomy, almost museum-like showroom. Bob, one of the owners, knew I was just a visitor and not ready to buy anything. Still, he was so passionate and professional that he gave me ample time and knowledge to learn about several models. Let me sit on each one too. If I ever move near Savannah Ill be trading my Harley for an Indian!

Showroom set up very nicely. Salespeople and finance person not pushy. I usually hyperventilate when finalizing paperwork with finance dept but guy here is very straightforward. When I get a new bike (and I will) this will be where I purchase it from. I own a 2003 Indian Roadmaster Chief (Cheyenne) which I had fully serviced for this years riding season. I love this place! When I visit in I feel like I am with family. The service done on my bike made her feel like new. Make sure you visit, please make sure you asked to get introduced to all that work there. Great People, hard at work, to make sure you are Happy with the service they are providing.

I have had nothing but good dealings with the owner Bob, JR and Zack in Parts. and Chris in Service is Awesome. I have had some questionable service at other dealers with repairs done on my bike but Chris is knowledgeable and wants to help you enjoy your bike. Terrible service, was lied to my face about not being able to get a deposit back. Had to threaten to sue to get my money back. Nick was a terrible salesman didnt care about my wife or I at all. Will never step foot back in here. I recommend going to Harley right across the street, youll get treated 100 times better and they have better bikes at a better price.

Im on the fence right know.I purchased a 2016 Indian scout over a month ago.I have not received my title yet.Was told after the fact that the bike was a consignment which it didnt bother me it just makes the title process more difficult.Hate having a 12k paperweight in the driveway that I can use.Hopefully this error will get fixed and nobody else will fall victim to clerical problems.Spoke with several people including the head manager who stated there working on it.

Zack worked with me from my first visit until the bike was mine. He was very helpful and just a super nice guy. When its time for another bike, I will be back!

Tried to get an estimate to get some specific work done and they refused to give any pricing without looking at it and charging a shop fee. All I want is new rings, whats so hard about that? You cant see the rings without taking the engine apart, so why do I need to bring it an hour away for you to give me a base line price?

I purchased my 2015 Roadmaster last year before Indian Savannah was open, but when I met Bob Millsap, Kathy Callahan-Armstrong, Nick, Zach, Chris and Jr, I felt like I was among friends.I had some warranty work performed on my bike there and was very pleased with the quality of service, as well as how quickly my bike was in and out of the service department.My wife and I have purchased a few apparel items from Indian Savannah and have been very pleased with our purchases.I highly recommend Indian Savannah for a new Indian purchase, or for service of any brand motorcycle.

In September I bought a Vespa scooter from them. They did not tell me that it had broken a mirror, but when it was being loaded onto the trailer for shipment, it was knocked off. They then tried to Blame the shipper, but that was not the case. When the bike arrived, you could see where they used apoxy glue to reattach it. Obviously, that didn’t work AND they even got the apoxy on the front of the bike. While they did pay $100 towards The repair ( by my local mechanic @ $150) and they replaced the mirror, this was still really unethical and very disappointing experience.
