Would give it 0 starts!!! At the Short hills T-Mobile store they accepted a warranty return on my iPhone xs. I asked them to ship it to the scotch plains store since it was closest to my house. The manager and the assistant were very unprofessional and they said they would not exchange my phone. The only reason I was at this store was for a pickup. Explained to them that even if warranty didnt work I still have insurance on my phone that I pay every month. They still denied any exchange and refuse to help. Save yourself the waste of time and go to an actual T-Mobile store.

The young man who was behind the register did not greet me or anything when I walked in nor the lady but she was busy helping a customer. I stood their for a few seconds and then asked him where are the iPhones because I wanted to compare sizes so I can upgrade . When I finished looking at the phones he still didn’t say anything to me so I just walked out . Bad customer service!

Ramit did fabulous work for my account. I just got my new S21 Ultra and already love it. Im so glad I picked this T-Mobile store, way better than the annoying plainfield one.

The service was speedy and superb and the employees were so nice and polite definitely recommended you go there.

They added protection service and equipment charges to my account over a month after I had upgraded without my authorization ...

I highly recommend this T-mobile store. I finally got fed up with Verizon and decided to make the change to T-Mobile. I drove past this store in Scotch Plains and just walked in. I was greeted by the owner, Ramit, and she was truly delightful to deal with. She made the transition as smooth as possible. She went that “extra yard“ to deal with any problems that arose. This may have been one of the best consumer experiences I have ever had.

Been to this location today was greeted by Vaishali P, amazing service she made transaction so easy and quick she seems so knowledgeable, about all the plans and service very confident about what she is doing, made my family switch from boost, I honestly didn’t knew my acc number from My old carrier she made all the calls to gather the information with my permission, she’s been smiling whole time made it personal I would definitely recommend this location .. honestly don’t know y they have bad reviews . She deserves 10 stars not 5:)))))))

Great Service. I have been going there a couple years and the staff there helped me lower my bill by $60/month. Always has been a great experience. Not sure what the bad reviews are about.

We were here recently to convert from another carrier, and had a great experience. The woman assisting us could not have been more helpful and patient, testing all the phones we wanted to bring over. Clean store, with plenty of parking in front.

The lady in this store couldnt print out the first page of my bill. She said i have to go to a corporate store. They represent T-mobile as their store sign and shirts. But cant provide the same service. Ridicoulous!!! Dont support this store!
