Really big Spirit Halloween! Staff told me its the largest location they have in the Midwest.Great selection, had all the accessories I needed to complete my costume.

Polite workers. Didnt have the costume we needed, but its close to Halloween, so I wasnt too surprised.

Really not happy that I drove from quite a distance to this store to be turned away by a worker standing outside telling us they were closed. It was 8:56 pm and they didn’t close until 9. We knew exactly what we were looking for and would be in and out by closing time. We were already at another Spirit location and didn’t have luck finding what we needed so thought we could hurry to this one to check.

A little bit pricey but they had everything that I needed for my Halloween. One stop shop.

It was mostly decent the kids found what they wanted it just takes forever in the store when you create your own costume. Its very expensive too. Hence the 3 stars.

This is the nicest Spirit store I have ever seen. Organized. Clean. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. It was a joy to send time in there, rather than the dreaded experience of years past.

Fun place to look for haloween costumes. Do wish the selection was greater.

Not a lot of the animatronics and the store was dead. Besides that it was ok I guess.

Nice size store. If undecided, walking the store gives you some good ideas because they have a decent selection of items to choose from.

How can you not love Spirit Halloween? Sure they are all the same, but that is also part of the charm. You know it is the end of summer when these show up, more so than apples on the trees or leave falling.

Not very impressed with this location! The one I usually go to in Mt. Prospect wasnt there this year so I tried Schaumburg. Was disappointed in the selection of decorations. Seemed to be mostly costumes and accessories. The other location had so much more. I will be shopping elsewhere to decorate this year.

They don’t keep the hours publicized. Their phone system is setup to run you around rather than offer any option for live assistance.

Cool costume for Halloween. Many options for lioness was v well as adults. All price ranges.

Go earlier in the season so items are not picked over. Great selection of costumes and accessories. Keep an eye out for coupons 😉

Took out toysrus, but the store is pretty small, and has lots of open areas.. need more decoration.Still bought some stuff there. Some is a bit pricey, but it is a Halloween store.

The staff was very nice and also gave some costume suggestions! Took me a while to find A Mal costume but I kept passing it (WHOOPS)

For some reason, they wouldnt accept my coupon they emailed me. They said it was for online purchases only when it doesnt say that on the email nor coupon.

They dont have half the animatronics they have on display.

Nothing to do with the store itself which is always great. My experience with the manager was less than exciting. She was so incredibly rude as if I was someone on the street. No skills whatsoever. I get that these stores are seasonal and they will hire as needed but they really should do a little better on whom they select to represent their stores. I went to the one in Joliet and had a totally different experience. Not sure what your name was, you were blonde and wore a sox jersey, just please, dont work with the general public if you cant be nice.

The return policy is TERRIBLE as well as the customer service. I have a costume that was never opened and the store will not take it back and issue a refund!

Very messy. Nothing is organized and everything is in a random place in the store. The staff was friendly, so they have that going for them.
