Disable parking is not by the main entrance, it’s a good 5-8 spots to the left of the doors, does not make any damn sense. Also no military discounts and staff didn’t seem helpful. Also on the tools I was looking at, it was placed in a little bag, probably because it was returned and it was used and this store still has it has full retail price, you can clearly see it was used. Won’t go to the location again.

Fantastic neighborhood hardware. Staff is always so helpful and they carry so much more than you’d expect. My fav is the little bulk birdseed section.

I easily placed an online order for curbside pick up. Nice. The order confirmation said to be sure to wait for email that indicated my order was ready. 3 days later I called to see what was up. Helpful associate Tyler confirmed it was ready(today).When I arrive there is a sign up front for “curbside only”, which I misunderstood to be a parking area. I called to let them know I arrived. Was told they would be there when they could get to me. After 1 minute, An associate of girth yelled at me to move my car because I was blocking traffic. Well okay. I understand that, I had only been idling for a minute and didn’t think I would be there that long, but there was absolutely no reason for the manner in which I was treated. I will go to another store going forward. Not this location ever more.I am still waiting for someone to come out going on 10 minutes now. No acknowledgment and now others being served that arrived after me.

I find it difficult now to shop in stores because of limited mobility. These are the nicest, most accommodating people you could ever hope to do business with. Now just now with the CO VID accommodations, but always since I have done business with them for the last 17 years.

This hardware store is nearby, so convenience is a factor here, but I appreciate the service - everyone is always willing to help and asking if you need it. You never have to seek someone out. If you dont need help, they dont bother you either. The selection is good, the prices are good, and it is just a generally pleasant experience whether you are just looking or need to make a purchase.

Great service and I always find what Im looking for. Love the new layout of the store and theyre decked out now for the holidays. Great place to pick up a gift!

WOW... I have not posted a review in quite some time; however the condescending and insulting language and tone that Dan Johnson took with me immediately after answering the phone was deplorable.I get it.. We all have bad days; retail is retail though. Treat people with respect and answer there questions. You sell more if you do. Good Luck to you Dan.

I got my car-key battery replaced in a matter of minutes. They were so helpful!

Dont take there advice on what to buy. They have given bad suggestions on what to purchase every time I have come in. I wanted a rust inhibitor for the base of my car and they suggested something that removes rust and isnt suggested for a car that has no rust. They also suggested an interior polyurethane for a surface that could have lots of water on it, at times. Otherwise, they have a decent selection.

I needed parts for a hydrant, Home Depot said I could not get parts and I would have to replace the whole unit. The guys attitude put me on edge and I walked out. Went to Ace and talked to Dave, I left as a happy customer.

The staff is always there to help the minute you walk through the door. Great management
