Absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience with this company. Henry the “owner” came to our home to measure our existing kitchen layout. We told him we wanted the same layout just an update. About a week later we received the kitchen plans after having to call them twice. We notice that they had less cabinets in the drawings then our current kitchen had so they had us re-measure. Good thing we did because the initial measurements were wrong.We ordered the cabinets and the only good thing I can say was they were delivered fast( although it was a third party company so that explains it). Once they arrived we attempted to install the cabinets and discovered the corner cabinet didn’t fit our current layout. It was to big and came approximately 3.5 inches off the wall on each side. When we reached out to Henry with this issue he stated we would have to cut the cabinet in half removing the back in order to make it fit. We told Henry we were not comfortable doing this due to it being almost a $1,000 cabinet and he pretty much told us it’s our problem. Not to mention removing the back would pretty much just leave exposed sheet rock as your view every morning when you grab your toaster out of the cabinet.It was never explained to us that this cabinet would ultimately have to be cut in half and to be honest I don’t think they even knew it themself. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about using this company to shop around. We received a few other estimates that were less then $1,000 difference.In conclusion, we purchased our countertops through another company. We hope this review helps!.

Very good experience a couple of years ago. Prices on granite are very good. We decided to upgrade ten dollars psd from basic to the next level. The showroom on central avenue has s large display of stones and cabinets.A representative arrived on time to take measurements. We were timely provided a computer generated drawing for cabinets and granite countertops with estimate. We eventually decided to repaint the existing cabinets and ordered the granite. The crew that came to install were very professional and courteous. They did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Met with Magic Kitchen at their Schenectady site(the old Tool Shed) in May. Told them I want to order a countertop and am ready to go. April 6th they sent a man named Henry to grab measurements. He said they will order the slab and install would be 2-3 weeks. Now 2 weeks later MagicKitchen claims the slab hasnt been ordered and they require a 50% deposit to start the order. The house goes on the market next week. I have had $3,000 cash in pocket for weeks. Dont use this company.

I am absolutely so excited about my countertops and sink! I am so happy I went with them!!
