Bought a dishwasher, it came damaged. They readily agreed to exchange or give me a refund. I opted for an exchange. Its now been 2 months. 3 times it was scheduled for delivery/exchange. After waiting around three separate days, no dishwasher, no call, no email...nothing. I still have the damaged dishwasher. I got my money back a couple of days ago. Dont they want their dishwasher back?? Awful service.

I looked all over for this refrigerator. It was out of stock but Appliance Palace had it. They delivered it to our Florida residence in a timely manner and it was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this company.

Love this website! Not one complaint, customer service was the best I ever experienced. Staff has a lot of patience and made sure to answer all my questions and that I was more than satisfied. All the items were so nice and it was so hard to choose just one thing, I ended up buying way more than what I expected. Top quality appliances and the prices are unbeatable, didn’t even make a big dent in my wallet. Delivery was quick and easy, no problems with it. I ordered two air conditioners; right out of the box neither one works (for different reasons). They are impossible to reach and are now directing me to manufacturer instead of handling.
