Most knowledgeable & courteous store of any type I have ever done business with. a locally owned business that goes out of their way to help you choose the best product at a very reasonable price for your project. big box stores & online suppliers are a waste of your time. Lonnie and his crew at B&B Paints have always been so helpful to me. I have not been one to buy a lot of supplies from them, mainly razor blades for my business windshield repair, you would think I spent a million dollars a year with him, the way he treats me from the time I enter until I leave, always helpful friendly and curious. He has very competitive price, and superior quality products. I have rediscovered my local paint store !

I’m a first time customer from out of town and found the service world class. They went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Although I will not be using their store often due to living out of town, when I do, it will be B & B!

If you have a question about painting this is the place to go.These are the people that will tell you the best product to use even if they dont carry it. However they have a wonderful newly restored store thats stocked with nearly everything you could possibly need. They are the best of the best.

If you want the world’s worst and laziest customer service, waste your money here. The store was completely empty, a man was smacking on chips at the counter, his colleague claimed how busy they were, passive aggressively while I needed help finding a paint sample. If they don’t want to spend their time helping me, I’m not going to waste my time or money here. Go anywhere else.

WORST customer service Ive ever had. Instead of trying to answer my question and help me purchase a product to start my project, the person answering the phone wanted to argue with me. All I wanted to know was if they carried a product! I wont be seeking out anything from B & B Paint again, which is a shame, since I prefer to support local businesses, rather than big box retail chains.

B and B Paint is hands down the best paint store in Savannah. We have been buying paint there for over 6 years. Good quality paints, knowledgeable staff, and friendly!

From previous experience I have been happy with Benjamin Moore paint and I wanted to use it again. Ive been to the store numerous times and they have been closed. Their hours dont support working people who work until 6:00pm (they close at 5:00pm) and their weekend hours are limited to Saturday until 1:00pm. I accepted the situation and made the arrangements I needed to select colors. I returned today to get sample colors to try in my home. A man, I believe the owner, told me he would work with me on that.When I entered the store there was a tall gentleman in painters clothes having a conversation with the store representative. When I had exhausted the paint chips on the wall, I requested a color deck and explained that I was having difficulty finding the colors I needed from the chips. Apparently the rep didnt want to speak to me at all (although he was fine speaking about all manner of issues to the painter). He cut me off and said, Just tell me what you want. I told him that I needed the color deck and I had already made the request. He said, well, you kept talking.I see myself as being a mostly pleasant person (Im not perfect) and I was not overdoing the speaking. I had hoped by speaking a little about my dilemma he might have some hints as to narrowing down color choice, etc.He was so rude that I walked out with no intention of ever setting my foot in those doors. For reference, I have lived awhile. In that time surely I have had unpleasant experiences, but I can truthfully say I have rarely been treated this way by other businesses in my 1/2 century plus.
