Super grateful to the folks here- I was driving up to teach a class in Portland and my tire got shredded as I pulled off in Scarborough to get gas. A guy at the gas station recommended Tire Warehouse for friendly service and good quality tires. They took me right away and I actually made it to class with five minutes to spare! I noticed the man at the desk being really kind to an elderly woman who is clearly a regular customer, and I could tell this is a shop beloved by the community. Oh, and he gave me a teacher discount, which I very much appreciated. Who knew that busting a tire could turn out to be an experience that makes your day!

Tire Warehouse in Scarborough Maine is very attentive with all regards. They consistently advise me on what tires would be best for my car and unquestionably they are outstanding with customer service., They work hard to provide affordable competitive prices and always stand behind their work. Dave sincerely was on the phone back and forth dealing with customers in house and out of house. He’s so awesome at his job and very respectful. I had to reschedule and he helped with the switch immediately and when I randomly popped in the next day to get my lug nuts tightened; they fit me right in. Great staff and very efficient.

I set up an appointment with (the Manager) Dave for 11am on Friday. I arrived at 10:55am, Dave came a spoke to me at 10:57. I gave Dave the info on the car and where the tires were (in trunk) etc., and he took it from there.The car with 2 new tires in front was ready at approx. 11:20. Dave advised me to come back in a day or so, to check the lug nuts and tighten if needed.I did that an everything was all good.I would recommend Dave and Tire Warehouse to anyone looking for tires and/or mounting and balance of tires.

Needed a spare tire for my 4500lb travel trailer. Called about 6 places. Nobody had the wheels, and only a few had the tires. Dave was fast, efficient and had both the tire and wheel. Popped the tire on the rim for me and was ready for pick-up in an hour flat. Life saver for us before a 4.5 hour trip downcast for memorial day weekend. Highly recommend!

Dave at Tire Warehouse in Scarborough was not only the ONLY dealer who agreed to honor this warranty, he was the most upbeat, accommodating and helpful customer service...or ANY service person I have come across in a long time. My first time to the Scarborough location in many years. Went here to get tires for my son. This location was more convenient for him. Very professional and got us in and out quickly. Prices are always fair. My only issue is the busines gets so much business the parking lot is a little small.

I stopped in for a quick quote and the whole staff is so friendly, helpful, and real stand up guys! They got my girls friends car fixed and safe again and was extremely professional and fair priced. I will continue to bring all my vehicles there for my tires and repairs! We were visiting the area and got a bolt in our tire. Called several places that were less than helpful. Tire Warehouse went out of their way to fit us into their schedule on short notice. We were in and out in less than an hour after I called with a patched tire thats working great. They were excellent and inexpensive and just got it done.

They put Tire Warehouse in waze.I arrived with no appointment on and they had me on my way home in 1/2 hour even though they had to pick up my tire size at another dealer. Highly recommend tire warehouse! I am from PA and got a flat tire in MA. I was able to drive on the spare to ME (my final destination) and Dave had the tire I needed on hand. He replaced it the same day and accommodated my schedule and allowed me to pick up my car after hours. My tire pressure light was still on after I picked up my car and they were able to take a look at it and fix it Sunday morning before heading back to PA.

I am from NY and I got a flat tire in Old orchard beach, ME non of the other tire places had my tire in stock or they wanted me to leave the car by them overnight which wasnt an option since I am not from the area. So I went to Tire warehouse and the guy by the desk changed my tire in a half hour!! And the price was very reasonable!! I definitely recommend going there aspecally if youre on vacation and need to hit the road ASAP. Thank you!!!!!

Excellent customer service! Even though he was busy, the store manager Dave took the time to go over all my different options for tires and offered to get them on later that day. Tires were on and alignment checked in less than an hour. They made a task that I had been dreading and putting off for quite a while much easier. I called two days prior in peak snow tire mounting time. The gentleman i spoke with was on point and was able squeeze to get me in the next day by leaving my car there all day. Drop off i was greeted professionally at the counter and told they would take care of me. when i picked up it was the same nothing but professionalism with a great attitude!

These guys always take great care of me. They will search for the tires i want and will beat the price of anyone, even tire rack. They now have new lifts in each bay. They have no problem price matching tires. I think they like the challenge. They have sold me race tires, street tires and two types of snow tires. They are always happy to go the extra mile. No pressure on selling you something you dont need. They will let you know if your tires are going to pass inspection or not.I dont recommend any other place.

Had to get new tires today. This location was the only one open on a Sunday. I called and made an appointment for the same day. The guy in charge named Dave was fantastic. Extremely helpful and honest. They had me in and out in under an hour with top end tires for less than any place in town. This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a car shop. Really great service. I was doing my wifes snow tires myself and ran into a problem with a stuck lug. I called around and nobody else could help for a couple weeks but Dave at Tire Warehouse told me hed fit me in. Even though they were busy and it was a weekend, Dave was able to help me out and even finished the job so I wasnt wrenching out in the rain. Definitely my first choice for tires on any of my vehicles.

Dave at Tire Warehouse Scarborough is an incredible example of customer service! He is so pleasant over the phone and in person, he does the most the absolute most for his customers! While I was waiting in the lobby, I saw Dave squeeze several customers into his busy schedule and juggle many phone calls with a calm and friendly attitude. Went to put TPMS in my tires, they were put in and work great... but all four of my rims that I just bought were scratched in the process of putting them in, not a huge fan of that.

3/9/21 - When it comes to tires, Tire Warehouse is the first place I go!I had a small cut in the sidewall of one of my tires and, as expected, it started to leak air a few days ago. I went right to Tire Warehouse in Scarborough & they took care of my right away. They had to have the tire delivered, which only took about an hour, and they had it mounted, balanced & back on my car in 90 minutes!I didn’t want to replace all 4 tires (they’re fairly new) and they honestly didn’t upsell or pressure me to get all 4.I also had a question about my wheels/rims and they sent me in the right direction to take care of them for a fraction of the cost I found everywhere else.‘M impressed and satisfied as usual!Great job Tire Warehouse!Thanks,Jordan Garlock

Ive bought numerous sets of tires from Tire Warehouse in Scarborough over the years, and keep going back to them. This past season, I had them mount and balance my bolt-on snowtires (which were 5 seasons old, so close to the end of their lives). I drove the car, and the entire car was wobbling. Came back in and got the wheels rebalanced - still no luck. The manager Dave and assistant manager Griff worked with me over several visits (including force balancing, wheel alignments, etc.) to figure out the problem and finally narrow the problem down to my steel wheels being slightly bent, in addition to my tires being pretty beat. A new set of snow tires later, and Im happy. Theyre busy there, and sometimes you have to wait a bit, but Ill always keep coming back here.

Came in unexpectedly on a Sunday after discovering a cut in the side wall of my tire. It was clearly unsafe to be driving on it and even though the staff was busy James went out of his way to help and get me in for new tires. Thank you for the excellent service! Will be back for sure.

I called the Westbrook store to see if I could get a rotation some time today. The guy told me they were too busy and would be a few days. Called the Scarborough store and got almost the same answer. I was told I needed to make an appointment for later in the week. Ended up going to their new store in Portland and they got me right in. Had to find it on my own though. Nobody bothered to tell me that they had another store so close by. The guy at the new store was working by himself and still had me in and out in 20 minutes. Just cuz theyre all the same company doesnt mean theyre all the same store.
