Rude as can be unhelpful and dont recognize there own deals

The staff at rent a center on state Street in Schenectady are amazing they go way and beyond. I thank them all, if you go ask for Josh, he will make sure you you find what you are looking for.

Very very very poor service, I called they advertised same day delivery nothing but run arounds. They tell you they busy when they are not, absolutely no type of customer service. Refused to give me my money back, never delivered the furniture just a bunch of lies every time I called. I was told I was not a customer by the manager Joshua, after he received my money. “When you come into this store your an opportunity not a customer, your a customer when you pay” exactly what the manager of this store told me even though I did pay them. Also the secretary (Chanel) was very rude and because I was upset with them she then proceeded to tell me “ your rude I don’t want to talk to you” and hung up on me. I paid these people and all I wanted was furniture. Save your self the headache and go else where they are very ignorant and lack customer service training.

This place has very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. My experience with this place was absolutely ridiculous. The delivery guy was lazy and complaining and didnt even try to get my washer and dryer into my basement. He scratched the dryer trying to get it in the door, then told the store manager that it was my fault. The store manager was disrespectful towards my husband and was acting like he didnt even want to tell us information about the insurance that covers the merchandise then told me my husband was a liar. If you like problems, then work with this location.

Rude,rude,rude, woman credit manager! Has no professional attitude whatsoever. Uncaring and just plain ignorant attitude. Worst experience of my life!

Only reason to get items from this store is if you really have no other options in which case you always do unless you dont know how to shop around. Basically if you get items from this store through financing then you will most likely be paying almost double the price of the items because of interest. So think about that when trying to get something at this store.

Rent a center? I dont think this is a place to rent anything. They are just a furniture store. I went there to rent furniture for two month and they told me I had to chose 1 item and pay half the cost of the item.
