Only leaving one star because you have to click something to leave a comment other than that it would be no star. I dont recommend anyone using this place, there a RIP off got charge $600 dollars for back tire replacement which the tire was $145 and they were supposed to tighten my cam chain tensioner and change spark plug which they did get the plugs changed but the tensioner was never fixed. They claim to trying to fix it. Then was told I need to replace it with a automatic tensioner. Which Ive called 2 of bike shops and they said they dont make an auto for my bike. And to top it off they had my bike for 3 weeks and nothing really fixed other than the tire. So if you just like to throw money away then I would recommend them

Absolutely one of the best dealerships I have come across! (I have even worked for some in the past) These guys dont just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family and run this business exactly how businesses use to be ran.On countless occasions I have brought small, oddball projects to them for knowledge and advice. Not only do they provide that freely and willingly but also help take care of any things I am unable to do myself. The service department truly charges you for time spent on your bike (in many cases they havent charged me at all or very little if it was something as small as tapping a bearing on the stem) rather than charging you a minimum half hour/full hour labor that you see elsewhere.Even the sales department is top notch. They had an older bike taken in on trade that they were preparing to put on the floor. After I showed interest in it and because of its age and mileage they offered to sell it to me at cost. I was unable to purchase it at that moment due to other expenses but it was a deal that was very difficult to pass up and a very fair one at that!I drive 25-35 minutes to come to this dealership for everything I need even though there is one only a mile away from my house. I can not express my gratitude or support enough for this place and look forward to dealing with them more in the future.

I recently took my bike for an engine diagnostic to Southeast Motorcycle...I was told that metal was found in my oil and that I only owed $40 for the diagnostic. When I came to retrieve my motorcycle I was told that I owed $156. When I asked why the price jumped to 156 after I was told $40, I was told that the extra money came from the parts. Yes, the parts [required to drain the oil]. I then proceeded to ask what parts could possibly have been needed to drain the oil. I was baffled and borderline speechless when I was then told The parts, do you think they just fall from the sky? The employee was again unable to specify which exact parts I was being charged for. To reiterate, I was charged $156 for someone to drain my oil, when the average cost of an entire oil change is no more than $80 at a reputable shop. To no surprise my receipt only showed 2 hours of labor and no parts which totaled up to the $156 (2 hours to drain some oil?!?!?!?! and $80 an hour for labor?!) I was blatantly lied to and treated like an idiot because obviously no parts are/were/ever will be needed to simply drain (not change) the oil

Billy & Jerimey are legends! I was in from out of town and bought a used bike off a member of the Savanah community. The bike started and ran fine when I test drove it, but the next morning when I took to the gas station and filled it up after shutting the tank it would not turn over. It would not start and it only had 3200 miles on it. Billy gave me advice over the phone and let me know what he believes the issue was. I waited a little while for the bike to cool down and attempted to start again and had no luck. I called Billy back as he recommended if the bike would not start up, and he got in his truck right then and came out to jump the bike.He was there within 10 minutes and I was 8 miles away. He jumped a motorcycle and I followed him to the shop. While at the shop he gave me many pointers and great information about my new bike, while assuring me that all the issues will be taken care of. I feel like my bike is in great hands and I am extremely grateful for the team at Southeast motorcycle. I look forward to getting my slicks and battery/service inspection and getting back on the road soon. Thank you Billy and Jerimey!

In early May, my best friend bought a new Aprilia Tuono Factory ($18K) from Southeast Motorcycle. Three weeks later with only 900 miles on the bike, he trailered it back to the dealer (4 hours one-way to Savannah from Atlanta) for what seems to be a warranty repair, and they havent touched it in nearly 2 weeks. When he dropped-off on a Saturday (as suggested by them, no appointment necessary), they said they couldnt get to it that day, but probably by Tuesday or Wednesday. Okay, no problem.Fast-forward 12 days, and they report that they havent gotten to it yet.Meanwhile, my friend has had to initiate all communication. When he does, they say theyre busy.Once, they actually said, You dont want to rush this. Well, considering they havent even glanced at it in almost 2 weeks, yeah, he wants to rush that. Also, he just made his first payment on a new bike that he doesnt even have and the dealer seems utterly uninterested and unconcerned. On my friends third, self-initiated call to discover that they still havent looked at the bike, they said, By the way, there was a problem with the tag, so you have to go to the tag office to get it. WTF?This is a new bike sold by a dealership. Dont they process tags all the time? Now my friend who works 10-12 hour days has to literally take time off of work (and *lose* money) to go to the tag office to get a tag for a defective bike he doesnt even have and that the dealership hasnt even looked at? Wow. Just...wow.Ive really started to wonder, was there something wrong with this bike from the beginning and they knew it? Or are they dragging their feet on fixing it because its a warranty repair and not profitable? Is it because they havent hired enough mechanics? Is there even an Aprilia mechanic there?Or is it because they are the only Aprilia dealership in Georgia and know that people dont have any other option so suck it up and wait?Or have they actually looked at it and dont know what to do, so theyre sandbagging in the middle of the summer riding season and dumping on what should be the joy of owning a new bike? This dealership seemed good when my friend was a buyer, but now that he is an owner, he is a low priority despite the extraordinarily odd situation with a defective new bike purchased from them 5 weeks ago that has gathered dust in their garage for the last 2 weeks.A dealership that cared would pull out all the stops to help a customer whose new Aprilia is unrideable with 900 miles on it.Or better yet, keep the bike and give him his money back so he can buy a bike from a dealer who cares.
