Even in the midst of covid, Raman made the trade-in process easy and seamless. He was able to get us the best trade-in value we could find anywhere by a long shot. Very personable and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend this store for any cell phone needs.

I have multiple phones & multiple lines for me & my family. Unfortunately for me I live in scotch plains and this at&t store is the closest one to me. I say unfortunately because the people who work at this store are truly the worst! There are days where no one opens this store. Today marks the 3rd time Ive tried to go to this store during their normal business hours only to find the door locked and no one there. Let me be clear, the open sign is on, all of the lights are on, but the door is locked and no one answers it. On the occasion that someone is actually working, they still manage to frustrate me by not knowing anything about several models of phones that they sell. For example, my phone was reading no service. After i looked up potential solutions and was unable to fix it myself, I brought it in only to have the older man working there shrug his shoulders at me. He didnt try to fix it or offer a solution, he just said I dont know, and continued on with what ever he was doing on his phone.Lastly, as I was walking back to my car, the woman who works at the ice cream store next door to at&t came running, sprinting, in my direction to yell at me about my parking. Apparently they keep tabs on parking spaces and if you park on her side of the line, you will be harassed. I tried to calmly explain that I was shopping in the store right next to hers in the strip mall but she was having none of that & she proceeded to yell & scream at me like a child throwing a hissy fit about how thats her parking spot and I need to respect that. As if I knew that and I go there every day and Ive done this to her in multiple occasions.Be warned, you will be disappointed if you go to this at&t store. The one in watchung has a much more knowledgeable & courteous staffThe one in Westfield is also a much better option.

Beware! The owner/manager is nasty and belligerent. He literally threw me out of the the store and told me to never come back. Beware, the super glowing reviews here may very well be from family only. Read those reviews closely, no place is that amazing. Especially when there are no customers there ever (we go to the ice cream place next door and see ATT store empty at all times).I came in to the store to get nano SIM cards for the new iPhones (old card is too big). The owner told me it is $20/card, which I thought was strange as we have been AT&T customers for many years and were just upgrading the phone. When I asked if I could return the SIM card if we do not open the package, thinking that if I call AT&T they will send it free of charge, the owner became belligerent immediately, told me he will not give me anything and to get out of his store. He chased it with dont ever come backI am also aware of another instance of customers being thrown out when they did not want to upgrade the service as per salesmen insistence, or be up sold in any other way.

On July 13, 2015, my wife and I entered the store, with the purpose to upgrade our LG phones to smartphones. Following an offer from the salesman Khris Jose, we bought two iPhones 5S, and he suggested us a plan with 3 GB data capacity. Khris assured us that this is the minimum that AT&T offers. When we were ready to leave, he, without a word, put an extra box into out bag. When I asked what it was, Khris replied that we received a free tablet priced at $549 as a premium for buying two phones. Having iPad, we really had not needed the device, but because it was free, we took it.Only with my second bill I did notice that Khris, without my knowledge, consent and explanation, forced on me a 2-years’ contract for using this tablet for the price of $11.60 per month (taxes including) plus a $40 activation fee. Also, I found out that this tablet could be bought at Amazon for just $140 with no further obligations. I called to the AT&T Customer service, they canceled the activation fee but told that the tablet can be returned and cancelled only through the store. Also, the phone agent advised me about an existence of cheaper 2 GB (and apparently 1 GB) plans, and she changed my plan for 2 GB. So Khris tried to sell us a more expensive plan than we had needed.Khris agreed to take the tablet back, and on August 24th I returned it but he failed to cancel the contract. I saw (online) that it still remained on my plan. I called – the store’s owner told me that it takes 24-48 hrs for the cancellation to become effective. After 2 days Khris told it really takes 3 business days or even a week. I chatted online with an AT&T agent, and she told me that the cancellation is instant but can be done by the store. On Friday August 28 I called Khris, he told me he would check the issue and would call me back. He has never called back.On August 29 another AT&T agent told me again that the cancellation may be made only by the store. He suggested the next time not to use this store. On Monday August 31, I tried to call to the store again. When I gave my name, the agent (the owner or Khris) just hung up. I tried two more times and gave up.I called again to AT&T’s Customer Service, told that it was my intention to complain directly to AT&T’s CEO. Then the agent on the phone cancelled the tablets – it took her for 5 minutes. As you may understand, I will never enter this store again.
