We were approached by a young sales associate if we needed any help. I asked about a jacket and she said it was her first day and I had to find some else find my answer at the checkout counter. She wasnt smart enough to get on her radio or walk her butt over to find someone to yo ask the question. Absolutely zero customer service. And these kids want $15.00 per hour?

This store in the forum is so great!!! Lots of unique western wear, decent selection of boots. If the store doesnt have it they work their tails off to find it for you at one of their other locations! They have special brands that you wont find anywhere else! Miranda Lambert and Brad Paisley both have a line of clothing JUST FOR BOOTBARN!!!

Love this place, Love to walk in and smell the new leather from the boots and fresh clothes. Only issue is the skinny jeans men ware now days. I need big boy pants, But all in all I love to shop here!

Walked in and was greated by Don, he offered to help me explained shopping for my dad needed a shirt walked out with 2. His courtesy and respect led me to believe he was prior service turns out 4 years hard-core Marine and 16 Air Force Cew Chief. My respect for his service. This place is is always nice to come to. We buy our boots here because we can find our size and there is plenty of choices to choose from. The staff is always ready to help and they are all super friendly.

Good selection, fair prices, helpful staff, but company seems to be PC and woke requiring staff to wear masks despite no legal mandate and very few of any customers wearing any.

There was a red headed lady, I wish I had caught her name.) She was so helpful and appropriately friendly. I had a few constraints for my boots. She was very knowledgeable, however, she asked a male salesman about my age on his opinion of comfort. He too was spot on customer service oriented. We found out a few minutes into his helping that he had already clocked out. I told him to go home, he responded Oh no, Im here to help you get what is best for you. I left the store with comfortable boots, and a new place to buy them. If more salespeople were like these two, customers would be more loyal. Thank you for a great experience.

Im not prepared for work. Ordered my boots a week ago with their 2 to 3 day shipping, Im still waiting! Ship to store for faster delivery they said... yeah right! At the time of purchase (the 6th) it said delivered by the 10th, its now the 13th and still nothing. Love their boots but wish their logistics were better!

If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service. As I was going into my dressing room one if the female employees stated I had too many clothes, which would have been fine if she would have been polite about it. Instead she proceeded to say the sign on the door tells you how many items you can bring in yet she unlocked the dressing room and said its fine just go in and then told us to hurry that they close at 9pm and shes gonna have to fold all of the clothes before closing they were all on hangers so there was nothing to fold, they close at 9pm and it was only 8pm..... I definitely wont be coming back to this store by the sheer rudeness that was shown. Wish I would have caught her name.

Looking for size 61/2 wide or even 7 wide. Found only 1 pair in all of ladys size 7 1/2 wide. Not a good selection. Otherwise clothes was beautiful staff was friendly.

Very limited to boots in my size (8) and their work boots have the flat toe and not the typical round toe.

Love them need work boots,found a pair on sale and they scanned even cheaper at the register plus I could use my rewards coupon. The staff is always willing to help and always smiling even with the masks

I recently made my second visit here with my wife and young son, but this time to buy something. Before the door closed behind us, we were friendly greeted by 3 country dressed women. One that went by the name of Mary stepped up to the plate to offer her services in helping me....not only did she do a awesome job helping me pick out 3 pair of Ariat Jeans, she helped my wife pick out 2 pair of nicely fitted Jeans and a pair of boots, I also got boots as well. Mary you were awesome girl.....we will definitely be back for future purchases. Thank you.

I bought a pair of jeans there on the 19th of Nov. 2020. I didnt try them on, my mistake! I had to return them the next day the fit was not like the ones I currently have. So I returned the jeans on Nov. 20th. I left my credit card behind by mistake, contacted the store within about 15mins of leaving my credit card behind in the card reader. I contacted the store as the very moment they were calling me.I went back to the store to get my credit card NOT ONE EMPLOYEE including the cashier Alexis told me that my credit card was used for a transaction other than my return. So, when I see the charge on my credit card notification I call boot barn and speak to the manager Mary and she tells me she will look into it calls me a few days later and explains that the person behind me used my card and the person behind them turned it in. And that they would issue a credit to my card. Well, nothing happened I called back talk to Alma she tells me to call corporate and gives me the number, they tell me to call the bank that issued the card. Contacted Marshall at boot barn today, he says he will look into it. My guess is nothing will get done. I get to pay for some elses purchase. Moral of the story Boot Barn does care about whos credit card gets used just as long as they get paid! Dont leave your card in the card reader!!! No one cares if you had a forgetful moment as Alexis the cashier chats away with you...beware!!! If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would for 0 integrity!!!SO SAD!!!

The stuff I bought for my husbands birthday was great! Hes happy... However... Blue jean skirts are going to be the hottest trend this summer an the ones yall had in stock are ugly... My birthday is in April so hope yall have some better choices... 😜

I guess it is an ok place. They start off really great when you first walk in and then you are all by yourself. But they are back to finish the sale as soon as you finally find what you are looking for.

I use to be a strictly Cavenders person. But since my visit to Boot Barn I am a big fan. They have a points reward program that is a great thing especially if you buy things other than BOOTS. Look out Cavenders Boot Barn is 4real 😁

Very helpful and friendly staff! However, the selection of jeans is hit or miss. I needed 30 length and they had 2 pairs of pants in the right size. I can order them online but no guarantee that they will fit like the ones in the store. I mean Im spending $80+ on pants, I want to make sure they fit and look good 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I bought some boots back in December but shortly after my purchase they started to squeak really badly. I tried everything to solve the issue but finally couldn’t take it anymore and called to try to exchange my boots. I was initially concerned because I have worn the boots for a couple weeks at that point and had lost my receipt. I called and spoke with Savannah who was very polite and informed me that they would do an exchange of the boots even without my receipt. When I arrived at the store I spoke with Savannah and Kevin about the boots. Kevin took a quick look and was able to tell the boots had a broken shank which was the cause for the squeak. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes with my new pair of boots with no hassle at all! To top it all off I saw at checkout that they offer a military discount which Kevin gave me on top of the exchange. So to top it all off not only was I able to exchange my boots but I also got a little store credit for my military discount. I’m was incredibly impressed with their helpfulness and will be back soon for my next pair of boots.

Pricing is standard. They sell more than just boots. Plenty of parking. They do have done rack sales but the discounts at the time were underwhelming.

Absolutely the worst place to shop for boots on the planet! I was in there 5 minutes and was ask if I needed help 5 times by 3 different people and did not have any real personal time to get into to looking or trying on a pair I might like to purchase. I was nice in my response each time no thank you but I will let you know when I do. After only 10 minutes of time 2 more people asked the same thing again and I had just barley told them no 60 seconds prior to this. Therefore 0 stars for not even allowing me to choose a pair of boots for myself for Christmas in less than 10-12 minutes of time in there. Picking boots is a very personal kind of thing its not like through the drive through!!!

The customer service is terrible. My wife and I went there recently, and we were totally ignored as we looked for the items we were seeking. Not one person saw it necessary to say anything to either of us. We left without making any purchase. Do Not RECOMMEND!

Excellent service, returns are painless, and the selection is pretty good. Its expensive, so prepare to shell out a ton.

My family and I went to the store location on the forum in universal city. We were provided with poor customer service or lack of. The employees preferred to help others and avoided helping us. We have never experienced this at any other western store. We will take our business to another store and make our boot purchases over there. Please train your employees to not be selective on the clients they want to help... they lost a first time customer.
