Andrew was such a great help! Went to the store so upset about my phone and it not being covered with me paying $200 a month and ausiron wanted me to pay $300 just to replace it and he gave me a sweet deal for an upgrade. I left the store with a huge smile. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and was so patient and understanding.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect coming from the employees. They were quick to tell me I was wrong and knew nothing about my transaction or account when they were only trying to sell me on services I never wanted. After I said no and that I would go to a store closer to home, they were rude and told me I would never get anything done at the other location. Just disgusting that you treat people with such little respect.Btw the other store was able to help me with no issues so good job doing nothing!

Best customer service Ive experienced in a long time in dealing with a cell phone company! The previous one thier reps never acknowledged me with even a hello when I went to pay my bill, and there wasnt anyone else in the store. Justin and Sam did a great job of helping me to switch my phone over and while having a hard time with the other company they were very patient in helping me complete the task. They give you their full attention evenwhen its crazy busy. Noticed all the reps being great as well

I went into sprint store on Saturday it was very busy the rep morgan was very nice and took our information down and told us it wouldn’t be a long wait. We waited maybe 30 mins which wasnt bad, the sale rep Pearla V was so rude! She asked what was the reason we came in today. I told her that we order the iPhone 13 and could not activate them and when we called customer service they told us that they couldnt help and to go into the store. She flat out told me she couldnt help us because we order then online and the store would ask for the phones back and we had a return kit at home. She said you can pay 10$ for a sim card and that would be easier as the esim wasnt doing to well. I asked her what sense all that made as Morgan was right next to us and she was helping an older couple do the exact same thing as what We were asking. I again asked her to help us because the phone werent working and customer service said to come to the store…she again told me she couldnt help me at all and to “figure it out” by our selfs. So we got our cases and sim card and left with phone that werent working almost 24 hours later. She has got to be the worst sale rep that has ever worked there. She seemed very miserable and unhappy and took it out on the customer. I will never step foot inside that store as long as she works there.

Its never fun when your having phone troubles. I ran into numerous amounts of problem after losing my phone. I went into the TMobile store located at 410 C Balltown Rd., Schenectady, NY to switch my service. After spending an exceptionally long time in the store, I did not end up going through with the switch. A few days later I received a bill for a service that I did not authorize. I immediately reached out to representative on 12.09.2020. After working with the rep over the period of a few days, I was assured that a bill for $0 would arrive the following month. This would illustrate that the account was credited and closed. Again, I did not authorize the completion of setting up an account.I received a bill today (01.02.2021) for $82.00 with the verbiage we have not received payment on your outstanding balance of $82.00. Realizing that most often a missed payment is an oversight, this notice is a reminder that your account is now past due. Please mail payment today for the amount due to prevent collection activity on your account. I have never missed a bill. I am in the financial industry and am aware of what this can do to your credit. More importantly, I did not establish an account!!!Now, to avoid negative impact to my credit, I am paying a bill that I do not owe. I would not do business with this store or company and encourage caution to anyone that does. I would have given a rating of no stars if possible.

I recently upgraded my phone from an android to an iPhone. I had difficulty managing the new phone and as a result had many questions. Store manager Zachary helped me immensely showing great patience with all my questions repeatedly. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent as much time as I needed. He deserves all 5 stars for his competent, friendly manner. I would vote to give him a raise.

Literally called ahead for an appointment and they told me I didnt need one to come right in. I arrive at the store to be told there are 5 ppl ahead of me and the wait will be 45 min.and to wait in the car. (Thats why I wanted an appointment) Waiting in the car watching people walk.in and get service while I sit there. This place is terrible.

Had a easy enjoyable visit to Sprint while we upgraded are phones..Perla demonstrated patients and was very kind to us she didn’t try to curve us into buying something we didn’t need, she answered every question we had and even helped my mom connect her new phone to her car because my mom was having trouble..so Perla did more then asked for her to make sure we were good starting out with new phones.

Went in got a line specifically told the sales rep I want the $60 plan no phone insurance and what did I leave the store with a $75 plan and a $19 phone insurance and his response to me all the time was my first month bill will be high its always high HOW?Called customer service to correct the plan and remove the insurance. This is how they get you be careful of those scammers they call sales reps

I live in Clifton Park.....my store was ~1 mile from my house, recently they have been abysmal. Come to find out...they are now a “third party store”.....not a “corporate sprint store”. I went to the CORPORATE sprint store in Mohawk Mall on Balltown Rd. What a difference! When they saw my ONE day old iPhone 8 was having issues....they immediately recommended exchanging it. No hassle, couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and efficient. Well worth the drive! Many thanks to Scott the manager and Andrew the consultant!

My husband and I were in the Niskayuna Sprint Store and received excellent customer service from Andrew Fatato. He was very knowledgeable about all the products Sprint has to offer. He listened to what we told him we needed and showed us specific products. He thoroughly explained all the differences. He did not try to over-sell us on products that were unnecessary for our purposes. He was kind, patient, considerate and respectful and gave us the best buy for the best product! We were very impressed with Andrew!

I dont want to get into details but i was in a big jam without a cell phone due to poor customer service with Boost mobile which i recommend to stay far away from.. I went to two other big chain stores and both had trash for prepaid phones. One store stared me away from there phone and the other it seemed like he really did not care..I went to sprint and Carla approached me and she did everything that i asked and what i could afford .She took it a step further and got me a much better phone with insurance and more .I walked out of there with just what i had on me and kept my monthly payment what i asked for. No drama smoke or any bs.I highly recommend Carla at sprint Balltown rd in schdy nyDont waste your time looking anywhere else...

My mom was recently in for an upgrade. The first agent that spoke with her was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. She was finally helped by another associate, which is why I gave an extra star, but it took over 3 hours for a simple iPhone upgrade.I usually handle all of my business in the Colonie Mall store and it’s always easy and quick. She will be handling all future business at that store and will not be back to this one.

This place is awful. When we first started with them they made my pregnant wife stand there for over an hour when we had an appointment. After canceling my cellular service due to terrible connections, they have made it impossible to pay my bill for over a month, as the store and their phone line will bounce you around. I can only imagine they do this to eventually hurt your credit. Thank goodness the Better Business Bureau is around to help consumers fight back from garbage companies like Sprint. No wonder Sprint stock is down over 40% when the rest of the S&P500 is up over 20% for 2017.

Told me to go to the MACHINE to pay my bill. I was the only CUSTOMER there with 5 employees and I received NO service. That store NEEDS help quick . . .Never to return there and i have a customer sense 1995. . A real disappointment. . .

Now I know why they have such a low rating. I stopped in to ask a simple question. One attendant was very busy activating 4 new phones for a family and the other was activating two new phones for a couple. After standing there for close to fifteen minutes a third attendant came from the back to the service counter. As I approached the little twit, he said I cant help you, somebody will be right with you as he walked away to the back. He probably could have helped me while avoiding a long wait for people that were actually working.....but, he refused to make the attempt. In another life...I would have followed him into the store room and treated him the way he treated me. Fortunately for him, a cooler head prevailed. Dont waste your time with this site.

This is the worst Sprint Store out here and its suppose to be a Corporate store. I would never go back to this store and I do encourage others to not waste your time, the employees are lazy, unwelcoming and not very helpful at all. I went into this store and there was an employee that goes by the name Mohamed was so very disrespectful, rude, obnoxious and very ignorant, didnt even want to hear me and tried dismissing right off the bat. I went to this store to sign up for a month to month contract since I was bringing my own iPhone. I should have known better, but they ran a hard credit check despite repeated assurances that it would be a soft pull. Then they added phone insurance to my account without telling me.

Go boost or varizon or something. Your bill will be $130 this month then $200 the next month. Always gotta worry about you bill being changed with them. Plus If you got autopay on then I feel bad for you. Their just going to be changing your bill every month.

Good afternoon,I just wanted to share my experience with sprint. Ive been with Verizon for over 20 years and decided to give sprint a chance because I wanted to save on my monthly bill. When I spoke to the representative who set up my plan, he went over everything and was told that our monthly plan will be around $160 or less which sounds great so we went ahead and switch everything. Yesterday I went to the Niskayuna NY store and after waited for an hour to be seen, I was able to see a rep and he processed our return for the Verizon phones. Before I was ready to leave I asked for a copy of the bill which to my surprise was $260 instead of $160. I was told by that rep that there so no way my bill can be $160 and I was lied to by the telesales person. I was not happy because if I wanted a bill for $260 I would have stayed with Verizon and get a better service. I then asked for my phones back because I wanted to cancel my sprint contract and go back to Verizon where I will used those existing phones because we have a buy out with it and if I dont return it I will have to pay out of pocket. He said he cannot give me my phone because the manager Dan is not here to process it. He then called Dan as we were standing there and the manager said for us to come see him tomorrow (which is today). I said ok I will call and make an appointment in the morning because I work until 2pm. I called Dan the manager this morning and he informed me that he couldnt do anything for me and that unfortunately he already sent out the phones. I said to him that was not what he told his employees last night. He wasnt pleasant to me at all, for a manager who supposed to solve problems he was very rude and didnt care to help at all. Even though he knew what the situation was and said to come back and see him today he still send out our phones. Now I need to cancel my plan with SPRINT and I need you to either return my phones or payout Verizon. Your customer service over the phone was very nice to work with but your store personnel need some training on customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPRINT TO ANYONE.

Got screwed at this store.Spoke with Sprint on line, after running my credit, was told that I could get a new galaxy s4 for nothing down.Went to this sprint store. ..Salesperson said I needed 200.00 down payment, but said that the downpayment would reduce the monthly cost of the phone, and that hed throw in a case and screen protector.After looking closely at the receipt once I got home, it listed 75.00 down but added 35.99 for the case, and 39.99 for a screen film! ! Not Happy!Get Your Phone Elsewhere!!!

I was in the store tonight to see about upgrading my phone. One employee approached me and while I was in the middle of answering him he walked away. I then went up the the counter where my friend was pre-ordering her phone. I asked this same employee what his opinion was between droids and IPhones. While still staring at his phone he rudely replied I have a droid. He seemed like I was bothering him. My son then says he needs to use a restroom. Knowing my son, who sometimes says this and doesnt actually have to go, I told him I would be done in a couple minutes and we will go use the restroom. As I am getting ready to leave this same employee yells take your son to the F***ing bathroom. I then replied that my son doesnt really need to go he just sometimes says it for attention. He said he has never heard of something so F***ing stupid. He then begins talking to another employee and customer about how I need to take my son to the F***ing bathroom and Im stupid. I have never been so thoroughly disrespected as a customer anywhere. I will not go here again.

I went there to get a replacement phone for my husbands phone that he crushed at the gym, he had no insurance on it. When I got there they told me the only way that I could get another phone what is the pay off his old one and then finance the second one. I contacted T-Mobile The other live chat expert and they sent me out a replacement phone in two days with the shipping fees waived in the processing fees waived I only had to pay taxes in a couple other small fee is $40 in total. Diane had great customer service. The people at the Schenectady location on Balltown Road and the people at the Wolf Road location both said similar things did not want to help me at all and only seems like they were concerned with Up selling the iPhone 13 and not worrying about the customers needs. Not one of them at either location so that I can finance another phone and still pay off the old one that has been crushed and have the phone to me. It wasn’t an option at any store it was pay the 300+ which was really 500 because if I cashed out before the financing agreement I took off my promotional discount. And then whatever I needed which was about 300+ to get the iPhone 13. So they wanted me to pay 800+ dollars just to get a replacement phone. I went online and paid $40 and had it shipped to me in two days, with great customer service and quick and easy I didn’t even have to leave my home. Super disappointed in the customer service at these two locatione, Since it seems like they were only worried about their commission and not the customers needs.
