If I could give it a zero - I definitely would.Today was the second time they lost my order or simply postponed making it for later. Two people who were after me got their drinks first. Mobile orders - I understand, they got their own turn. But in-store orders are a MESS out there all the time. New staff they hired now don’t even care for how long you’ll be standing there, no one will ask if there’s anything you’re waiting for.So today I basically paid for standing there for more than 20 min and left with nothing. I was already short on time and told barista not to waste product.Thanks for everything, I won’t be back.

Incompetent baristas - I asked for two coffees, one with almond milk and one with coconut milk, and for both, I got REGULAR milk. This ruined my day. I am never coming to this Starbucks ever again

Pretty nice Starbucks. This place was recently renovated. And they added a larger food selection than they had before. They have nice pre-made sandwiches and cakes and pastries. The breeze theres a very nice and very attentive. Its a nice place to go and relax and get a nice cup of coffee

Barista really had me waiting 15 minutes to get a simple iced coffee order meanwhile they were dead and two other people got their coffee before me but I ordered first.

During the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Starbucks in Scarsdsle Village was one of the few places that opened up offering coffee and other treats via a “ take out window”! In the early days of this craziness, it was a welcome sight especially to see some of our favorite baristas still working when so many people had been furloughed. Now, six months into our “ new normal” there store is opened for business and they Ben offer outdoor seating on their terrace and in front of their store. They may have the friendliest staff and the most caring manager, Mark Jessamy, who really makes everyone feel valued and loved.Of course the challenge is trying to enjoy your drink while wearing your masks!

The guy that served me was so sweet, and gave me two cookies even when I ordered for one. He gave me a second one because the first one was cracked ♡

What can I really say - its a good Starbucks! They were super friendly and even asked how to spell my name instead of just spelling it wrong, which I certainly appreciated. Nice atmosphere, and there was outdoor seating available. Not too busy also.

Above average Starbucks in downtown Scarsdale. Couldnt be more convient to the train ! Seems like a happy place to work.

The place is full most of the time, which make me wonder why don’t they open another one? If you plab to work here, just forget it, unless you are OK with working in a crowded (And sometime noisy) place.Now the coffee: Just great!

The girl taking the coffee orders was very nice, but the girl handling the food was rude and didnt do her job. We waited for 10 minutes for our food after I got my drink and she never apologized.

Baristas pay more attention to each one of themselves behind the counter then they do to the customers whom are standing in front of them. To add insult to injury Where else can you get ripped off for $2.50 or more for a cup of either bitter or acidic tasting coffee. I for one love Bulletproof Coffee, much better tasting at less cost.

No one does it better than Ann, the general manager.The redecorated Scarsdale train location is surprisingly different. It is not as cozy but it is certainly bright. The drinks are still as good as ever and so is to help. When you open the door you cant believe what comes before your eyes trust me. The parking in the area is awful and make sure you feed the meters consistently. The Scardsale meter person is awful is ruthless. Enjoy!!! I love it.

The location is very ideal because it is right next to the train station. The baristas are very friendly and nice. The vanilla coffees are great. The snacks are always available and the they have a stove to heat up the sandwiches.

I love this Sbux! Although theyre always busy due to the fact that theyre connected to the Scarsdale train station, Ive never experienced a long wait. The staff here is friendlier than your average Sbux crew.

If it were not for brand recognition this Starbucks would not exist. Terrible service, consistently slow and rude, for at best generic coffee. There is a variety of coffee shops and bakeries within a block of this location, independent and chain franchises including Martines and Dunkin Donuts, all better than this Starbucks.

Its exactly what youd expect from a train station location -- or adequate nothing special. Definitely not a soothing third place but the coffee and food are consistent and quick.

There were 5 people working in the Starbucks, yet, they were all extremely inefficient and were chatting amongst eachother which was slowing them down. It took 10 minutes before I decided to leave without warning up my sandwich.Once I opened the sandwich, it was half empty and had one tiny piece of cheese and tomato.I usually enjoy Starbucks and their foods, but today I was very disappointed.

I just had the Starbucks experience. I came to downtown Scarsdale at 6 AM to work. Nothing was open, including the building I was going to work in. I do not drink coffee and had never bought anything at a Starbucks in my lifetime. So they suggest a hot chocolate, was upsold to the largest cup, they put a dab of Whip Cream and Chocolate syrup on it. The barista was a very Upbeat person And provided constant upbeat greetings to every last person who came in. I was thinking of my niece Jessica who was a barista and now makes part of her living improve.Tipped the barista team for the floor show and tremendously positive good feeling I had as I walked across the street to @ScarsdaleDentalGroup

Filthiest restroom in the Scarsdale/Eastchester area. There are no seat covers and half of the time no toilet paper. One can tell the hygene of a place by its bathroom. Customer service and the store management has ignored my complaints. Anyone knows how to share this with Mr. Howard Schultz?

I have 11 star rewards so I am at the green level - free refills in store. Having never used the system before I asked the cashier how it worked. He informed me that I could get a refill on any drink as long as I scanned the barcode on my phone which verifies I have reached the green level. I order my drink, pull up some research Ive been working on and when I finished my drink I went up for a refill. The exact same person who had told me I could get a refill with any drink tells me that I cannot get a refill with that specific drink. Had I known I simply would have ordered a different one. Lying in order to up sell is just pathetic. Especially when people are already paying $5-$9 on a cup of coffee. Very unimpressed by his pompous attitude as he attempted to make me look stupid in front of the rest of the other 10 people in line. Not sure if he was uninformed or manipulative but his attitude and rude comments have solidified the fact that I will never return back to this particular Starbucks.

昨日、用があって近くまで行ったので立ち寄ったが、オーダーしたのに待てど一向に私のコーヒーは、出てこず、わたしの後からオーダーした人が先にピックアップしてたりと。かれこれ30分すぎてから、あがってきた行き先不明のコーヒーが放置されていた。誰も取ろうとしないので、おそらくわたしのであろうと持ち去った。名前を呼ぶでもなく、ただ放置。しかも、熱いカップには、スリーブもついてない不親切さ。おそらく、二度と行くことはない店舗だろう。
