I had an appointment for a vaccine at 10:45 AM, arrived at 10:30 AM, was in line for about half an hour, and the process of confirming vaccination taking another half hour. Then receiving paperwork and the wait after was another half hour. I left the store at 12:10 PM. I understand there were people before me in line with issues that needed to be sorted out and it takes time, but seriously what is the point of an appointment if no one in the pharmacy cares about it?
Had an appointment for 5:30pm....arrived 30 mins early to a long line. No different between covid testing and pharmacy line! Just mass confusion!!! Absolutely no direction!!!! Worst pharmacy ever!!!I
If you want COVID go to the pharmacy area. No separation of people picking up prescriptions and getting COVID testing. Lots of coughing and clearing throats from unmasked people waiting for tests. Very small congested area. Had to get down to get prescription and other items, drive thru line was to the street. Please address this issue. Also, could hear technician with patient getting tested.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE TWO COUNTYS ! I have told my family to not use this location, as they will have issues and 10 out of 10 times they have an issue and hopefully after today they learn. Issues have been yes we have the medication only to show up to pick up after txt saying its ready to be told...oh it was the wrong script we dont have it, taking a prescription and saying come back in 2 hrs only to arrive and go we cant fill it but we did but you need to transfer it to CVS or HEB im sorry I didnt tell you we dont use Medicaid mind you she told me to bring the medicade card back ( script for my uncle) or promising they can fill a mix prescription for a diabetic patient to again arrive after txt and calling ahead to ensure they would have it to arrive and be told we dont have it Cibolo has it or all the way past 90 in san antonio....this place is a joke the staff is unprofessional and unreliable for information and accuracy. Do not use this pharmacy...they also openly state they dont answer the phone, busy or not busy they dont answer.
We bought a pack of batteries and they were corroded. Exchanged them and the new pack was also corroded. I called to let the manager know that they may want to pull that batch from the shelves because its a health and safety hazard. She interrupted and didnt really listen so just beware.
The guy at the drive through always wears his mask on his chin. There are other employees that are close enough to him that he should wear it correctly. Please make him wear it right. We are still in a pandemic. Keep others safe!
Hello, my name is Erica Jordan and I want give some love to Ms Barbara from the 3009 store. Not only did she take her time to make several calls to me to make sure I knew what my charges where, she assisted me in getting in contact with my insurance ultimately saving me $800. As if that wasnβt enough she left me the sweetest handwritten card with my prescriptions wishing me blessing for my procedure. This is what amazing customer service is made of and Iβm truly blessed just to have been a customer of this amazing lady. Thank you so much Ms Barbara.

The amount of time Ive been waiting on my prescriptions is a bit ridiculous especially on the weekend. They only have two individuals working the pharmacy area. The store seems maintained well on the inside and the other staff were polite.
Im from out of town. Dametrius was very friendly and helped me diligently with my purchases. What a guy. He deserves a raise and/or promotion!
TERRIBLE customer service. I am from out of of town for the holidays. If I hadnt been, I could have run by the office to pick these up. But I didnt. So here I sit. And SIT. Why? Because they want a detailed list of my husbands health history. Which, let me tell you, will take an hour. Hes a dialysis patient with diabetes. That means hes a medical hot mess. But here I go. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to discuss his health with anyone other than the dr and staff. Yet I oblige. These arent NEW medications, mind you. Hes been using them on and off for a year. The girl at the window is snarky and condescending (making sharing health info with her even more disconcerting). We are told to wait 20 minutes, so we did. And then 25 minutes later, we were asked to wait another 15 minutes. Why? Because they had to run his information through a special program since we dont have drug insurance to file these on. Wait. What? We SAID theres no insurance, why did you do another search? Did you use his PHI to do this? Did you have permission to do this? Seeing as how we dont use your pharmacy, I dont believe you did. Had you asked, I would have assured you that we do NOT permit that, because I have got to get him home and give his medication that is due every 3 hours! Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Dont use this store EVER.
Even at the height of flu season, this crew serves with a smile. No matter how many folks are in line, how many people are being unpleasant the staff keeps up the good service with a smile.
The only staff member that assisted me and was kind was a nice young man by the name of Demtrius, he helped me find the items I was looking for, what a courteous young man
Im in this Walgreens fairly often and its a good location. Its easy to park, find what you need, pay, and get going. The pharmacy staff has been really good to us when our kids needed prescriptions filled in the middle of the night.
Go inside, the drive through is frequently long. Other than that, its always clean and the staff are friendly (even at 11 oclock at night). Its a good store and very convenient. If not a bit expensive.
I have Strip throat went to Walgreens to fill the prescription for penicillin. They did not have enough penicillin to complete my order. But I was assured they could give me enough to lastUntil a new shipment was received. I ran out of pills Saturday night only to learn the new shipment would not be ready until Monday afternoon around four. Since I accepted The partial order I canβt get the rest of my prescription transfer to another pharmacist. I was told by my doctor not to skip any dosages of my medicine thanks to Walgreens I have skipped many... worst Walgreens in the country!
Clean aisles, well stocked and neat facings of products. Clean pharmacy and well maintained store. Paint, decor and wall paintings are great! One of the best Walgreens I been to!
Horrible customer services skills especially when THEY run out of a generic drug and make THE customer jump through hoops to get it filled for MY SICK CHILD. Go to CVS people, theyre a lot nicer and have the prescriptions you need.
The dusty old lady with the short white hair that works in the photography section kept glaring at me & my sister the whole time we were there. Made us super uncomfortable. never coming back ew
This review is only for the pharmacy tech that answered the line. I had a simple question in regards to a prescription that I had filled. i explained the directions were not very clear and he seemed frustrated. I then asked if he was the pharmacist, he stated no. Ive now been on hold waiting for the pharmacist for 7 mins. Bad service
Super SLOW pharmacy whether you are using the drive through or inside the store. I donβt know what the problem is but there has been a significant decline in customer service in 2020! Move your prescriptions somewhere else!!
22 minutes in line at drive thru for pharmacy to pick up my medicine 6 cars in line car in.......poor customer service then right lane goes before me... why donβt they have people pull around ?

Went in on 11/9/18 around 8:30 p.m. to get a prescription transferred to their location. I called ahead to ask for it to be transferred in, yet they had no record of a request for transfer. The pharmacist, Surgeo was lacking in his customer service skills along with another older gentlemen with white hair and glasses that made rude remarks about a customer as he walked away and scoughed at him. Overall the experience was not the greatest and if me having a prescription transferred to this location is such an inconvenience, I wont be having filling them at this location anymore.Ill be taking my business elsewhere.The only reason for two stars is the fact that they were able to make the transfer happen. I hope to see improvements in your staffing.

Echoing what everyone else has to say about the pharmacy. Completely inept and unorganized. Stood waiting for a pharmacist for five minutes while she helped someone at the drive thru. To be told after several people came in AFTER me to get in line behind them. Save yourself thirty minutes of nothing and drive two minutes to CVS

I have been shopping at this Walgreens for more than 15 years. And have bought something form there maybe 20 times total making it less than twice a year I visit.But everytime I enjoyed the experience and the staff are always courteous and friendly. Even at 3am vin the middle of the night when you need to get a prescription filled.
I always buy my candy and contacts from here. Prescriptions are done fast as well.
Pharmacy is very helpful and they are always nice especially at the register inside the store.

The pharmacy staff is horrible, its like they are taking all the drugs in the pharmacy! I switched along time ago to CVS on Patbooker and Im so glad I did but my wife and son still use this pharmacy because they dont ever change their preferred pharmacy with their doctors. I hate trying to get there scripts here. It takes forever, they always say the coupon do sent work when in fact they are too lazy to enter the info. They lost my business and hopefully I can talk my wife into leaving too!
Valled at 10:50 p.m asked pharmacy lady if theu carried stypic powder? She said SUBJECT POWDER..NO WE DONT HAVE THAT. I SAID STYPIC POWDER..WE DONT HAVE THAT EITHER. Please keep on mind at yhe beginning of the call i said it was an emergency!! THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE BUSINESS WALGREENS!!!

I was the worst place I have ever been
I like that its close to my house. However, a few times Ive almost pulled my hair out. We come here every two weeks because my infant needs his medicine. They almost monthly lose his prescription and tell me they need to contact the doctor for refills. However, the prescriptipn is for 6 months worth of refills.Also, the line in the drive thru is almost always a half hour wait. No. Matter. What.
