Ive never had to use public storage before but after a little research this place seemed like the right fit for my needs. I expected to just go in for a simple transaction but Sheena really took care of me and took additional time to talk through the options available. I had a great customer service experience which was more than I had hoped for. I have my perfectly sized storage unit at a great price too!

10/10 would recommend storing your items here. The staff, especially Miss Sheena, are thorough professional and very personable. The facility is clean and maintained very well. If you ever have any issues you will always feel comfortable going to the staff and they will do their best to rectify the situation. They treat your stuff as if it is their own.

FLO! She was a great help to me! After I moved everything out, the only thing left was my piano. I was trying to find a place to donate it, but that was very hard. Flo brought over to my unit someone who was also renting a unit who knew someone who might need a piano. Long story short, 3 days later my piano went to a family with a little girl getting ready to take lessons. I appreciated her stepping forward to help.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They truly go out of their way to make your experience the best of the best. I couldnt be happier with the decision to store my items in this facility. Its extremely clean, the staff is always helpful and they treat you just like family. Highly recommended!

The attendant, LaSheena was the best! It was five minutes to closing and she went above and beyond to help me get a unit. She waited to make sure I was able to reserve it AND then called me the next day to make sure everything was alright! She deserves a raise! I would definitely recommend this location!!

Staff is really nice and helpful. My fiancé and I came to view the spaces available. The manager on site showed up the space and told us about the promotion they were having. We ended up getting a unit. Highly recommend coming here.

Dont be fooled by the intro pricing. Your rent will go up a short time thereafter. Read the fine print before you think youre getting a deal. Would not recommend.

Flo went the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. If we would all work in tandem and go that extra mile this world would be a better place. I dont know if she went the extra mile because I went the extra mile cleaning the unit out, even sweeping up in front of it, but it never hurts to take a little more time and do the job to the best of your abilities.

CubeSmart in Schererville, IN provided great customer service. I called for a storage unit, but they were full and they placed me on a waiting list. They were true to their word and called me when they had an open unit in the size and location I needed, as well as the date I needed. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anybody who has storage needs.

I needed to move out of my house rather quickly and I needed to find a storage unit close to my new (interim) place. Mary Ann was lovely. She showed my Mom and I an indoor climate controlled unit (which we did not go with - it would have been too much of a hassle to get my furniture in). I ultimately decided on an “outdoor” unit that was plenty big enough for all of my things. A+ customer service.

GREAT customer service. The sales woman MaryAnn was VERY patient with me as I mulled through trying to decided which size unit I needed. She took me to several of the units despite it raining and being close to closing time. There was another woman there too but I didnt get her name but I do know that she was the one responsible for decorating the store to make it look festive and inviting. Hopefully the storage experience will be as good at the on-boarding.

This is the first time I use a self storage service. I moved from New York to Indiana and needed a storage for items I shipped. I reserved a unit a couple of weeks back for Monday. I went earlier to the location. I was happy to see the unit was ready with my name tag on it. Mary Ann helped me with all my needs and with the paper work. She was great, very helpful, and easy to work with. I was all set in an hour. The unit I choose was climate controlled and it was just what I needed in size. Amazing and helpful staff. Went there a little before closing time on a Friday to make payment and look at my reserved storage unit since my stuff was going to be delivered there early morning on Monday. Got very friendly and professional service from Mary Ann. She showed me around to my unit, showed me how to operate the gate and answered all questions and provided detailed information on pricing very patiently and with a smile. She even offered to guide the truck dropping off my stuff to the right storage unit in case I was not able to be there. The storage unit was spacious, clean and more than sufficient for my stuff. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage and go to them again in the future if I needed a storage unit.

I chose Cubesmart due to the extremely clean and secure facilities. The management went through every detail and answered all questions I had. I feel my goods will be safe and protected due to not only security, but also the climate control feature. At other locations this simply was not an option or an astronomical jump in price. No other facility came close to the professional and cleanliness as CubeSmart!

I really love her personality and kind nature. :) I am working on resolving a misunderstanding that occurred with the unit I preferred to rent. Im expecting to rent long term. I will follow up with a review on how the company facilitates my request. However, Mary Ann was great and I loved working with her. I visited other storage facilities in the area and if people dont make me feel comfortable I just dont do business with them, specially if I intend to rent long term. We have just started using the Cube Smart in Schererville, Indiana. I had never rented a storage unit before now. MaryAnn was very pleasant and easy to work with, and had many helpful suggestions for storing items in the non-climate-controlled 10x10 unit we rented (especially concerning humidity control). I truly appreciated her insights.The storage unit was clean and spacious, and access was both secure and easy to use. Monthly rental rates were very reasonable. The facility is open until a little before ten each night, which works well with our work schedules. I will review again once we have used the storage unit for an extended time.

I reserved a small storage, 5x5, I suppose the spaces go quick. There were only two available. I moved my things in with no problem. I also signed up for the auto-pay, anything else charges small fees. I m satisfied with the service. Great job.

Recently bought a house and moved out of my unit. Previous to that, rented a 10x10 for almost a year and would highly recommend cubesmart. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with my unit and gives some piece of mind knowing someone is there.
