Do NOT use American Pride Appliance. They came out per a Frigidaire service call for a chest freezer (Frigidaire is awful in this process as well) to look at a freezer. After deeming the freezer irreparable, all they had to do per the procedure was to notify Frigidaire of their visit and findings and then the process could continue. They NEVER called the appropriate department with their findings. American Pride then for two weeks has not answered my calls nor returned my calls. After I finally got ahold of Frigidaire, they called American Appliance to get an update and they were unable to reach them as well. Horrible service and business case! I give this company a HUGE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!

Horrible business. Not professionals. They came to fix my dishwasher per their contract with Frigidaire, they didn’t fix the machine and didn’t follow through the process to complete the work order. They never responded my calls or got back to my voicemails. Because of this, I had to go through the same process with Frigidaire to replace the broken dishwasher. Do not use their services.

Tony from American Pride scheduled a timely appointment, arrived promptly, assessed the problem with the washer quickly, had the part with him to make the repair immediately and charged a reasonable fee. Very professional and highly recommended.

Honest, punctual and professional. My fridge was making odd buzzing sounds so we thought the fan or fan motor was the issue. Tony was quick to get in touch with an arrived on time. Turned out it was another issue not related to the fan but a blockage causing the freezer door to not close properly. thanks for the help! will use again.

Super friendly, affordable, accurate service! Tony showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem, put a TEMPORARY fix on our fridge so it could FUNCTION while parts were ordered and received/installed. ANOTHER BONUS was we didnt have to pay until the repair was done! Cant recommend highly enough!! Our go-to from now on!!

Highly recommend! He came when he said he would, and fixed my dryer (bad control panel) and washer (very moldy gasket) in no time. Both appliances are less than 4 years old, so I’m not an Electrolux fan, but I sure do appreciate Tony from American Pride. Julie

Excellent affordable friendly service. Called them in the morning and my washer was fixed by early afternoon at considerable savings to buying a new one. Thats better than new as far as I am concerned.

Tony was terrific. Came the same day to replace an oven ignitor. Gave me a very reasonable rate & was friendly and too the time to explain what was wrong and gave his personal guarantee. Am glad to have found someone from town that treats his customers so well. If you need an appliance fixed in the Fanwood/Scotch Plains or greater Union County area, give American Pride a chance to earn your business.
