Sent a package here and was going to pay the convenience fee like I had before. Came on a Wednesday, said they didn’t have it even though the shipping number said it had arrived. Came back Friday, turns out they DID have it, forgot about it, and sent it BACK on the Thursday in-between. What?? Now I have to pay shipping again to have it sent again.Update: Savannah city caused complications and the circumstances for businesses were out of their control. Being closed on Saturday was not their fault.
I was just in this store and Norris, the store manager, was fantastic. Very helpful and courteous while he boxed up my items and got them sent off. When I go to USPS they make you even buy the tape! But Norris boxed, taped, and labeled all my boxes for me!
The staff is always friendly. But just assume they arent going to show up about 15 minutes late when opening.
The owner Pete, and Store Manager Norris are always outstanding to do business with.Prices, and Colleague professionalism are better then other major couriers in the city, the location is cozy, and well maintained, glass and floors are always clean, little things add up to big things! As long as I am in Savannah for work, I will always use the UPS Store on Bryan St. and look forward to doing business with Pete and Norris.Thank you for your service to the community gentleman!Best,Colin W. I only gave them one star because I cannot give them zero. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My package was suppose to be delivered on a Tuesday and still has not arrived (today is Saturday). I have called the 1800 Number over ten times and have been put on hold for hours. They say the issue is they have the wrong address, but when I call back we both agree it is correct. confirm; the driver simply cannot find my house apparently (even after giving detailed instructions). The local office finally called me back and told me my package would not arrive until this coming Monday. When I told them is is unacceptable and terrible customer service I was hung up on. My package was car parts and I needed them to repair my vehicle to get to work. No one, I mean absolutely no one who works for them that I talked to remotely cares about the needs of the customer. I will never use UPS ever again!
Every time I come to this location they have me in and out in no time. They are very respectful and greet all customers when they enter. Service is great and they are helpful.
COVID 19 Hours are 10am to 6pm everyday closed Sunday. Call to be sure it’s open all subject to change.
Our company which is based in Atlanta had a last minute large rush project that needed hundreds of pages copied, bound, added to a flash drive and hand delivered to an address in Savannah. The owner of this UPS store at 22 W. Bryan St., Peter Elenbaas, amazingly made it happen for us! In just a few hours he and his team got everything done and hand delivered the package with a signed delivery receipt. We are very appreciative of Peter and his staff and highly recommend them.
Pete was incredible. I called into the store the Friday morning before my wedding with a print job that needed to be done by Saturday morning. He went out of his was to make sure everything was perfect and done by lunch time on Friday. He kept in contact with me the whole time via email and phone. He literally made my wedding weekend! I never actually met him in person, but wish I could have to give him the biggest hug and thank him!
Its inconvenient to me anytime I have to go to a ups store. The service is always sub part, and something always seems to go wrong. During this visit, I waited until 7:39 AM for the store to open, 9 minutes past what the sign said. No apology from the guy who showed up, just business as usual. Im sure you can see the other reviews, and that they agree that this location doesnt deserve your business. Avoid if you can.
Bad customer service. Did not try to help me at all. The worst. Will not be using ups anymore
Pete, the store owner is an absolute delight to work with. Im a graphic design for a small PR firm, and this man saved the day. My client had a conference around the corner from this store and our shipment of conference guides were late to ship due to a storm, thus not making it on time. Frantically I looked for a place locally to do a run of 250 brochures. Pete took up the challenge & were so happy he did.Despite our firm being in Tampa, I will definitely use his service again & hopefully not in such a pinch I put him in that night.Thank you for all your hard work.
I spent 30 minutes stressed out in FedEx and walking into this store was a breath of fresh air. The owner was very nice and efficient. Copies were a very reasonable price and I was in and out.
Awesome UPS location, always get any business handled quickly, professionally and at great prices. Thanks so much. Would definitely recommend.
Dont use their dropoff box or you will never see your package again. I was told that people put items in this USPS box inside the UPS store all the time. Dont you think the owners of this store would address the problem!
Always helpful and professional. They go out of their way to make repeat customers.
I run a successful mail-order business for 30 years. As a graphic novelist and cartoonist, with about 100 books published and awards in my field. My illustrations and paintings are exhibited globally, valued at multiple thousands.I also do illustrations for other peoples books and do graphic design as a freelancer. This is a challenging but rewarding career. And I work 24 hours a day 7 days a week to keep it running smoothly.Moving to Savannah from New York City in 2011, I rented a UPS mailbox like I always do, to keep my mail safe. Its usually worth the money, but in this case it definitely was not!UPS Pete would continually sexually harass me when I came to pick up my mail.I dont need comments on how my body looks in my clothes when I am running errands, nor do I dress in a way to incite comment while picking up mail in the morning.I also do not pay Pete and ups for a surly attitude when I inquire as to where my valuable property is.My accounts for my publishers, agents, art sale checks, illustration clients and Asian book printer are attached to my UPS mailbox.I never had prior experience to this at the UPS box in Manhattan or Los Angeles so I didnt anticipate Petes unprofessional behavior. To change the address costs months of time and countless money. This is why I didnt leave when Pete started harassing me.I also found it very stressful, dreading in the anticipation of dealing with Pete in order to pick up my checks or newly released book title. After 2 years of his bullying and general bad attitude. I firmly told Pete to check himself and stop harassing me.He stopped for a while, until Pete saw my mixed race, black, and lbgtq employees.Pete then started hiding my mail, trying to gas-light me by claiming I already picked up the slip used to retrieve it, when I absolutely did not. Then a couple of weeks later, Pete would miraculously find my package. After repeated incidents, our expensive printer ink, which we use to print out all the mail orders at the studio, went missing, due to Pete playing his usual game of hide and seek. We knew the printer ink had been delivered through the tracking number update. This cost us money and reviews while we waited for Pete to find the package of ink a week later.I contacted UPS to let them know how Pete was hiding my mail and harassing me, to get him to stop. This incident prompted him to decide to shut down my UPS box which directly effected my business. On the day my Grandma died I went to my mailbox to retrieve the mail before going away to the West coast for her funeral for 2 weeks. Which traumatized me during my Grandmas funeral. While 3000 miles from my studio and resources, and preoccupied during the funeral as to where to set up a new place to run my business.I had to contact everywhere from the Art Auction in Texas to the printer in China and more clients, to stop all mail delivery to my address, on top of everything my family was going through with our Grandmothers death.3 checks (that I know of) valued at $10,000, needed to be reissued, thrown in the trash by Pete.Inventory valued at over $20,000 retail was sent to the UPS store which almost got returned to China if my employees had not intercepted the UPS truck and saved the inventory.Pete needs to be stopped now so he can not continue to do this to women and minorities. And I highly DO NOT recommend renting a box at 22 West Bryan st., UPS Store #1355 Located In downtown Savannah.
The store was run by the manager when I went there. He did a great job but since I had a few things to have done, a long line formed. I felt sorry for the people behind me. The store was cluttered-they should be given money to clean the place up. Looked dirty.
These guys operate the best UPS that Ive been to in Chatham County. Professional, courteous and always keeping small business in mind when helping out with freight.
Definitely recommend! Pete went out of his way to help me in a pinch. Great service!
Very poor service..! Amazon sent a parcel through amazon and they did not even bang the door and simply left a note to get it from access point . And then I scheduled a delivery a next day and it still did not come through.. they are saying they will send on monday so let’s see how it goes
I walk by this store everyday on my to work and it is never open on time 10-15 late is routine. No different today, waiting to drop off a package and no one to be seen
Ex silent service even if you arrive one min before closing. They get you package out fast, mine are always boxed but they have everything you need if not. Only downside is location and parking meeters.
So it apparently takes a signed document from the Pope and an act of Congress to get UPS to leave a package at your door instead of trucking it off to one of its stores for you to come pick up yourself. I live in an apartment building, so someone knocking at my front door isnt going to help me at all. I made a UPS My Choice account specifically for the purpose of doing the shipment release form so that they could leave my packages at my front door without me needing to sign for them, which was entirely ignored, so my package wasnt delivered. I then left special instructions with the order AND printed out a big sign to post on the door of the apartment building in order to remind the driver to leave the package, which were also ignored. I finally had to drive to their location myself to get my package from them. I tried calling the 1-800 number I was given to figure out what on Earth I needed to do to JUST GET THEM TO DELIVER A PACKAGE, and I had to go through a whole ordeal with their tech support to told me I hadnt authorized the package release despite the fact that I WAS STARING AT THE SCREEN WHERE I HAD AUTHORIZED IT. They then told me my account user name wasnt in their system DESPITE THE FACT THAT I WAS CURRENTLY LOGGED IN. This isnt the first time this has happened, its a trend. Im done with UPS.
Very poor service. My package is lost and they are not helpful at all in finding it. I will never use this location again and I have reported them to UPS. I would like to give no stars but it will not let you.
The delivery sucks. They didnt knock on the door or ring the door bell on delivery three times. REALLY! YOUR DRIVER ARE THAT LAZY! Unsatisfactory! !!!!!
There is a thief among the drivers in this city. twice the driver has tried to drop off my package at the front office, claims that they were not open each day that he came to drop off the package our front office was open.they open at 9 am every day. day one the driver said they were not open at 9:13 am the front office opens at 9 am the driver left a note. day two the driver said that they tried to drop it off at 10:15am the front office opens at 9am the driver did not leave a note.....
Nothing but a pleasure dealing with these guys. Helpful, generous, and great service!
Can get a lot of help for whatever you may need
Sign say they open at 8 which in fact after waiting 30 minutes they were still not open. When finally opening they only person working was not a notary! Really what is up with them
Great attitude and very helpful.
Sign on door says they open at 730 am and at 10 after 8 the door is still locked!
$5 to email 5 pages is ridiculous. Should have gone to Office Depot or anywhere else.
Staff not always friendly. Its the UPS store, not really a whole lot to stay!
Great customer service 💯💯
Not open on time -killer
Excellent service
Doesnt open at the time listed
