Apparently lisa from customer service is the end all and be all of price chopper, has no boss, and will hang up on you if you try to get the name of who she answers to. As if its not 2021 & the internet doesnt exist. 🤡🤡🤡

Was at the Pricechopper of Montrose pa. we were purchasing coffee which was on sale per there ads. They explain the one we got was not on sale. But the ecoupon filer said all varieties.l it did not say excluding.All means all. But they refused to give it to us for the sale price. We walk out never shopping there. I guess they dont know good customer services. They just said all doesnt me all. Disappointed

I have been a customer of the Price Chopper in West Lebanon New Hampshire for more than 40 years. I am sad to say that my more recent experiences have not been good at all. The produce section is very disappointing. Yesterday I went in and there were brown green beans and broccoli on the shelves. They were disgusting! It was very discouraging.The meat and fish department is also disappointing. I did call the manager to discuss what I was experiencing. He explained there was a real shortage of help. I asked what they were paying their help and learned not much. To live in the Upper Valley is expensive, the rents are very high. With what Price Chopper is paying I now know why they are short staff. Its really too bad because Price Chopper used to be the best store. You need to step up your game Price Chopper.

This is the worst supermarket I’ve ever been to. If you call to speak to the pharmacy you must first go thru a litney of details about store hours, shopping on line, calling about your order etc., then their store hours and finally the departments. Now you choose the pharmacy ... another litney of pharmacy hours, calling 911 in an emergency, I’d your a doctor or customer, do you want a refill and finally if you want to talk to someone. If your lucky you will speak to someone but it may be lunch time than you can do this again. My doctor has refused to call my prescriptions in to them stating he doesn’t have the time and from what I’m told he isn’t the only one. The pharmacist are aware of this and are just as frustrated dealing with irate customers. They have been told by many people about the problem and it just goes unresolved. I will be going to another pharmacy but I will first call the corporate office to state my co,plants. I would definitely reconsider doing business with them before you have to move all your medications elsewhere. If you want to see for yourself just try calling their store and their pharmacies. Also their bathrooms are just “filthy” and have been since the day they opened here in Pa. if I could remove the one star I would, they are really a ZERO.

Price Chpper store Sidney Ny will not shop there again. Many time have seen customers with no masks or below their nose. Yesterday a couple was in the store with their masks below their noses. When I got in checkout line they were also checking out over a span of about 10 minutes. The cashier said nothin. Turns out the manager and an associate were standing nearby and also said nothing.. I was fed up and took the couples pictures. Customer wanted my phone and physically threatened me. Thy also immediately pulled up their masks and left the stone. I asked for the manager who gave several excuses for not asking the couple to wear their masks..ie maybe they had a medical reason.. they couldn’t enforce.etc. Reall now with covid this is what you allow in your stores?

I recently was in need of flowers for my sister funeral. I’ve bought many arrangements from your floral department in Johnstown,NY. I decided to go there. My flowers were hands down the most BEAUTIFUL ones there. I can’t tell you enough how happy and pleased I was. Not to mention I only spent $50. That’s right!! $50. This organization seems to put profits above their employees. Why would you stop paying hazard pay when still in a pandemic and why do employees have to wait so long before they are even eligible for sick pay? Not a very family friendly or compassionate environment.

I went in the Price shopper in Cambridge street Worcester Ma which i go to all the time and go in either entrance well i guess this time there was a small sign on window on one entrance that said enter only the other entrance said exit only since i go there all the time i went in my usual way a worker that was at the door told me i had to walk down to other entrance which i apologized for going in the wrong and started to walk down towards the correct entrance when the price chopper employee says to me dont you know how to ready? Which was very rude but i just kept walking like nothing then another employee standing near bye said people dont read anything most unprofessional place i been in my life i will never go back there again many of my neighbors go there as well i will let them know about this horrible service.

Horrible staff. Rude. Close parts of store before they should. highest prices for 30 miles, Price gouge. Violently rude and offensive mgr named Abdul located at Endicott NY store. approached me in threatening manor like he wanted to fight. Filing complaint with BBB.

I live in utica ny several times i go to wmarts and its like pack loks like christmas eve then can go by price chopper almost empty lot why thier prices theyare like 3,4 dollars more on idems and they price gouge!!! also they keep outdated stuff and they dont replenish things when they run out corperate get your down there and change managers!

The South Burlington, VT, stores are very clean and neat. I have expressed disappointment that the Badia spice line has been discontinued. Also very sadly, the bakery bagel supplier has changed. The bagels that used to be authentic and delicious are now round pieces of bread without any quality of a well made bagel. Should now be advertised as bread. Made this complaint at the Williston store bakery on 10/22/19; they are aware.

Excellent Customer Service - Shops For You Program- Slingerlands,NYI have appreciated the friendliness of the PC staff in the office and those employees who delivered the groceries. This personal service is extremely valuable for those who are disabled and those who are unable to shop for themselves. In particular, Anthony, a PC employee always excelled in taking good care of us! I never worried; he always made things right! He treated us like a member of his family. I am very saddened to hear that this service delivery will now be outsourced to non PC employees. I will greatly miss this invaluable service provided by the outstanding PC central warehouse and New Scotland PC Store staff. It was a great outreach to those in need in the community; it demonstrated the personal caring nature of this home grown grocery chain.

The store in Queensbury NY is bad, never see a manager if you asked for one you would get a front end assistant. Two lines open the third was 20 or less items the cashier was sick spewing spit when she coughed and coughed. I went to the scan and go isle bad bad mistake and I was verbally attacked by another customer who was drunk and abusive. I will not shop there again. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and not heard back until I called them again, I got they are working on it. Well Hannaford is right there and they have full cashiers working all the time.

OVERALL a great place to shop. Less expensive than other grocers with great selections. I like that you hire people with disabilities to help with placing our groceries in grocery sacks.

Could really use some new management in their UX department. Self checkout is always a disaster and a terrible system over all. Id probably be a good idea to drive out to the nearest Wegmans and see how much more efficient their system is. Honestly itd be great if Wegmans just bought out PC and showed people how a well run organization operates.

Today was the worse service ever! I was at the check outs for 20 minutes in line. One cashier and the front office was closed at 5:30 pm in lake placid, NY no one for carry out and one cashier at 5:30 unacceptable for sure. I will not be going back for quite some time ! They need some help that’s for sure.

I live in Southington Connecticut and there is a price shoppers right down the road from where I live the past several occasions that I have gone to the store I have used my credit card I have tried to pull money off my card after I’ve made my transaction there is an employee named Linda who decides whether or not she would like to allow me to take money off my car she has more than ample money in the register to accommodate me for taking out $100 off my card she is rude and she does not put the customer first I have asked her to call her manager over and another person who is a sign that she does not have to accommodate the customer since then I have done all my shopping and on my business at the stop and shop down the road price choppers I seem to forget that customers come first Linda has no problem turning her back on a customer thinking she’s right when it’s the customer the loyal customer that continues to come back that decides whether a business all florish or not I have gone from Southington all the way to Bristol Price chopper’s around the same time to see how they wanna handle the same situation the lady at Bristol let me call off my hundred dollars off my credit card without any problem hesitation attitude or anything else this lady Linda in the Southington price shoppers has gotten so comfortable and forgotten that the customer comes first

Price gouging unbelievable, not a way to get shoppers

Central Market Brand foods and many brand name foods have been switched out for what ever is in the PC logo packaging. Not near in comparison on most, so sad that people are forced to travel from more rural areas to go shopping elsewhere for better quality and price in many cases! Do not purchase food packaged in white Styrofoam versus yellow. It has been frozen and is bad more often than not, rancid plus PC deli brand and others spoil if not used very quickly, as if they are not stored in a cold enough environment. Finally stopped getting spoiled milk after multiple returns and complains and getting my refrigerator checked out to be fine! PC ice cream is not even close to as good as Central Market. So I am not crazy, many differences! I really enjoyed my shopping and providing my family with quality food before all of the changes.😔

On 9-22-2017 at 2:20pm I was in the parking lot of the price chopper at 15th St in Grandview, Mo when I started to pull out there was a Black SUV in Front of me and he decided he was going to back all the way out into the roadway in front of the store so I paused and waited for him to finish his eccentric backward merge into oncoming traffic where there was a guy he almost hit in that same roadway in front of the store. the guy was clearly upset that this was going to delay him he pulled around the SUV rolled his window down and flipped me off while cursing at me Muther******. He then sped around the next isle of parking and ended up parking a few slots down from me. Yes I was still parked, so I got out walked up to his car and asked him why he flipped me off and call me a Muther****** he said because I didnt know how to F**n drive and I was an idiot. Then he said a lot more profanity, and proceeded to call someone on the phone threatening me and taking pics of my licence plate. I visit this store almost every day for lunch and my family shops here as well and then I realized that he also worked there in the store. I think he is the teller manager but he was in street clothes. I took a picture of his aqua green late 90s Pontiac sun-fire and his license plate number is: DJ6 A8J Missouri plates. Its one thing to have a confrontation in the parking lot but for it to be an off work employee that started the whole parking rage thing is another. Way to go Price Chopper your employees are the face of your company, on and off the clock especially in your own parking lot.

Allendale Pittsfield, Ma didnt care about my call, transferred... I have had many problems with this market. I shop at Lennox Price Chopper so happy with them. Will never shop at your Allendale market again. Dislike the market completely!

Price Chopper have always been my favorite place to shop until now the one in East Syracuse there bakery customer service is so messed up they dont know how to talk to the customers at all always seem to have an attitude and when I order my kids birthday cakes from them it dont come out like it should so when i tell them about it its either take it or leave it so there telling take the cake or leave it thats messed up my experience with them is crazy and ridiculous..

Has this happen to anyone at price chopper they add db fee due to orders not totaling $25.Rid off they said its their policy..???!!!
