For a marquee and one of the only womens fitness stores, it is very mediocre. Very disorganized and always has about three employee present and congregated around the counter. Very rarely does it have the most current styles of each brand. It is very basic. It has more casual clothing than functional, which is a disappointment.I only received average customer service there once and I made a purchase that time. No one attempts to engage in a conversation or inquires to help beyond a weak attempt to greet; if they speak to you at all.I never feel a managerial presence and I used to frequent this store. Online shopping better fits this brand overall.There is a random assortment of casual/fashion wear here but nothing beyond basic colors and maybe one or two patterned styles.

I believe there shoes are NOT authentic! I bought ughs on sale and the stitchy looks bad and they started to peel and 3 wears. The ugh sign looks a little suspect... I would go elsewhere if I were to be shopping in this mail. The shoes are still pricesy Ill just pay full price at a real names brand store.

Very Attentive Staff every visit. They are closing & moving into Footlocker tho.

Manager and coworkers were not helpful. Needed an exchange and being a retail manager myself, I can easily search a customers original reciept with a gift reciept and they weren’t helpful. Very disappointed.

Selection is horrible. Waste of space. Their shopper should do a better job of buying.
