Between my wife and me, we have been doing business with VCAC since 2004. We have received great regular service and have always been taken care of right away in an emergency such as a flat tire or check engine light or loose rattling exhaust system etc. We recently had to trade in one of our two cars for a newer one. I hit a cast iron water main that rolled out in front of me. It disabled my vehicle and this was one of my primary work vehicles. It was a Wednesday in the afternoon. My vehicle was towed to Village center auto care. The oil pan was destroyed.They located an oil pan, had it shipped from across the country, and had my vehicle ready for the road by Friday.No one could have done that any quicker. That’s why all my vehicles, and all my families vehicles, go there.Always great service!!

The mechanics at Village Center Auto Care have responded to my request to keep my 2011 Honda Pilot safe and road worthy. I receive notifications ( txt nudges) when it’s time to get the engine oil changed. Whenever Jeremy sees something that he deems needed for future preventative maintenance he provides a written estimate along with recommendation. These sort of responses by Jeremy provide time to plan for the recommendation and to ensure that the work is done correctly. This time he removed and replaced the rear shocks that began leaking. He also applied an application of rust proofing to allow for more years of use on the tough roads of Maine winters. Thank you for caring for my automobile and ensuring a safe ride.

Fantastic service! I called with an issue on my car. They were able to schedule for that week. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule due to weather. They were quickly able to diagnosis the issue and had the part on hand. I asked for them to add on an oil change and they were able to add that in. The cost was very fair and my car feels brand new this morning! They also have a courtesy shuttle and drove me home so I could drop my car off. Wonderful family owned business. I trust them implicitly and always take my cars there for service.

Another great experience at Village Auto Care. My ‘check engine’ light came on Saturday morning and they were able to get me in Monday morning and the car was fixed before noon. Very reasonable price. Definitely will continue to have my car serviced here. Also like that it is a locally owned family business.

I am new to Maine and Village Center was recommended for my vehicle inspection by Scarborough Town Hall after I switched my registration. They were able to make my appointment for the following day (awesome since you only have 10 days to do it). The staff here was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. Moved here from Florida and my car has never seen this type of cold LOL. They gave me written quotes for new tires, snow tires and some general maintenance that they noticed while doing the inspection. Very fast and friendly service! Even threw in a free coffee while I waited 😊 Highly recommended, will be using them again!

Needed my oil pan replaced and my rear brakes rebuilt. They were very efficient and charged a reasonable price. I’ve been going here for my auto maintenance since the 1980s and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

My inspection was well past due and absolutely needed to get done. The whole process was extremely easy and efficient - from scheduling the appointment, dropping off my car, all the way through to pick up. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. No surprises during the inspection or hidden costs and I especially like the reminders and service history emails, theyll hopefully make it so I am not so overdue on my inspection next year!

I found this place online before traveling to Portland. When I emailed and called, everyone was super polite. I made an appointment for my travel date in Portland. When I arrived, everyone was very courteous. My oil change was finished quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend this small family and locally owned business.

Jeremy and his family are wonderful to work with. They are very kind and professional and courteous. They take very good care of all my cars. I dont ever feel as though they are doing more than is needed to solve a problem. They stand by their work and I still go to them even though I moved to Cape Elizabeth.

Great people to deal with. They helped me out when I was in a tight spot. I was able to get my car done faster than I thought and the price was reasonable. Jeremy has recently worked on two very different cars for me. One issue dealt with a leaky gas tank on an 04 Audi and the latest was a carburetor problem with a 75 Buick. Not only did he properly fix both issues in a very timely fashion, he was also very pleasant to work with and kept you in the loop every step of the way. Never any surprises. Their shuttle service is great too. I hope their recent customer appreciation day was a success - we certainly enjoyed stopping in. Great local business that I hope continues to do well.

We are here on vacation and the power steering and transmission lines went on my vehicle. I called Village center, spoke to Jeremy and he got me in right away and had my car done in a day and half. The service was fast and friendly. I would recommend Village center auto to anyone.

Village Center Auto Care is a terrific place. I have stopped to get gas, have air put in my tires, get service and state inspections. Each time they were helpful, courteous, professional and thorough.

Got my state inspection done here. The owner is on site, and running the garage and doing the work. I actually failed my inspection the first time, because I had made a small, illegal modification to my car. I went and got the bolts I needed to reverse the modification, and called back a couple of days later to schedule another inspection. They got me right into the shop, the same day, reattached the bolts I needed to pass, and got me past inspection. Nice guys, local owner, clean shop. Great local service station !
