While Rockler didn’t carry the piece that I needed, the staff member who was helping me was ENORMOUSLY helpful. This was my fourth hardware store trying to find what I needed and while I didn’t leave with it in hand, I left with the information needed to fix my problem! Like a toy store for woodworkers! The jigs and accessories are great; their selection of hard and exotic wood is expanding. Dave and Tony are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Its great to have a store like rockler to go to in person. A great source for useful parts and components, and a great resource for specialty tools a big box store would never stock.

What a fantastic gem for wood working professionals, hobbyists and aficionados. Rockler carries an excellent assortment of furniture-grade wood species and has every tool and piece of equipment you could want, from pen lathes to water-cooled CNC machines. Yesterday was my first time in the store and Ill absolutely be returning for more. The 3 fellows in the store are incredibly knowledgeable and extremely willing to help without being overly aggressive.Sometimes you just want to look around the shop to get a feel for what they can provide on future projects and as a woodworker myself, I can confidently sat that they carry 99.5% of what you could possible need. Great place, well-stocked and excellent staff. They even offer on-site woodworking classes and seminars that you can sign up for. Pay them a visit today!

Its a shame that many of us took time or are yet to find this hidden golden spot. Its the same from all professional woodworking guys to DIY guys for quality products . The staff is great . Never tries to upsell and very courteous and polite in attending to your needs . I wish I found this spot earlier

Very nice store well kept, and nice & helpful staff. Any question I had about where something was they immediately brought me too it. Personally I was clueless about pull saws and needed one for flush cutting. I forgot his name but this nice gentlemen recommended one on the cheaper end, instead of up-selling me he recommended the one right for me. Rockler is a great company and they are based in my home town. Whether you are just starting out, or are a master woodworker, this is the place to be.

It will make you happy.Update: I finished the big tracksaw jig and it works perfectly! The Rockler miter bar and miter bar tracks made it easy and accurate and saved me so much time! I highly recommend them.

Asked a lot of questions about a sanding project I have going on and they had the answers and products to go along with them.

Expensive, but good quality products. I purchased a sharpening stone. It works quite well and is suitably flat.

This store is the Mecca for all that is sacred when it comes to woodworking. Every time I walk into the store, the staff is absolutely amazing. It is nice to have questions answered by adults that most have already worked full careers and are there because they love it. I had a question and the sales associate Tony went out of his way to answer my question. I needed to know what size drill bit I needed for an item I bought at a big box store. He went on the internets, looked up their item and found out the outer diameter I needed which dictated the size drill it I needed.That kind of service is what made small ma and pa hardware stores last for decades. Box box stores came in, hired kids that don’t want to be there, and put the little guys out of business.Kudos to Rockler on picking their staff. Thank you for bringin back the old way of shopping. When I go there, they know me by face. Nice to be recognized. So nice, Tony sold me a new bandsaw I had been contemplating for about 10 years, I hope my wife doesn’t read this lol.I’m done buying tools from big box stores. Rockler gets my business from her on out.

Good store, fair prices...walked up to front desk to ask a lady with short white spiky hair a question. Respected the fact that she was on the computer. Not only did she not acknowledge me for the time I was there, about two minutes later someone she knew walked in and she immediately greeted him and stopped what she was doing to help him. So I guess you need to be old and a regular to get service...stick to ordering online

As a handyman; this is a go-to place for a number of items. Especially things that the big-box hardware store may not carry. This is one of the places that the good, high-end carpenters, and wood working hobby guys shop at. For the odd-ball repair of things like: kitchen cabinets [knobs, pulls, hinges, drawer slides, installation accessories, etc] Also, a fair amount of on-site expertise.

Great place to buy wood working stuff.Bought a baseball bat blank and after turning it, I found a crack in the wood. They stood behind it 100% and let me turn it in for a new blank.
