Poor customer service, spoiled produce, messy store...the list doesnt end. Everytime I visit this Jewel...I receive the upmost unpleasant experience from the associates especially the (cashiers). My biggest complaint is your pricing. Jewel-Osco is probably on the more pricier side when it comes to most things...A gallon of milk is on average $3.49. thats ridiculous. I can go to Butera and get it for $1.99. if your gonna do one thing to really improve your store...PLEASE slash your prices to be more competitive. You guys are to expensive.

Shopping at Jewel-Osco is a rather bland experience. Prices are nearly double compared to competing grocers such as Marianos and Butera. Its a shame because this is my closest Grocery store. There are many other options in the Roselle area. Such as Caputos and Butera. Both have lower prices. Not to mention what your paying for isnt worth it...the produce is not consistently fresh. Ive had problems with the fruits going bad quickly. Jewel-Osco needs to improve on there quality and pricing or they will soon loose loyal customers. My family switched over to Marianos for the most part. Jewel once was the place to go to...not so much anymore. My biggest thing is PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PRICES!

Frequent sales are very worthwhile and produce is fresh. Nice bakery and Im a fan of the fresh made spicy guacamole. My only issue is the pharmacy tends to be hit or miss. Ive been told my prescription would be ready then when I arrived given only one pill after waiting 15 minutes and told to come back tomorrow.

I usually shop at Mariano’s, still love them, but move recently to roselle, been here only a few times but everyone is pleasant. And props to all the young kids very helpful and great attitudes. Keep up the good work.

I shop at Jewel due to its smaller size & because its the closest local grocery. But Jewels prices are so much higher than many stores, that at least they could provide some extra service to justify it, such as not having to always bag your own groceries. At their busiest hrs, I see 2-3 baggers spread amongst all the checkouts. & Im not sure its worth paying so much more to shop there if the available services dont justify their higher prices.

This is a nice jewel. The pharmacy here is probably one of the best jewel ones. Love it here.

I dont know what it is, but I think Jewel is such a nice place to shop for groceries at your leisure. Staff are always helpful and nice. It doesnt hurt that I live 5 minutes away. I like that they sell green and yellow squash and all the different bell peppers ( yellow red green orange). The green sells fast tho! It seems like a small place compared to Walmart or Marianos but they have most of what youre looking for. Like they always have Basil which I use for my homemade spaghetti sauce. And their Romaine is very fresh. Always organized. I really like their seafood and deli and meat section too. Staff are very nice!

They have a manager named Jennifer they pulled from osco to help out in jewel. Poor customer service, very rude. Before I could say a word, she stuck here opened faced hand up at me and said with attitude, someone will be right with you. Someone needs customer service classes. She is very rude. I dont understand how people like that have jobs in customer service.Ive never been talked to like that and I probably wont return to that store for awhile.

Over all have a good collection prices could be better on meats but i would still say its fair most sales fit other supermarkets regular price or better

I went to pick up my wife’s prescription at 5 o’clock at the Asko drive-through on June 8. After sitting for 30 minutes behind a customer, his prescription clearly was never ready, I pulled out of line and went in the store and had my prescription within two minutes. Why in gods name would you allow a customer to sit there for 30 minutes for a prescription that is not ready? There were three other customers behind me in line and we pretty much all waited a half an hour. If your customers order is not ready, could you please, for god sake‘s, tell them to come back when it’s ready? Horrible way to do business. Don’t waste peoples time with this nonsense.

I love this Jewel Osco. Only issue I have is the store manager will boldly lie to you. For 9+ years the deli closed at 10pm, recently the hours changed to closing at 9pm. I cant get to the store until around 920pm, I spoke with the manager and he told me the deli hours would go back to 10pm. That never happened. For the most part the store lost alot of my business.

This is just by the neighborhood. I come here pretty often due to convenience. The people work in this place are kinda rude and the fresh market dont have much selections and the meat in the package doesnt look that fresh. I usually just go get something quick and leave. Nothing really that much to say about this place.

Very well managed, clean, organized, well stocked from fruits and veggies to deli, meat and seafoods and employees are very helpful and freindly as well as knowledgeable. Vegan selections and gluten free selection is decent too. Ample parking. They also offer order on line and pickup stations, didnt have long waits and orders were correctly picked. You go my neighborhood Jewel, keep up the great work!

Its okay for a local need-something-quick-cuz-its-the-closest-store but thats it. One thing that makes me mad is they face the aisle so they look nice but everything is out of place. Eggs are the worst. They usually dont have half of them in stock, but what they do have is so spread out that you cant figure out pricing at all.

This is a clean store with nice staff but smaller than some of the other locations, and VERY crowded at times. I dont recommend going here on weekends or late afternoons. Too chaotic. My old Jewel never got this crazy but I moved in Sept and this is the closest one. Ill continue to shop here because Im not a fan of big box stores, but Ill make sure to go at the crack of dawn from now on.

The Employees and Cashiers have always gone out of their way to be Customer service oriented and do a Great job for the clients. Friendly Staff....stockers happily answer questions and locate items when you ask them for assistance!

I always have to wander around to find things here. I think it is because of the divided aisles. In my opinion, there is no rhyme or reason to the way it is set up.

I went in for a roasted chicken. I usually go to Wal-Mart but I figured the sides would be better at the jewel. The roasted chicken was not cooked all the way and it was disgusting. I picked out the darkest roasted one I can find... the entire batch looked too lightly roasted... I threw it out! ... Ill stick with Wal-Mart roasted chickens. Never got a bad one there.

This Jewel is not as clean as other Jewels. The floors are always dirty. However, they have a great fruits and vegetables department

Wow. Amazing service. I called after midnight for help and received immediate service. All grocery and pharmacies are closed all night but the man working here pulled something I needed for pain relief off a shelf and sold it to me through drive thru. When I came back at 7am to pick up a subscription, the same man helped. He was quick and on top of things; he even gave me information about side affects. Quick, thoughtful, kind service. Thank you.

Its okay store its smaller than the Jewels Im use to so the variety is not there but that just seams to be how the stores in this town are cant wait for Woodmans to open

Everything is expensive and there are no gluten-free items clearly marked in the bakery. I found one cake for $13 that was the size of my fist... This made the party I went to awkward. Everything else is also overpriced. $6.49 for a few ounces of Taco salad? Seriously?

This Jewel is greatly over priced. Probably due to lack of competition. The sales are minimal, they do keep a pretty clean store, although, finding a dry cart on a wet day is difficult.

I highly recommend this place for your shopping! Nice place - staff is friendly but not creepy, always clean and selection is fun. Five stars!

I was impressed with this store. Clean, well stocked with a large variety of groceries. The hot bars and prepared food section was what impressed me most. It had such a delicious selection; everything was fresh and hot. I took home several assembled hot tray meals, which was a spontaneous decision because I went in just for bacon!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Jewel Store and Osco Pharmacy at this location on Wise and Roselle in Schaumburg, Illinois.I have lived in Hoffman Estates for over 20 years and this has been my go-to store for both groceries and prescriptions. Danh, the daytime pharmacist is always helpful and always gives a smile. The night pharmacists, Ted and Kathy, are absolutely wonderful! They are both very kind and patient. They always greet people with a smile & How can I help you? while taking the time to answer any questions I might have.Several other pharmacists, including daytime staff have helped me too and do a terrific job, but am unable to recall all of their names at this time.The pharmacy technicians, Karen and Pat, are also wonderful! They do their best to make sure that everyones needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner while adding their own personal touch with conversation to make us feel at home.Even if the store is getting busy, the pharmacy staff still cares enough to make sure that all questions have been answered and they NEVER make me feel like they are just too busy or do not have the time.All regular Osco Pharmacy staff treats the customers as if we are members of their own family. The caring and very considerate staff members are why I continue to return to this location time and time again.To all staff of Jewel Foods and Osco Pharmacy on Wise and Roselle in Schaumburg, thank you for caring and for honesty doing an outstanding job! :)

Pretty congested, narrow and not too modern-looking. They did have just about everything I was looking for though.

Its Jewel. You get in and out typically quickly. Self checkout lanes are amazing.

Things that open more cash registers during the day. They relying on you self checking out and self-bagging but we dont get a discount for that and the prices are skyrocketing.

The Jewel on Roselle rd. Is not to my liking. They have no Sugar Free Jello. I was looking at display for Coke item. Found Sprite, Coke Zero, Root beer. Etc no diet Coke. Gold Peak ice Tea. No unsweetened.

Fantastic cake decorator at this location. Store recently updated. Ample parking with other specialty stores/businesses in plaza. Limited food options in plaza, but Jewel has a deli but no seating. Store kept pretty clean. Has a public restroom and a pharmacy.

This jewel isn’t the jewel it was 15/20 years ago staff is terrible and rude I get over charged for food that had a different lower price on shelf I’ve got few items that were expired and had to take back... few employees smell very horrible this location is very outdated it needs new remodeling and better service

This Jewel on Wise and Roselle seems to be the better than the Rossele and Golf store. I can find everything I need and meat dept seems to be fresher.

The customer service I received from Tiffany at the deli counter here in Schaumburg at Roselle and Wise Roads was exceptional. While being serviced by Marie I requested to speak with the manager Mike or Mark. Im sorry I dont recall the name. I expressed how outstanding the customer service was that I had and was receiving today. Please acknowledge these individuals. Good service is always extended there, but Tiffany was exceptional.

I dont normally go there but they do have great sales some sales on K Cups 100% Colombian family size 72 count normally $29.95 on sale $19.95 save $10 expiration date and they usually have those on sale most of the time thats just one example.

A fairly small Jewel compared to others, I rarely pop into this location but I always seem to walk out a bit irritated. Poor signage, finicky self-checkout (Im in my mid-20s and have worked retail, so I swear Im not incompetent on the things), and half of their meat is expired. So yeah, check prices and dates carefully.

Everyone was very nice. No lines. I couldnt find a product and the young lady called and the product was just added to the shelf. The gentleman who stocked the item pointed it out when I arrived in that section. Took one point away because Im not a fan of the fruit and produce new configuration.
