Love this place! ALWAYS a great experience. If you need it, they probably have it. The produce section is amazing! When we checked out, Edward was very quick and professional! Mr. Butt would be very proud of this location.

I have always been impressed with the service I received from HEB employees. However, one stands out. Her name is Kristine F. (Seafood Dept.). If working, each & every time I browsed the seafood items, she would drop what she was doing & hurry to assist. Always warm, friendly, personable & of course, professional.On numerous occasions I have watched her with other customers….her demeanor is unchanged. Thank you for hiring such awesome employees who ensure your customers leave the store feeling valued!

HEB plus! Is an amazing, and HUGE grocery store. ALL the departments are amazing. The produce department greets you at the door, with the in-house bakery and meat market (and butcher shop) adjacent. Pretty much every kind and cut of meat, even in bulk pack, are available. There is even a section of chef prepared meals to take home and either reheat or cook. And that is all before you get to the typical grocery store sections.Quality is ALL excellent, and selection very broad.It is a bit far for us to drive for everyday shopping, but worth that special trip.

We visit this store at least once a week. Are daughter does dance so we occupy our time getting small things or groceries if needed. You can find special items here occasionally that you cant find at other HEBs. They have a pretty decent beer and wine selection thats for sure.

This is a huge grocery store with a wide variety of items. The young ladies in the floral department were amazing! They were able to assist with a floral order for a Vowel renewal ceremony. We live in Arizona, so doing business over the phone was our only option. They did not disappoint. The floral arrangements were beautiful! The young lady in customer service was very friendly and personable as well. Our biggest downside was the bakery. The staff gave us the run around on whether or not they could decorate a 2 tier wedding cake. We were promised that the manager would call us back. We even called back to see if she was there, and were told she was not around, but would call us back. The ceremony is over and still have not heard back. Thankfully there was a locally owned bakery in the area that did an incredible job in a short notice. So I highly recommend this location for groceries, Customer Service, and the amazing Floral Department. Dont even bother with their Bakery. .

Quick run into store to pick up late breakfast items. Found everything needed and headed to friends house.

When I lived closer to this HEB I shopped here all the time, but we moved away and I miss it! I stopped by yesterday and remembered how great it is. Always well stocked with fresh produce and always well maintained and clean. We were even able to get most of our school supplies which was awesome!

So..HEB is the best, but.....their curbside service has become a negative for me. I spend 30 minutes to an hour waiting for my order. A month ago, my daughter waited an hour and a half. The young lady came out and ask her to confirm the pick up name for the order, said Ill be right back ;and did not come back for a very long time.I dont know the procedure, but its not good. Disappointed....

Schertz HEB has a sign inside the store that says #1 Store in Produce” that is such a lie! I’ve been dealing for a while now with many issues with buying spilled produce! They keep raising their prices and the quality is terrible! I have brought this up several times and it just doesn’t get better but worse! I will attach a picture just tho show ONE example of the many many produced that we have put in the trash the same day we bought them.

I love my HEB! They have everything you need and more. The seafood and fresh meats is amazing price and selection. I take my out of town friends and families and they can’t stop talking about it. The only con is a very busy place and parking can be a challenge.

Always nice and clean. Friendly employees. Employees are still following safety guiding for safety from Covid. They wear their masks & plastic guards are in front of cashiers.

And can get a little crazy 🤪 here at your local HEB But we dont let that bother us we just keep on moving ...Weve got all sorts of grocery items and toiletries that you and your family or loved may need for your home ...We also have a restaurant located down at the end of our store if you show get hungry while you are with someone you are shopping with or well ... Should you might, want to grab a bite to eat before hand...But wait ...We also have Mias Mirror located just inside the left hand entrance of our store if the Mrs. of your family should happen to need a new hand bag or necklace or maybe even earrings ...And remember dont ever be afraid to stop on by our Pharmacy and talk to our professional trained team on staff they all are ready and willing to assist you with any questions or concerns about your refills or new medications that you may have...So come on over to your localNeighborhood H-E-B Today ...!!

HEB always has a great produce section with lots to choose from. They have prepped meals, bakery goods, cheese and deli meats plus regular groceries.The store looked clean and organized.

During the freeze, the line to get inside was literally wrapped behind the store (by the loading dock). The checkout lines are long too, but moved quickly. Despite all that, everyone was still very nice.

This is my regular HEB, it’s always great. Employees are always wonderful. But today was next level! Skylar brought out my groceries this morning, and she was just a joy! I was in a terrible mood, but she made me feel so much better, just by being kind! She was so sweet and just an absolute pleasure to converse with! She’s an ASSET to you, H-E-B! She made my day!

Store was very well stocked. Did not see any empty shelves. Store was super busy. Management did an excellent job on staffing the correct amount of cashiers to handle the large amount of customers. There were no long lines. There were a few customers not wearing face mask. Employees were helpful and friendly. Store was also very clean and organized.

I ordered a wedding cake from here very well in advance because a friend recommended this place. Unfortunately our wedding cake was very poorly made. The frosting was not put on right, you could see the actual cake still and there were cracks all around the cake. My decorations were falling off the cake and you could tell they did a rush job. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the cake. I would nver recommend a friend.

What’s not to love about H‑E‑B. This location isn’t the closest one to me but it’s always clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This day I happened to forget kosher salt and the bagger was kind enough to run and grab some for me so I didn’t have to leave the line.

This H-E-B has way more options than the other H-E-Bs in town. When I was checking out, the cashier and bagger talked to each other about their Covid statuses as if I wasnt there, but then were very friendly when I paid.

The line went all the way behind the building; but the line moved faster than we expected. Honestly just thanked the Lord they were open during the snow storm!!

Love the efficient staff in the pharmacy! Got my Pfizer booster from Zach today and appreciated his upbeat personality.

A great variey of foid, meat, wines, bakery and produce but because it is always crowded, I only go there when necessary. Why are there not more groceries in area.

Im from Arkansas so we dont have HEB there. I moved here a few months ago and I cant stop coming to this place. They have the freshest EVERYTHING! If youre from Arkansas its kind of like Kroger but BIGGER and BETTER. You will want to go down every aisle just because its HEB lol. My mom is moving to Texas in a few months and I told her FIND THE NEAREST HEB!

Easy in, easy out. I interacted with 3 friendly staff. A good visit. The biggest challenge with H-E-B is that it is so popular the parking lot is always a challenge.

Wonderfull store, great selections of merchandise but the real setback is the store is allways crowded. I was told this HEB is one of their highest grossing stores

I love going there to shop, I know what I want on my list but end up buying more . I just wish they never got rid of no salt. I use to buy 3 at a time . Now I have to ask my neighbor to buy it for me on line. 😢That store has so much to chose from thats what I like and produce is always so fresh and crisp. Stopped by to get some drinks and snacks on our way to Austin. Very pristine looking store. Everything looks immaculate! The selection is great and the prices are superb. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seasonal decor is very posh. Definitely feels like youre at a high end grocery store instead of an HEB. Highly recommend!

LOVE MY H-E-B!!!!They have anything and everything here!!!!The employees are Phenomenal and very Helpful!!! They have a Variety of candies, milks, coffee, drinks and my most favorite item right now is from Mi Tienda!!!I guess it’s more of acquired taste, they also have Mango/Chamoy flavor!!!Hoping they bring back MY PILLOW!!!

They were out of a couple of items that I needed, but everything was clean, and they had plenty of checkout lines open.

I love this HEB they have everything its always neat but I just HATE the traffic! It is always packed, youll have to park far or drive around for a parking spot at busy times. And getting out of the HEB parking lot is also dangerous!

Beautiful HEB, great customer service, vast selection of products. However, this HEB is located in a very heavy traffic area. Still, I enjoy this location when Im not pressed for time.

This HEB location has just about everything you can imagine. From the obvious (food & toiletries) to a garden center, florist, pool floats, toys and clothing. It is crazy busy here 98% of the time so be ready to people.Sharing the parking lot with the gas station, car wash and a strip mall of various businesses you will need to have your head on a swivel and bring your patience. Worth it

Usually have great experiences with H-E-B any other time. I was filling a prescription and a pharmacist Noah was unusually rude and difficult to me. It was really surprising having that experience and seeing other frustrated patrons in line, as H-E-B to me has only otherwise shown an extremely friendly and accepting culture. I hope to see company the company continue their friendly culture in the future, but going forward I’m unsure about this store:/

Visiting from Florida and when I come to Texas I have to come to HEB! So much to offer, clean with good prices! Wish we had one in Pinellas county, you would run over your competition and that would be Walmart!

Shopped here for years and the store can really get packed on a Saturday afternoon but we got through it fine because of the setup they have. I am impressed with how well they keep the shelves stocked and employees were friendly.

As everyone knows thats from Texas and the rest of the nation knows, HEB is the BEST there is no comparison. Their slogan is HEB does more and they live by it. Not only do they normally have the best products for the best price. When our state or other states are in need HEB steps up and helps their communities and country in their darkest times. They literally lost power and were unable to accept any payments, what did they do?, they gave the people their groceries. They didnt make them wait, they didnt make them put it back, they helped them bag it up and sent them home to their families. Thats what a real community company does! We Love Our HEB!

We do not have H-E-B where I live, but I LOVE IT!! I will definitely be requesting that one be put in somewhere close to where I live! Great selection and prices!!

Literally the greatest grocery store chain in the world. This store specifically is a great example of what HEB has to offer. Always clean, great deli.

HEB has an incredible selection of items that make sure your grocery needs are all filled. I even can find ethnic foods on occasion that make dinners exciting and fun!

This H-E-B Plus has a great selection of mostly everything you can imagine for a grocery store. I love that you can grab a quick bite and a snack here and it’s so much better than the fast food chains. Who would imagine Sushi would actually taste awesome here. This was the San Antonio roll.

First time in an HEB plus. Was amazed at how big this place is. Didnt get to walk the entire store. Awesome produce section. Seafood counter offered more selection than regular heb. We picked up a couple live lobsters for dinner. Just wish their was a plus store a lot closer to our home.

This is one huge H.E.B. If you cant find what your looking for here, look somewhere else youll find it. Lol but seriously this store is well managed and the employees are courteous. Good job!

Friendly staff, always willing to answer questions and help you find what youre searching, e.g. non-dairy butter and cheese - yes, they had a section for it!! (plus lots of organic, vegetarian, plant-based options) Also found the bulk bins for seasonings, grains, flour, treats and more. Find what you need, fill your bags, weigh and add price stickers. This helps when making a new dish and it calls for a small amount of different spices or other ingredients Thanks HEB plus!!

They are a wonderful store with almost everything you need. We are from out of town and enjoy getting our groceries here.

I try to avoid having to go grocery shopping. It is always so busy, and parking is crazy. I use to try and beat the crowds early morning, but thats not a choice anymore. This is a small HEB even for being a plus. So once inside the store I get to work. There is a particular greeter that is always super nice and genuine. I will have to get his name next time. The vegetables are always in pretty good shape as far as quality and freshness. Deli staff needs to improve their customer service skills, and tend to be purposely slow at attending to the customers. The meat section is stocked up at all times.The bakery is a good size. I just wish they had character cupcakes. The staff in this department tend to keep their heads down all the time. It wouldnt hurt them to look up every once in a while to greet and acknowledge a customer. My favorite part of the whole store is where they make fresh tortillas on a daily basis. My kids are always given fresh tortilla samples. The young man and lady who manage the tortillas have always been so nice. They make our trip to HEB worth it. I dont use the other departments in this HEB such as the pharmacy, flower,storefronts, or the customer service. Overall just try to get in and out.Update 6/27/18I discovered HEB has these Meal Simple packets. I thought they were awesome. I havent tried them, because I cook in bulk as my family is big. I however think these would be a great option for single persons maybe just preparing lunch, or dinner for one. The price is not too high either. Awesome idea to have this option available for customers. Its cheaper than online providers that I have seen. I also first saw these Meal Simples available thru HEB curbside pickup and might be for delivery as well. Just wanted to spread the word.

We go to this location rather than our nearest location. It is bigger, has a MUCH better variety of items, a very well stocked garden center, the beer and wine selection is incredible for a grocery store, it is cleaner and staff are everywhere if you need assistance.

Great store. So much more than grocery store. Theres a womens boutique, great garden shop, and almost as large as walmart when it comes to games and toy section. Over sized deli and bakery at this location. Also floral is oversized with great selection of home floral decor.

So many here today. Parking lot was crazy and people were crazier. I guess everyone was shopping for Superbowl tomorrow. It looked like day before Thanksgiving. All the meats were well stocked and they were stocking more in meats and many other aisles.

Always clean, well stocked, and friendly employees! Its a busy location, but they handle the volume well with plenty of lines open during peak hours!

I always love my H-E-Bs but this store is above and beyond. They always have their shelves stocked and ready. And as soon as the pandemic hit, they were on their A game, they mightve had long lines but everyone was organized and efficient. They put limits to their meats and canned good so no one would over stock but get what they needed so everyone else could too. No one does it better than H-E-B!

I normally dont give hebs ones as I really love heb over Wal-Mart any day of the week. Today I will. My cashier was a Michael r. and I had 2 loafs of bread and a donut from the bakery. He placed the donut at the bottom under the bread which is fine. THEN, he placed a package I flour and corn tortillas in. Since on of the loafs of bread where off because of the donut the tortillas smashed the one loaf of a bread and the weight also smashed my donut. I am not happy that this guy just didnt care and I told him he smashed my bread and donut and he didnt care. I took out the tortillas and had him place them in another bag. Then, he didnt move some of the stuff to reach it. I almost had to climb up on the counter to reach my 5 lb. bag of potatoes. Really, really bad service from that cashier today. Some of these people need to stop and think about how they would place THEIR OWE ITEMS In the bags. So now I have smashed bread and a donut. 😢 NOT HAPPY!!!!! 😡😤😡
