Can be hit or miss if you need assistance in pricing...but an excellent range of products and reasonable prices. Shop regularly and the ubder/ over pricing evens out. It us all fir anninoortant cause, right?! Can say, Id gone in numerous times over summer. Always asked price on an item. Nobody knew...or really cared. Went in one rainy afternoon. A busy but gracious gentleman assisted. Gave detailed photos. Stated a price. It began pouring rain...when I didnt want to carry merchandise out. I said, yes...mind if I wait inside until rain eases.Gracious. Turns out my purchase was easily worth 27 times the value if what I paid. It was limited edition..with value only increasing. An asset to my house. I try to shop here once a week. You never know from day to day. Albany may have mire..but pricing is higher. You must negotiate. Schenectady moves the merchandise tokeep available floor spaces..and makes is affordable to all.

Inventory changes over frequently. Prices cant be beat. Worth checking out when looking for sinks, small volumes of hardware, lighting, furniture (especially dressers), leftover tiles, some appliances and lumber pieces (i.e. moulding).

The Habitat ReStore is a great place to find clean, used furniture and many other household items.

This people here an most habitat stores. price tag the stuff .like its brand new in the box.on top of that all that stuff was donated..why would someone try to hike the price .when others are trying to buy something they cant afford in a furniture outlet .yet! this people arent too far from the prices of buying a brand new peice of furniture. they treat this items like its a high end ANTIQUE store. well is not. is place for other to try to build their lives in an affordable way. your better off looking around craiglist!!
